The granite countertops were installed beautifully. Michael worked with us closely, trying very hard to adjust the design several times to make it perfect for us. We purchase our home February 2021 and we were so excited to get started on a custom kitchen that would meet our families needs. I went in several times to confirm my pick of style, colors and design. Their showroom was very helpful. Installation happened while I was leaving town on a family emergency. We noticed we did not see blue island cabinets. I reported this and was told that was not included in my design and that I should have read the order form. I pointed out that on the specks there were items marked as BB and this lead me to believe that was my blue base. I was not knowledgeable in the design reading as I suspect others may not also be. Some of our cabinets also came incorrect although they were correct on the plan. We were credited in part for the color mix up and the incorrect cabinets did arrive a couple months later, they switched them out no problem. I enjoyed the process of picking my items and their large selection. The communication was outstanding until things were not correct. If you work with this company simply take the time to have all things spelled out for you ahead, do no assume as I did. The part that lost me to return was being told repeatedly that maybe I did not remember right. I most definitely did. I dreamed of building this kitchen.
