Dave / PCW just completed cabinets in the entire house for our custom home build. We started talking with Dave about 18 months ago. He went above and beyond to make our visions come to life. We love everything about our cabinets - the custom colors and gorgeous white oak, the custom hood with inset shelves, and all of the little touches like roll out drawers, baking sheet dividers, paper towel holder, hot tools drawer insert…the list goes on. Dave was right on schedule and worked very hard to make everything exactly how we wanted it. We get so many compliments on our cabinetry. His entire team was so friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend.

Their service was great too. The material came in when originally estimated and installation was right on time. Dave Peterson and his talented wood workers of PCW Custom Cabinetry built and installed, then painted on site my Library. It turned out beautiful. The bookshelves take up four walls divided by open space between the foyer and formal dining area. The stand alone wall continues the continuity of the library housing a desk with hidden shelves and drawers beneath, and recessed book/media shelves for DVDs on top. It all transitions seamlessly which allows for large gatherings. It’s perfect for my book collections and other collections made more accessible to enjoy.

Having worked with dozens of firms in every imaginable trade in the world of design and construction, I can say, without reserve, that Peterson Custom Woodworking stands squarely on top of the heap. My master bath vanity project was definitely small potatoes for someone who designs everything from whole house installations to monster-sized mansion projects, and yet Dave took it on and gave it his full conceptual focus. I framed in the odd shaped space, gave Dave my ideas and rough sketches, and he brought to life a spectacularly beautiful, custom built vanity. Like most successful people, Dave has surrounded himself with a quality workforce. Everyone I had contact with in his production and install crews were top-notch. His installer for my project, Tom, in particular, was an absolute joy to work with. I will grant him what I feel is the utmost praise for a man with his skills - he is a Craftsman. We used PCW for the design and installation of custom walnut cabinets (horizontal grain) and a special shelving unit (lit with LED lights) in my husband's office. Everything came out beautifully. Peterson Custom Woodcrafts designed, fabricated and installed a custom media center, custom entry (mudroom) storage bench and shoe storage shelving, and custom desk/shelving in our Toll Brothers home. The results of their work have transformed the interior of our house into a home. Everything they installed was cleverly designed to aesthetically enhance the space while greatly improving storage solution. Our home went from clutterfull to clutterless. Moreover, it's "feel" has gone from tract house to custom based largely on Peterson's work. We have high standards. Peterson exceeded them. And...it'd not be right to offer a recommendation without honoring Dave & Jerry personally. They communicate readily and honestly and carry out all interactions with grace. I'll definitely recommend them with confidence. You have a choice where to spend your money. If you need custom cabinetry, I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a better place to spend it.
