My son and I have taken several classes from the Brandon Rockler location. Turning with Bill and Riverboards with Mark. Both instructors are extremely knowledgeable in their subject matter and able to convey that knowledge to students. Safety is always front and center in the classes. In general the store atmosphere is very welcoming. All staff members are very helpful and each have their own passion for wood working. As a newbie to field, I appreciate their combined experienced when assisting me in setting up a project for success. Additionally the store manager, Jen, is amazing. You can definitely see that her particular style of management will set this store up for success. I'm looking forward to taking more classes and slowly setting up my own shop so that my son and I can express ourselves creatively.

First trip to a store front. Very nice, except the particular lumber I was looking for was so popular it had sold out. Very helpful staff helped with an alternate choice. Will definitely stop in again when we go to the west coast

The store is awesome! The staff are eager to help. They want to get to know you and find how they can better help you reach your goals and they actually use the equipment they sell. I spoke with Mark for about 20 minutes about projects and tools. Another guy stopped by after I picked up three besse parallel clamps and asked if I wanted him to put them behind the counter so I could continue to shop unencumbered by the weight and bulk of the clamps. I can't say enough good things about the store and staff, just prepare yourself for the cost. Rockler is the gold standard for a reason but the quality comes at a price. That said it the besse clamps were still cheaper than Home Depot.

I never thought that I would feel compelled to write a review about a woodworking supply store, yet here we are! We've ordered from Rocklers website before, but they recently had a deal for $50 off a specific router in-store only. We made a little weekend roadtrip and drove the 4 hours to visit the store and am so glad we did! We were greeted by so many associates who were all incredibly friendly, funny, knowledge and accommodating! Two different Marks, Bill, Austin and a very very kind woman whose name I unfortunately didn't get. They have a huge selection of wood and tools, varying in prices to fit any budget. Everything we looked for was in stock and easy to find. They even had an insanely knowledgeable finishing expert there from Old Masters named Scott who gave me great advice about staining a piece of factory furniture. They've recently opened, so they have lots of giveaways and great deals happening! They even have a schedule of all of their different events and deals. Do not miss the opportunity to come here, if I could give it 1,000 stars I would. Between the customer service, the variety and the sales I can tell this location will be around for an incredibly long time.

Just heard about this store a few days ago on the Triple L Rustic Designs YT channel. So I drove to Brandon to check it out for myself. Upon entering I was greeted with a warm welcome. All I can say is WOW! This place as a woodworkers paradise. There is no lack or specialty tools, accessories and supplies for any project and level of wood work. Fair warning ⚠️ this place will cause you to loose consciousness and purchase everything in sight. 😊 Workshops are also available 🪵📐🔨 Amazing place and highly highly recommend for anyone to find your closest location and enjoy!!!
