I called Raymond to replace an old A/C unit in the kitchen with a new 25000 btu A/C wall unit. Of course the new unit was slightly bigger than the old unit so he had to enlarge the opening and reset the trim on the inside and outside of the house and seal it. Got it done! Raymond was professional and cleaned everything up as if nothing happened! Totally satisfied. I will call him back for other projects.

Raymond did an excellent job installing a new front door and screen door for me. I was putting this off for awhile and I am so glad I finally did it! He was very responsive, clean, and paid attention to the little things. This door is sooo much better. He also came back to fix an issue with the closing mechanism (manufacturing issue). The picture with the light shinning through was my original door. Six panel is the new one.

Raymond came immediately and saved our lives. We have a tiny restaurant that needed some serious work and my new friend came, assessed what needed to be done and just... did it. He coordinated with the electricians and the sheet metal guys and the fire suppression guys and it worked out great. On time. On budget. Excellent work.

Ray Pensiero diligently completed work for us as we were preparing our home for sale. He was honest and reliable throughout the entire project. As a master carpenter he remodeled two bathrooms. In the process he successfully repaired a leak in the wall that had been a problem for years. His tile work and carpentry created two beautiful bathroom designs. In addition we then contracted him to renovate and update our kitchen. He upgraded the cabinets, expertly installed ceiling moldings and retiled the flooring. He was very pleasant to work with and very trustworthy while in our home. Since he was fair, honest, and expert craftsman I would highly recommend him for any project. As an aside we sold our home after one weekend on the market.
