I had a wonderful experience working with the team at Premier Builders for the major renovation of my first home which was originally built in 1977. The team lead Johan was a joy to work with over the course of this long process. He was very knowledgeable, energetic, and brought excitement to the task at hand. He was easily accessible by phone call or text whenever I had questions or concerns about the project, and if he did not have the answer at the moment he was quick to figure it and get back to me as soon as possible. Renovations can be frustrating and plans have to change at times but Johan was always patient, optimistic, and willing to go above and beyond to find the best solution or compromise. The men who completed the labor for the job were a respectful and hardworking group and made a great effort to correct any mistakes or things I had concerns about. If I had to do it all over I would choose Premier Builders again, and I will definitely contact them first for any future major projects.

We couldn't be happier with the results of our kitchen and bath project. The crew at Premiere Builders along with Jonathan did who showed us our options and went over everything in great detail. We wanted to change some things in our house. And like many, we called around to a few contractors and received quotes. I can honestly say that from the time we met Shalom and Jonathan, the search was over. Not only could we tell that they would perform quality work, they were extremely humble and that is what won us over. What initially started as just new interior paint and flooring, quickly manifested into remodeling 3 bathrooms, adding new lightening, crown molding, custom walk-in closests, and the list goes on! We literally have a new house! The master bath remodel alone feels like a luxury spa! It has been a pleasure working with Premier. When it’s hard to find a contractor these days to do any kind of work, Premier was there, ready and able. We had the honor of working with Shimi and he was fantastic! We were not on location and he was always making sure to send videos and photos and do multiple video calls for us. Being our eyes every step of the way. And offering his professional opinion when we needed some guidance. He was a sounding board for ideas and helped search to find the best prices on items we were picking out. The kitchen was a complete transformation and it came out beautifully. We had exhaust fans added and drop ceilings removed from bathrooms. New tile. New interior doors throughout. And many many other side add on projects. We had other painters quotes for interior paint and retexture of ceiling but went with Premier/Shimi’s team to take care of that too. They gave us the best price and quality work. Shimi and his team were able to come in when we needed with no delay and completed the work (and all the extras) within the time line originally discussed. Recommend Premiere for any work you need and if you get to work with Shimi you won’t be disappointed. His work ethic and professionalism is on point. Thanks again!

Working with Jonathan and Shalom was an exceptional experience. I always heard remodeling was challenging and full of frustration. Jonathan and his team was very responsive, great communication throughout the process, easy to talk through when issues arises. The quality of work was outstanding and completed the project ahead of schedule. We did a full kitchen and Master bath remodel, replaced most of the flooring, and repaired a few things on the home. Great value on the pricing and the outcome was amazing. We were selling the home and his recommendations to save money and increase value of the home were great and paid off big time. We sold the house within hours and several tens of thousands over asking. His team supported us even beyond the project completion through the sales process. Jonathan and Shalom did not only became trusted contractors but also friends. Fully recommend them and the work their team does. A shame we moved from Florida as we would love to work with them on any future projects. There were plenty of challenges but they always worked with us to find a way. I was able to complete the project while working and traveling even with the family staying in the home as they were always reliable, respectful and trustworthy.

We had a great experience working with Jonathan. Living an hour and a half away from the project, we needed someone we could trust to get the job done in our absence and chose Jonathan because he listened well, took detailed notes at every meeting, and had great organizational skills. He also had a plumbing background which was vital for the changes we needed at the house. The demo revealed a few problems so the project took longer than expected, but we realized that possibility going in. Jonathan understood the vision we had, listened to our ideas, but also didn't hesitate to add his expert advice, helping us to make the right choices and keeping us from making costly mistakes. He also led us to suppliers who helped us work within our budget. During the project, we met many of his subs and found them just as friendly and helpful. The whole time we felt a good vibe from Jonathan’s team and a lot of mutual respect. At the end, everyone worked quickly to get all the little details finished and completed to our liking. No project is without issues but it's how a company deals with those issues that counts the most and we found this to be one of Jonathan’s strengths. Overall, the project went smoothly and we attribute it to the constant communication we had with Jonathan and his willingness and desire to create something of quality. We've had nothing but compliments from all who have entered the house. We would definitely work with Jonathan again

Excellent! The job was to rescue a kitchen remodel that had been abandoned by the previous contractor. Premiere Builders were at my door within a day of my calling them, were able to start a couple days later and able to finish in a month. Impressive. High standards were applied to the materials used and the work done. Everyone was professional and respectful of my home. Shimi was able to coordinate each phase of the project, moving it along quickly. He was on top of everything about this project. Shimi stayed in excellent communication with me and with the workmen. Anytime I would call him with a question, he would get right back to me. Always a pleasure to work with him. My small kitchen had an unusual number of details because it had been abandoned. Premiere Builders lived up to their tag line, "Life is in the details" After drywall and flooring repair, resolutions for previous problems became opportunities for creative, practical solutions. Old problems became new opportunities. I got a new kitchen beyond what I had originally wanted! Raising the ceiling made way for a sleek modern ceiling fan. My ceiling is amazing. I used Premier to change out sliding patio doors for French doors, added a covered area to my patio and a kitchen backsplash. All were done extremely well. Saved me quite a bit in the French doors and they looked better than the other more expensive ones. And the installation came out top notched. The patio cover was exactly what I wanted as it matched the rest of the house and did not stick out like a sore thumb. And, I’ve gotten nothing but compliments about the backsplash they installed. Highly recommend. Shimi was always there to make sure everything was running smoothly and in time.

this is a recognition of the excellent work performed by Jonathan, Shalom and the entire team. it is for massive remodeling, master bedroom, new master bathroom, creation of another suite, new closets , new lightings, new floors, modern chimney and mainly new large kitchen. I am very particular about my taste and have high expectations. All I can say is they went above and beyond, making sure everything was perfect and on time. Premiere Builders gutted my entire small condo, including moving walls. They were outstanding. The quality of work was superb and Jonathan and his guys were great. I loved them all. The cabinet carpenter is a genius and the foreman...I just LOVE him. All of the guys were really great. They know their stuff! They followed all association rules, well, except that they wanted to start earlier and stay later than allowed. :) They kept common areas clean and even vacuumed the common hallway daily! When there was an issue after completion, they resolved it immediately. Through the process, they helped me shop for tile, flooring, sinks, cabinets, etc. Johnathan has an eye for this stuff and his opinions were great! He knew when to tell me I had a bad idea and when to keep quiet and do what I wanted. I could not love my new home anymore and have Premiere Builders to thank for it.

The project was an addition to my 1940's single story home, and consisted of an additional ensuite bathroom for the master bedroom, an additional bathroom, and conversion of an existing space into an office and a walk-in closet for the master bedroom. The project involved a number of construction services including concrete foundations, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, tiling, flooring, new and replacement siding replacement, both internal and external painting, reuse of some existing windows, and closure up of formerly existing window as part of new bedroom. All of the tradespeople performed in a professional and courteous manner. Both Shalom and Jonathan visited on a number of occasions, and speedily arranged for the various City inspectors to come along, and remedy anything that needed changing. Both of them offered advice, and discussed openly any changes etc. that I wished to make. Everyone who has visited my house since completion have praised the work. I have no hesitation in recommending Premiere Builders.
