My wife and I are very glad that we hired Midtown to replace our decaying backyard fence with a very high-quality vinyl fence. Every person we have met or communicated with has been professional and pleasant. The quality of materials is of the highest degree. We think the installation crew was very careful and thorough at every step of the process, too. Midtown isn't likely to be the cheapest, but do I really want "cheap" to be a word that describes any home improvement done for us? I think not. I recommend Midtown Home Improvements without reservation.

My husband and I bought our first home in September and immediately started planning our backyard oasis to include a pool. We have a large deck off the house, but putting in a pool created the need for a lower deck. Looking through about a hundred options, we contacted Midtown on a whim. Jacob came to our home, sat and talked with us about our vision, took measurements, and made a plan to come back the next day with some design ideas. He worked with us on every option, question, concern we threw at him. Jacob thoroughly explained the history of the company, the quality and reason behind all material choices, and pricing for all options. He explained how Midtown has been around for 33 years and stand behind their work. Jacob was amazing through the entire process. Communication is incredibly important to us and this man UNDERSTANDS THAT! He laughed and joked with us, helped us talk through the project, and worked with us on financing. I highly recommend requesting Jacob for any project you are considering. Ask for Jacob Aeschliman. I can't imagine working with a more honest, down-to-earth guy!

We required replacement of a large deck. The job was completed efficiently and in the time frame promised. The construction personnel were skilled and knowledgeable. As with all construction there were a few bumps along the way, but our concerns and requests were all addressed. Would definitely recommend this company.

We would rate them a 5 on the end product & Dylan & the construction crew. The communication would be much lower-maybe 2 rating. Lots of difficulty getting calls returned. Pricing is very high compared to other reliable decking companies but just hard to compare apples to apples with the product & construction process they use. We do love how the deck turned out-just some bumps along the way.

vinyl siding, windows and gutters/downspouts The salesman was thorough and answered all questions. The construction was performed by non-English speaking workers, and the work was well done, but it would have been helpful if my questions could have been answered during the renovation. The construction materials laying in the yard could have been secured better when a snowstorm was approaching but I personally managed to secure them. When the job was completed, most of the large pieces of construction debris was removed, but I had to buy a yard magnet to roll along the perimeter of the house to pick up nails and scraps of metal and I had to pick up numerous scraps of metal, insulation and wood. No one came by to walk the job with me to review the completed work and I haven't heard from the company inquiring if the work was satisfactory so I'll call them to relay some details that need attention. My recommendations for the company would be to improve on-site supervision and final clean up. All in all, we are very pleased with the siding, windows, gutters and downspouts. We've received positive comments from our neighbors and would recommend Midtown Home Improvements.

My husband and I decided it was time to replace our deck and began our search for a responsive, reliable company that does quality work. It turns out that it is more difficult to find those qualities in companies than ever. We experienced contractors that set up appointments for estimates and ghosted us, requests for quotes that went unanswered, and found several companies with great reviews that were now out of business. By the time I found the contact information for Midtown Home Improvement, my expectations were pretty low, but to my surprise, I received a call within an hour from their scheduling department. The representative was knowledgeable and helpful in scheduling a same-day appointment for an estimate! Fast forward to our appointment time when Midtown’s sales representative, Danny Veit, showed up on time, looked professional, and was ready to help us build the deck of our dreams. Danny walked us through all our building materials and design options, ensuring he answered all of our questions along the way. I highly recommend calling Midtown Home Improvement if you are looking for a responsible, reliable company. My favorite thing about the Zuri decking we selected is that it looks like natural wood but is low-maintenance with a 25-year transferrable warranty. It does not get as hot as Trex, so my dogs will not burn their paws! Shout out to Danny for going above and beyond for my family. I cannot wait to get this project started.

