I love the Italian sandwich. Never had any issues the sandwiches are always fantastic! 10/24/2020. So been a couple times this month and have had an issue wait ing 30 minutes from the time of ordering to get a sub. Don’t know what’s going on but you would think with 6 to 7 people they could get these orders done.

This location, along with the location on Academy, are my favorite Firehouse spots. Team members are always friendly and helpful. Be warned that they can be busy during lunch time so if you're in a rush, maybe call ahead to confirm wait times, but don't blame the team. They're doing their best. Know that it doesn't cost more to upgrade your soda to a large, and if you're not sure which sub to buy, just ask someone behind the counter and they'll help you. Personally, my favorite at the moment is the Spicy Cajun Chicken but the Hook and Ladder is their classic. If you've driven by but have never stopped in, give them a try!

Parking is a pain, but it's SO WORTH IT to come to this location. I've been twice so far; both times, the employees were friendly and efficient, and the food was beyond delicious and made to order. I'll definitely be back, 'cause they have the best subs ever! I refuse to go to any other location, even when I'm not in the area. Keep on being awesome!

We went in to our firehouse subs Monday at lunch rush. It was pretty crowded, but Alyssa took our order and was very courteous in answering all our questions. In a very short time, our subs came out to our table. They were hot and fresh-the bread was so soft and yummy!! We both had the meal deal with a medium MD steamer sub. It was basically a Reuben sandwich without the sauerkraut, but with all the flavor! You can't beat 2 medium hot subs, both with chips and medium drinks for under $20 total! We watched as staff would come out quickly and efficiently to clear a table and get it ready for the next guest. It was very efficient! We plan on going back soon!! Great job!!

The standard and deluxe sandwich platters were fantastic. A little pricy. But I got home and the pickles and dressing was missing. 140 bucks and I can not get an accurate order. However I called and complained and was offered a lrg sandwich for another time. So they messed up but took care of it so it was nice. Food would get a 4 plus.

All I ever get here is firehouse cheddar brisket with extra pickle 🥒. This is the only thing here that I know. They always charge me for the extra 1/4 pickle though. Stop charging me for a pickle, because one little quarter pickle isn't enough for a large cheddar brisket. Anyways that cheddar brisket is 🔥. Go get you one.

We had lunch here on Saturday (3/14/20). We were greeted when we came in but it wasn't the usual friendly greeting we've received in the past. The staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Although the restaurant was extremely clean! There was the faint scent of bleach in the air. They are keeping this place spotless, which I appreciate. The food was delicious, as always. Maybe it was just an off day for the staff. I'll be back for their delicious sandwiches. Hopefully the staff will be having a better day.

We, a family of five, ordered difference combo sandwiches. I ordered the hook& ladder on glutton-free bread. It was very tasty and you would think it was regular bread. The sandwich was load with ham, tukey, cheese, and all the toppings. We ate out on the patio watching the sun cast light and shadows over the Sandia's mountains. A great sandwich and relaxing evening for us.

Great experience food was fantastic and the the service excellent, the fire house glizzy was the best by far, providing great taste and being very fulfilling. The price is steep but compared to the food is always worth it. Now to the service the long black haired boy and other young boy with a small Afro and a girl with blonde highlights were excellent with greetings when walking into the store they provided clear explanations of the different subs and were very fast to make the food with no compromise on quality. Over all would definitely recommend this location best in NM! Thank you for the great experience.

I love the atmosphere of the store it always smells good and the food smell is never overwhelming for me. The employees are always respectful and I've never once had a problem at Firehouse. I take my family every now and again to go eat here and my family feels the same way I do. The food is always taken into consideration of how it tastes and is presented to you. The food is always good! The food also always looks amazing. Keep it up Firehouse!

Always great food! The bread is super fresh, and softer than that other chain. They have great combinations on their subs, as well as a build your own option. My personal favorite is the Steamer. Salads too. They have a good collection of hot sauces, and a Coke freestyle machine, which lets you choose your drink, and also if you want flavoring in it. There are 3 different sub sizes to choose from. My husband and I don't eat a ton, so we usually split a medium. They have a really good rewards program and app. On the rewards, you can accumulate points as long as you want, and different free items cost different points. If you are ordering takeout, you key your order, select a time, pay for it, and it is on a shelf waiting for you. No waiting in line, which is a great thing, as this place gets pretty busy! It also keeps your orders, so you can just hit a quick reorder button if you are a creature of habit. Enjoy!

Good quality food at a very reasonable price. There is a good variety of sandwiches, but not much else. The service is great and the staff is friendly with the kiddos. They have good staffing and management. It can be a bit busy at lunch time, and there can occasionally be an issue with parking.

I'm seeing 5-star reviews from a bunch of other people at this location and others and I'm just left wondering "how?" Everything was great other than the food itself. It was just really boring. I chose the New York Steamer and there wasn't much meat/cheese on the sandwich and it tasted like the condiments were totally absent. Maybe we chose the wrong sandwiches or had too high expectations. I would try it again maybe but I'll most likely be going elsewhere.

I placed a pick up order. Got my order (didn't check to make sure it was right) went home put baby down for a nap and went to eat my lunch. It was the wrong sandwich :( I called and told a gentleman named Mark. I told him I wouldn't be able to come back until my baby woke up from his nap. Mark (I don't know if he is the manger or owner) told me he would bring my correct order to my home. I was so amazed. I don't know how many companies would do this. We have become regular users of doordash and we are very happy with their delivery service. Last night we chose Firehouse Subs. Our food is always delicious from there. Last night, my son loved his premium roast beef. We loved our hero. One thing about the hero, is that it was a little sweet. It needs more sliced dill pickles to compensate for the sweetness. The cookies were good but of course, they could have been better. We ordered potato chips and we ordered certain ones and did not get any that we ordered. We got a different kind than what we ordered. Other than that, we will sure get delivery from doordash from Firehouse Subs again. The prices are pretty spendy though. So, it won't be very often because of the prices.

First experience with Firehouse was through a delivery service and I'll never go back. Missing items in the combo, they sent just the sandwich, and both sandwiches looked like someone played football with them after packing them up. Super disappointing considering how expensive it was, we could have done better at Subway or Cheeba... never going back.

Came in toward end of dinner rush on 6/14 and floors were filthy. While I waited for my sub, two teens, one who I assume worked there, came in wearing sleeveless shirt/gym clothes and the other employees hugged him and let him and his friend go behind the scenes and make their own food after taking out food containers from the fridge in the back. Employees were wearing masks lower than nose (no point in the mask at that point). During regular times this is inappropriate/unsanitary, but during covid it is a lot more so. Please address.
