If you didn’t get in on January’s Sunday Dinner, you missed out! I had the Southern Fried Catfish, Mac n cheese, fried cabbage, cornbread muffin. I had the sweet tea and the lemon cake. Let me tell you, the catfish was so delicious and crispy. The Mac was so cheesy and the cabbage had so much flavor. Don’t forget your muffin. The sweet tea was good and I sipped the lavender lemonade. I wished I had two drinks! I loved the lemon cake. I may have asked for ice cream with it. I did try the cobbler and that was the bomb! Saying that, the service was great and the room was comfortable. I will be back (soon) with more friends!

The T&B Cajun Marinade is packed with flavors! I love how it's not overly sweet and uses honey instead of corn syrup. It's got such a nice mouth-watering tang to it. I have been using it to marinate proteins, as a dip for kebabs, to spice up Spanish rice etc. I'm planning to try on seafood next! This sauce turns out very versatile and I love how I can ask the chef on IG for ideas I haven't thought of. Bobbi is such a kind, humorous, warm person with such a passion for food! I hope you give this sauce a shot and let it expand your flavor range, I know I'm so glad I did!!

Today my work had food from Bobbi's Homestyle Catering and I can't recommend them enough. This was so of the best food I have had. The salmon was amazing and I wish I could have about 10 more helpings. If you get the chance to have catering from here, also ask for the lavender lemonade. After researching a number of personal chefs and private catering companies in Albuquerque, I stumbled upon Bobbi's Homestyle Catering on Instagram. I am based in Baltimore, MD; however, I was hosting a 4-day, 5-night retreat for a cohort of my students, so I needed to find someone who was responsive, flexible, and thorough. (And of course, I needed someone who could provide great food! That's the one thing that everyone remembers from any event, even years later.) I connected with Chef Bobbi via phone first, and she was pleasant and very easy to communicate with. I explained that I was looking for days' worth of catering services -- breakfast, lunch, and dinner -- and because I would be traveling for the retreat, I needed to have everything squared away in advance. I found Chef Bobbi to be very understanding, and she anticipated my needs and was ready with suggestions to help make my retreat a success. A few days prior to my arrival in Albuquerque, Chef and I had a final conference call where we pinned down a complete menu including entrees, sides, and beverages, and I completed payment. During the retreat, Chef Bobbi was phenomenal to have in my corner. With the exception of two individually-portioned meals, we opted to have our meals served homestyle. It was amazing! They say the best food is made with love, and you can taste this in every dish the Chef prepares. My retreat attendees raved about how delicious everything was, and I was very pleased with the service that we received. The menus were varied, the food was always hot and fresh, and the we looked forward to tasting everything every single time Chef popped by with our next catered meal. Because we had so many things included in our reservation over the course of those days, I'd like to say that we enjoyed a little of all of Chef Bobbi's best dishes. Favorites from our group included the smothered beef brisket, the baked macaroni and cheese, and the chicken lasagna. My personal favorite was the olive oil pasta -- it was a wonderful crowd pleaser and is vegetarian friendly. All in all, I found Chef Bobbi to be incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and professional. She was easy to work with, very communicative, and clearly takes great pride in what she does. Should I ever return to ABQ in the future, I will 100% retain her services again, and I certainly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a well-catered event. Thank you, Chef, for helping me to my retreat one to remember!

Blown Away!!!! I was here bartending a wedding, and of course hired help eats last. We all know what that means....cold food, that's usually dried out and everything is usually gone. Not in this case. There wasn't a side or main dish I didn't like. So so good. Their staff were all incredible. Everyone knows that food for weddings is always Mexican or BBQ. I recently attended a business workshop in NM that was catered by Chef Bobbi. We had 4 full days of meals that were top notch and high quality in taste/flavor, and presentation. I always knew Bobbi had the best food because I'd had the privilege to sample it at a wedding. Therefore, I wasn't exactly surprised when I hired her to cater my mother's Celebration of Life party. But the fact is, I had different food than I did at the wedding and it far exceeded my expectations! I mean, mac-n-cheese is mac-n-cheese, boy was I wrong! I don't even like mac-n-cheese but now I love it!! Especially if Bobbi makes it!! Truth be told, she also converted me in the way I feel about scalloped potatoes. I loved the red beans & rice & jalapino poppers! I'm just lookin' for another reason the hire her again! You can't go wrong! They delivered on time AND the food was Hot!

The food picture looked beautiful and the options she had listed for Father’s Day seemed delicious so I reached out to make a reservation. She responded very quickly and very professionally! When we arrived we were greeted at the door by one of the waitresses and sat down at a table quickly. She brought out our order and the food was amazing and exactly what we were looking for! I was even surprised to find that she had some dessert options for us as well that made the day even better! My Dad said that this was one of the best meals he’s ever had for Father’s Day! I was very excited to secure this company for a wedding rehearsal dinner for 40. On the day of the event the food was delivered-but we soon realized there were no desserts and no beverages. Both had been ordered and paid for. My advice is to be sure to confirm every part of your order two days prior and then the day of. I was forgiving of this error but after discovering there were 3 bookings that same day I wondered if we were somehow not as important and this was troubling. The refund arrived on Oct 18. The event was on Sept 30. The guests enjoyed the food that was delivered but the grocery store dessert substitutions were not acceptable quality. It was a casual backyard event-a lucky coincidence so the guests were somewhat unaware of the problems. I will choose another company for any future event.

