These guys crushed it. Our home is relatively new, but brand new to us. We had four closets and a pantry and nowhere to keep anything! Rob and the guy who did the install (i forget his name in sorry!!!) GAVE US EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED AND ASKED FOR for less than every other quote. It wasn't cheap, but it was a big project, and everyone else wanted more. I'd actually call this rating a 4.98 because communication was imperfect, mostly while we were waiting for things to arrive before the install, but if that's my biggest issue, then I'll live. The project took a bit longer than I anticipated, which was a minor inconvenience, but it took a long as it had to for one guy doing all the work. I'll happily recommend them to others with similar needs, no hesitation.

I knew when we bought our house that one of the bedrooms was going to be designated as my dressing room. I called around, got a few quotes, and had a few different companies draw up what I had envisioned. But no one got what I had pictured in my head like KaCey with Bayou Closets. He was such a good listener, it only took a few different moc ups for him to fulfill all my closet dreams! For the first time in years, I finally feel like all my clothes have a home. They are family ran, and they treat you like you’re a part of their family from the moment they step foot in your house. Everyone who works for them is kind, caring, and so hardworking. I am so happy with how my dressing room turned out. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They deserve it!

I had four closets and a pantry installed by Bayou Closets and the service was better than I expected! They removed all the wire racks, patched the holes and brought in racks for me to hang our clothes while the closets were being completed. All the closets were completed in one day! We are looking forward to getting our office and garage done also.

I am extremely pleased with the service and product that I received from Bayou Closets- a local, family-owned and operated company. And I whole-heartedly recommend them for closet, storage and organizational needs. I solicited and received quotes from other reputable companies, however, Bayou Closets offered the best services and product for the most reasonable price. Bayou Closets offered a speedy in-home consultation, which allowed me to share my wants and needs for the space available. This produced an expert design for my walk-in closet. They utilized every inch of space including corners and high ceilings for additional storage options. The installation was scheduled in a timely manner and the installer was professional and efficient. I was especially pleased with the excellent customer service I received from every member of this team. My closet offers so much convenience and is beautiful in quality and design. Fairly quick turn around and very accommodating. I recently purchased a condo and needed to maximize my closet space. I called Bayou Closet and spoke to Rob, the owner. I was quickly connected to Kasey, who scheduled a measuring within a week. After the measurements were completed, a day or two later, I contacted Kasey to modify the request in an effort to reduce the cost. We made one small adjust to remove the shoe rack, and it reduced the price about $200, so I agreed to move forward. On December 15, 2019, we set an install date. I was told it would take around two to three weeks for an available appointment. The next day, I thought about how I might use the space as an Airbnb and perhaps, it would be better to move the master layout to the guest room so I could make the guest my master. The owner provided a new quote and it was slightly higher, so I informed the owner to just keep it like it was. However, I failed to confirm that in an email. I was given an estimated install date between January 10 to 13, 2020. True to their word on January 13, 2020, I received a text scheduling the install and Robert the installer arrived the next day. Good thing I hung around the house and looked at the layouts because what the plans were mixed up. The original master layout was slated for the guest room and the original guest layout was slated for the master, which was caused by my request for a second quote. After a couple of calls and speaking with owner and Kacey, we were able to get to the bottom of the matter. It seems there was a slight breakdown in communication and when I said keep it like it is; the meaning got lost in translation. Fortunately, Bayou Closet acknowledged the mixed up in communication and we were able to resolve the issue. Robert, a super customer service oriented installed was able to get to work. The owner and his team worked to meet my request. The Robert stayed until 7:30 p.m. to make sure I was satisfied. What could have been a nightmare turned out to be a great experience. Excellent customer service and the BEST INSTALLER ever. Special thanks to ROBERT for being genuinely concern and working until the job was done. AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME!

A+++! Rob, KaCey and the installation crew are top notch professionals. KaCey measured our space and answered all of our questions quickly before finalizing our design. Rob, the owner, was quick to respond and get us on the schedule. And finally, the installation crew! These guys worked their tails off. They were professional and respectful of our home and time.
