They are family owned and husband and wife team. Excellent customer service. Always responds to calls or texts very rapidly. They listened to what i wanted designed it. Then we went over it and they gave me input and we then went ahead and built them. They looked beautiful great job. I was so happy with there work i went ahead and had my bathroom done as well. Would 100 percent recommend. I will use again.

We got a recommendation from a friend to use Ortega Custom Cabinets. We didn't want to install new cabinets, but instead asked if they could do the countertop alone. The experience was very pleasant throughout. There wasn't a time we felt there was lack of communication. When the day came to install the countertop, they were quick, clean, and very professional throughout the whole process.

The Ortega's could not have been more helpful in designing my new kitchen! I knew what I wanted and they made great suggestions while keeping my design intact. The quality of work is fabulous! From the drawer design to paint application! They "hung in" with me during a long delay due to a health issue, then Covid hit with more delays. Demaris and Uziel stuck with me and the project throughout both. 5 STARS! See photos on their site soon. White uppers, black lowers, red island base with wood top. Truly gorgeous!

We called in 4 contractors to present plans for a total kitchen remodel. The Ortegas were the only contractor that did not have an issue with addressing an unusal (soffit) area in our kitchen. Primarily because their cabinets are custom built and they were able to size and build a cabinet specifically for that area. Most contractors utilize box cabinets that come in general sizes. Mr. Ortega is a highly skilled craftsman that never ceases to amaze. They are passionate about their work and the products that they produce. Mrs. Ortega quickly responds to questions and concerns. She will lend her expertise in kitchen design if you would like it. The Ortegas are professional and very attentive to detail. They make note of everything you request. The word custom tends to make you think “too expensive”, but we were pleasantly surprised that their estimate was comparable to others, but what they provided far exceeded any of the other contractors. We are more than pleased with our new kitchen. They delivered all of our must haves ! Our new kitchen is not only beautiful it is now more spacious and more functional. I hate we did not take before/after pictures. Choosing Ortega Custom Cabinets was a no brainer ! They were a pleasure to work with!
