We recently had the pleasure of working with Garcia’s Catering for my daughter’s wedding. Our primary point of contact, Miia, and her team were all tremendously personable, helpful, and accommodating. They generously spent time helping us fashion a set-up for both the cocktail hour and dinner that would fit our vision, meet the needs of our guests, and align with our budget. Every food and beverage item offered at the event was well-prepared and delicious, including the various Mexican dishes that were flavorful without being too hot for our out-of-state guests. The servers were gracious and every detail was carried out as promised. Garcia’s did not disappoint!

We worked with Garcia's Kitchen for a recent party. People kept asking, "where'd you get this?" They loved it! The fruit tray was not only incredible but the tray was decorated to make it look great on the table. The vegetable tray was delicious and my guests loved the selection on the cheese and cracker trays. Great job, Garcia's Kitchen. And you can bet we'll look forward to catering with you again!

Garcia's catered my wedding in Rio Rancho. The food was excellent, on time and well organized. They were always professional when I called them for questions and concerns. The only problem was the bartender was having trouble with kegs and didn't ask for help. This created long wait times for a party of 96 people with two kegs. It slowed it down to where people stopped drinking beer, we had to throw half of it out. It was apparent she did not have experience with kegs when I specially said there would be kegs for the beer.

We just used Garcia's Kitchen Catering for a party we hosted and they were amazing. Miia was exceptional in getting us what we needed and making sure we had enough to feed a group where RSVPing isn't considered important! The food was excellent and they set us up with warmers and pans that made the whole thing so easy. I was able to enjoy the party instead of pulling out my hair on the details in the kitchen.
