Alex and his family are amazing. He is a top-notch craftsman and worked with my wife and I design our kitchens and bathrooms from concept to completion. We talked through every detail and made adjustments throughout the process. Alex came out to our site and spent time with us to ensure we understood how everything would be laid out and installed. Alex was always focused on making everything perfect for us. When you are designing a kitchen or bathroom, you just do not think about every little detail. Alex did! He helped us find additional utility in limited spaces and even built custom drawers to maximize utility. His attention to detail is so high; he was able to prepare a stain that matched a sample from a nearly 20-year-old piece of furniture, which was going to be in the same room. Furthermore, he created additional the panels and finishes to create image of built in appliances. The finishes are exceptional. Our counter tops were installed separately, but Alex went the extra mile to make sure that the cabinets and the site was prepared for the installation. He even offered to create additional support braces if necessary. His communication was on point throughout the whole process. If there was ever a question about anything, he took the time to explain it all down to the finest detail. Once everything was complete, we had a monitor installed on the wall in the kitchen. It needed something to tie it in to the kitchen in order to really complete the project. Alex went the extra mile and created a custom frame for the monitor, which tied it all together! The care and passion Alex has for his trade and his customer’s happiness is not found very often. Our building experience was a good one from start to finish. The cabinets are amazing and I could not think of a better contractor to work with. Thank you Alex for making our experience such a great one.

Alex and his son completed work on my kitchen last year. We had the most awkward kitchen configuration on the home we had just purchased. The previous owner had remodeled several times trying to figure out what to do in the space we had. While others came over to give us ideas and quotes no one compared to Alex. His ability to provide design ideas and complete the work was outstanding and for the best price. If you are looking for cabinets hire Alex and look no further.

Alex and his boys, two sons came to install our new cabinets. They took 2 days to install and did a wonderful job!! I wanted to wait to write a review as I do with everything else I buy and I have nothing bad to say, on the contrary, I don't think there are too many craftsmen out there anymore. He took his time with us and really gave us what we wanted. He came back 3 months after he installed our cabinets and personally showed my husband how to adjust the hinges on the doors and other features on pullouts he made for spices by the stove. I will recommend Alex to my family and my friends.

Alex From Jacobs affordable cabinets was so easy to work with. He gave me ideas and matched the color to my decor. He answered every question I had and measured every single corner in my kitchen to give me the most out the space I have. I needed him to come back and replace the face of a drawer because my dog (puppy) “buddy” had chewed the corners and he did not hesitate and came back as soon as he could. Alex and the people at Jacob's Cabinets were tremendous to work with and provided us with a kitchen beyond belief. Alex worked with us every step of the way, from the design to the finishing trim. HIs suggestions were fantastic and he is a master at his craft. My wife and I cannot be more pleased with the kitchen he gave us, and we will certainly call him for the built-ins we will put in our office, and for any other future project we have. I have never worked with another contractor whom I could recommend more highly. He and his crew were wonderful, and their workmanship is impeccable.

Alex and his son were always professional and on time. They would always notify us of any issues and actually did extra work without charging us. They had to come in and fix the first installers mistakes working continuously without taking breaks even coming out on the weekend to accommodate us. I wouldn't hesitate to rehire him if necessary. You can tell that he is very experienced and knows what he is doing. We are very grateful to have "found" him via a web search. We will definitely refer Alex to friends, family and neighbors.

Mr. Baez did a wall unit that consists of 3 arched mirrored medicine cabinets, with columns and crown molding for my master bath. It turned out beautiful. He is a very good person to work with and does quality work and uses quality material. If I have other projects I will definitely go back to him. I recommend Jacobs Custom Cabinets very highly.