Bobbi catered our staff Christmas party. We had to postpone our party from early December until today. Bobbi kept in touch with me during the month, made some great menu suggestion. They were prompt, set up quickly, and were so friendly and caring. Everyone at the party loved her and the food (lasgna and green chili chicken alfredo). The food was so good and the portions were extremely generous. She even made special plates for those who are gluten free. Will definitely use Bobbi again! I found Bobbi's on via Google because we were having a Christmas party at my company and needed a caterer. She was delightful from the beginning. She gave me some great recommendations on food we could have at a very good price. She followed up with me a few times prior to our party just to make sure we were both on the same page and ensure me everything was good to go. Bobbi's food was excellent!! Roasted potatoes were awesome!! Roasted Chicken was very tasty. She worked in a special meal for our younger guests that was all baked and not fried. We had multiple allergies and special diets that were handled wonderfully. Service was great. All food was served heated, even my plate and I was the last to eat. She and her coworker were friendly and helpful to all guests. I would have her cater again in a heartbeat!!

I generally cook when I have guests coming over but, my schedule was just crazy and I needed some help. I am new to ABQ and had no idea who to use. I checked out a couple of caterers but, Bobbi was so responsive and helpful that I engaged her services without hesitation. She had other parties but, found a way to fit me in. The food was wonderful, we had filet and salmon with a caprese salad, potatoes and amazing macaroni and cheese. The serving sizes were good, she provided dressings and sauces that complimented things nicely. My guest were all happy and full. I will certainly call Bobbi again to help me in the future.

I found Bobbi’s catering sort of last minute. I had company coming in town, and they wanted hot wings. Before finding Bobbi’s, I was planning to air fry some wings and get sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings. I happened to see a Facebook post from Bobbi’s for beef burgundy. I went to her page and scanned down through the posts. Lo and behold I saw a post from someone’s review of Bobbi’s wings. I decided to order the beef burgundy, and wings. My guest requested Asian zing and hot wings. Bobbi said that Asian zing wasn’t a part of her regular menu, but that she could make them for us. In less than 48 hours she delivered the beef burgundy, hot wings and Asian wings to me. My guest devoured the wings and commented that we were given extra sauce. Everything was delicious and professional. I will be using Bobbi’s catering for all of my catering needs.

I had a meeting for 120 people and I had had Bobbi's cooking before, so asking her to cook for this meeting was a no brainer! Bobbi is extremely professional and friendly. I ordered brisket, smoked chicken, sausage, mac and cheese, pasta salad, beans, potato salad, rolls, tea and strawberry lemonade. How she made all this food was beyond me but she did it and she did it well! Everyone said how much they loved her cooking!! Bobbi was not only professional and on-time, but her food was amazing! If you're looking for homestyle food, look no further. Especially her brisket and macaroni and cheese. Watch out if you don't want her to serve that you have to have all of your own serving dishes and warmers on hand! I just was blessed to eat here for Father's day and I ate so much I had to take a nap in the parking lot, it was that good!!! Smothered pork chops needed no knife, gravy and rice on point!! Dessert of chocolate caramel cake was delish and I don't even like chocolate cake like that. Then she came out and said they had peach cobbler too?! I got some to go and ate that in the parking lot before my nap. Can't wait until she hosts another event so I can get that great home cooking again!!

Oh my goodness! Bobbi’s Homestyle Cooking catered our daughters wedding! The food was beautiful, full of flavor and deliciousness! Everything from the Bacon Wrapped Jalapeños and artichoke medley to the grilled chicken and salads were lovely to look at and cooked to perfection!!! Bobbi addressed any food allergies to make sure everyone could eat and drink and provided all utensils, plates, cups, napkins, etc. Bobbi’s beautiful smile and genuine concern for each guest was what put the entire experience over the top!!! I have had many opportunities to eat meals from Bobbi’s Homestyle Catering. From family functions to business events. I have not been disappointed in any way with any of the meals I have had. Bobbi and her staff have not only looked professional but, have acted professional on the jobs I have witness them on. She might have a small business but her food has a big taste. With all the stress that comes with putting a wedding on, catering is not one of them when you work with Bobbi. She was very responsive the whole year we took to plan. She went above and beyond even asking if she could help with the parts of planning that made me want to cancel the whole thing. She definitely needs to become a wedding planner. Very professional and makes sure to take the brides choices a priority. We were planning from out of state and she had plenty of recommendations for other services when we needed them. All this awesome, and I haven’t even gotten into the food. It was amazing, we chose a thanksgiving feast, the wedding was close to the holiday. My only regret as the bride was not to eat more!! Highly recommend the mac and cheese. Her employees were very professional, and comforting. They felt like family by the end of the night. Her services are worth every penny. Every meal was delicious and attendees actually went out to personally compliment and thank the caterer. It's hard to decide which lunch was my favorite as they were all excellent but the bbq chicken sliders with potato salad, the chicken lasagna, or the brisket with smashed potatoes will be requested again as soon as possible! Bobby set everything up and took care of all details. Will use again and for private events as well.

The cornbread stuffed BBQ chicken pockets were what drew him in and we are so happy to have this team cater for our graduation party! Bobbi leads her business with poise and professionalism. Her staff members, Rosalyn, Des’mont, and Donte’, were personable and helpful. They look sharp and professional and were so approachable and friendly. We had smothered beef tenderloin over rice, smoked chicken breasts, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, marshmallow covered candies yams, and the most beautiful asparagus and fruit salads. Complete with a fresh strawberry lemonade and tea, my guests commented again and again about the rich flavors!! Do not hesitate to work with this amazing team who now feel like family to me. Delicious experience all around! If you have leftovers at the end of your party, you will wish you had to-go containers! Exceptional experience!
