We are very happy with the service provided by Ron’s Water Heater Repair. Ron’s Water Heater Repair technician provided a prompt, comprehensive, competitive quote and was happy to quote on various options and brands. After we accepted the quote we had a few questions and he answered those quickly and clearly. The installation was efficient and the guys were polite and tidy. It turned out there was a problem with one of the parts, and so we needed to have it repaired. he contacted the manufacturer for us and sorted it out as quickly as possible. From management who helped to troubleshoot an item, to Albert who specializes in sewer-related items. We had the whole crew it seems at one point of another to our 1940’s bungalow to assist with old house issues. Schedulers are also always pleasant and responsive. Knowledgeable employees who consistently deliver great service!

My wife and I had just arrived from our Christmas vacation to find that our heater wasn’t working later that night and with a five old month baby in the house we needed it repaired right away! Fortunately the following morning I was able to get Thomas B. from Ron’s Water Heater Repair to come and save the day! I’m very happy with their service from beginning to end. The receptionist that took my call was friendly and was able to quote me a time between 2 and 4 pm. Fortunately Tom was able to get to me way before then! Great customer service! What a great service! Fast efficient!! I woke up to a cold shower and discovered my water heater was out and leaking. I sent requests to several potential services and Ron’s Water Heater Repair was the first to respond. They gave me a range of what the repair might cost and I made a reservation. They called and was available sooner then expected. He took a look at the old tank and gave me an estimate that was at the low end of others estimate. Within a couple hours I had a brand new top of the line Water Heater installed and guaranteed!! Thank you!! I appreciate the way you do business!!

I had what seemed to be a slow leak around the base or under the toilet. Ron’s Water Heater Repair owner sent out a team the same day, and they were able to tell me that the source of the problem was so minor that they could not find it without removing the toilet, and so I could safely wait, and continue to use the bathroom, until a scheduled uninstallation in 2 weeks when new bathroom flooring is to be installed. / I have used Ron’s Water Heater Repair for plumbing for more than 4 years now, as I have a 90-year-old house and Ron’s Water Heater Repair is especially good with older houses and their plumbing eccentricities. Also they are always efficient and reliable, and do excellent work.

This is the third water heater that I have had replaced by Ron’s Water Heater Repair. Once on a rental property, once for my daughter’s house and today at my house. Our technician was extremely efficient, and on time. I wasn’t scheduled to get the water heater until Friday morning and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call that they had a cancellation and could come out the same day to install the new water heater. I had hot and cold come out to service my A/C because the heat was turning on randomly and making the house super-hot. So Ron’s Water Heater Repair tech came out the next day to take a look walked out checked the system and everything inside as well luckily it turned out to be our nest was not working after 5 years so we ended up getting a new one. But I was happy with the time frame and the effort they put in to making sure nothing else was wrong.

Water heater stopped working Sunday afternoon. Called them up and they sent out a technician the next day. He showed up and inspected my water heater. After explaining the issue and giving me an estimate with the water heater. I decided to proceed with installing a new water heater.