08/22/2022 Midtown Home Improvements My husband and I had plan to do a big project on our home in which consistent of getting some new siding. We chose two companies, and the one we decided to go with was Midtown Home Improvements located at 1400 Donelson Pike here in Nashville. Now mind you this was a big event for us and a big project, so we were putting our trust In our Project Manager. As he went threw the process of everything with us, he got us financed with no problem, went over everything and guaranteed we would love the finished product. You know now days it seems like a man's word means nothing but not Midtown. Everything that our Project Manager stated would happen, happen. The workers were fantastic , kind courteous, on time , even worked until dark and sometimes in the rain. Any questions we had , they were answered, if we needed to ask something from our Project Manager he was just a call away, you can't get no grander than that. My husband and I was a little worried at first because it was such a big project for us and my husband is not a person you can win over easy, but thanks to Midtown Home Improvements, Jacob Aeschliman our Project Manager , the construction team we have the Best looking New Home on the block, I home even looks a little bigger. Had insulation installed on ceiling of garage and attic of second story. So happy to have this done. Looking forward to seeing the difference in my electric bill in coming months. It was 115 degrees in the attic on the day of installation, but the workers were able to complete both jobs very timely. They were very professional and considerate of the mess insulation makes. I see many of the negative reviews are from older clients who expect a project to cost the same it did 50 years ago or are comparing it to the quote from an unlicensed uninsured amateur. I can guarantee that go8ng in that direction would be a mistake because that's the kind of deck we originally had and it literally collapsed underneath us while we were on it. Danny from Midtown came and while he was a very persistent salesman I never once felt he was being dishonest or slimy. He seemed to have real confidence in the product he was offering and that is a huge indication of quality to me. We settled on a cedar deck and were told it would probably take 2 weeks or so once they started. The builder, Tori, came and worked so incredibly hard! He had the deck finished in 4 days because he pulled some very long days. We assured him that he didn't need to hurry but he seemed to want to make sure we had an amazing experience. The finished deck is beautiful and sturdy, I couldn't be happier with it! Thanks to Danny and Tori!

Recently had a new deck and 2 windows replaced with Midtown . The Deck is beautiful and Ken the person who built he deck was very professional an listened to what I wanted on placement since was changing from original deck. He asked questions on how I wanted the deck posts as will be adding deck lighting in the spring. The window installers also very professional answered all my questions. They have made a big difference in appearance of the house and now no more painting. I have noticed temperature better no drafts and sound barrier better. Very happy will how both jobs turned out.

Replaced old deck with new Zuri deck. Despite some supply issues, the team was professional and their work is extremely polished. They also replaced a front picture window and front entry door. Communication issues along with some minor quality issues, but they were very responsive and listened and addressed them.

If top quality windows and superior customer service are important to you this is your company. These windows are second to none, incredibly insulating, and easy to clean. Beautiful options for opening with or without the screen. I'm excited to see our next electric bill. Our other windows were drafty in the winter and let a lot of heat in during the summer. It's July and there is little to no heat when standing next to them! Amazing. We love them so much we are not adding blinds. They are just too pretty. The guys that installed them were professional, kind, and considerate. A GREAT team for sure. Thanks Midtown. We will plan to use you for future home improvement projects.

Midtown replaced my roof. The work was fast, done exceedingly well ( my son in law went inside my attic to check.it all out) and the workers cleaned up everything. They even left one sheet of treated wood for the roof that was not used but that I apparently was quoted and paid for. Not the least expensive in town but I feel I got the quality that I paid for in both product and service.

We just had all of our windows replaced by Midtown. In total we had 8 windows replaced. This was our second time using Midtown. Previously they replaced our living room large picture window. They completed the install in less than 5 hours. The new windows look amazing, no more drafts, and are SO easy to open and close. Highly recommend

Good company but be prepared to spend 2 hours for your estimate. They need to work on not wasting people's time as our estimate was from 7:30-9:20pm! We were also extremely surprised that he didn't wear a mask, especially since the 1st guy we met who was walking through the neighborhood DID have a mask on.

I was afraid they would cancel b/c of tornado damage in middle Tennessee & pandemic lock down. but they came through.
