Every week I drive from jersey to the Bronx just to get my cars/trucks washed. This place is by far one of the best. Nothing in jersey can compete and worth the toll and gas to cross over the bridge. Great work and amazing customer service.

This is a fantastic car wash they really take pride in the work and it’s ALL by hand. The only gripe I had was they missed a few spots inside the car or else definitely five stars. Super friendly, courteous and to the point. You will be here for a little while though they are busy all day long.

THE CRAFT

This is my favorite hand car wash. The gentlemen who work at this establishment are very focused on their efforts to cleanse your vehicle to the best. Every time I come here I'm greeted respectfully and leave very happy. If my car could talk, they would probably feel a little conceited; the cleanse is that good! I am looking forward to doing my first detailing with my 2021 Toyota Camry here. Thanks for all your hard work and positive energy fellas. Looking forward to seeing you soon. Totally Awesome Auto Doctor. I have been taking my vehicles there for 17 years, been through 6 owners, if i remember correctly. They are simply the best for your vehicle. The manager is SUPER, checks every vehicle before the owners receives the keys. Try them one time, I guarantee you will return.

Not bad for a quick once over, $17 or spray wax for $25 for that xtra shine. I am not a fan of having to hold up the line by having to show flaws in the wash, missed waxed spot, uneven tire dressing etc..... 9/9/19 Chad has a whole new crew there except for goldo. Visited recently and was extremely impressed. My vehicle was spotless and well worth the $40 bucks. Take advantage, hand wax mon-wed $35 plus tip. Keep up the good work

I had the best auto detailing experience at Gentle Touch. My car’s interior fabrics where shampooed and all stains removed. The exterior was meticulously cleaned and buffed to perfection. They completely transformed my son's Acura TSX. Looks new. They really did a thorough cleaning "everything". They took the time removing everything from the interior and the truck and placed it inside plastic zip bags. They vacuum, steamed cleaned and buffed the exterior and interior. A nice touch, they took videos of their cleaning process. Gross, but you feel confident about the experience and expense of the job. The personnel were very professional and pleasant. I would recommend their services.

Been here few times to get my car washed. Why I’m giving it 4 stars. The waiting time might be long depending on the times you go if it’s after a snow storm forget it you’ll be there 100 years waiting.🤣. Besides that negative, great work price right now it’s 25$ it was 18$ last time I went they always clean my car very nicely done inside outside rims mats windows cleaned. Never till now have had a problem with something. Sorry to hear the bad reviews maybe bad luck or something. Before I go to wash my car I always check it to make sure there’s no damage and before I leave after the wash I check it to see anything wrong thankfully no problems. Will be going here next times . I have a new car I need to go to car wash like this done by hand . Those machines at other places and them brooms 🧹 they use it’s like using 1000 sand grit paper you don’t want your new paint to have a bunch of nasty swirls in a short amount of time .

My husband usually goes there for his car needs, this time I had to take care of an extremely bad odor out of my car so I reached out to gentle touch to see if anything can be done. This spot took there time and handled the job patiently and sufficiently. The detailing on my car was phenomenal, (they got every inch of the car) I felt like I just came out of the dealership with a brand new car, extremely satisfied with the hard work that was put in at gentle touch, I do recommend this place! 5 Star

I have been roaming around to experience a good car wash around my neighborhood. This review is 2 years later experience from this gentle touch car wash. I would want to say, one of the best hand car wash I have ever experienced. They do a spectacular detail cleaning. It’s not only about washing the car with soap and water, it’s also about drying it out properly just so that the water after doesn’t dirty out the car. It’s worth the cleaning. I took my car twice here this year. They are hands down, one of the best and cheapest auto detailing place I ever been to. The guys are always helpful and friendly, both women at front desk are very friendly. They leave my car spotless and shiny.

After the recent storm my car had a big stain on the rug because water filtered in and there was powder we had on it to try to help the situation… I took it to the place because my friends suggested it and I was very pleased. I was there at 7 AM because I heard it gets really packed. And this nice gentleman that works there guided me through everything. I could not have been more pleased with the service today. I thought it was going to be like the other places I’ve visited, but no they were great. Trust and believe I think twice before I give my business to someone but I’m definitely going back. They use great products, and offer great service, and services to keep your vehicle looking brand new. It will not hurt to try them out, and see how nice your car will look at the end. Had a very positive experience recently washing my BMW M3. The gentleman, whom I believe is the owner, was very friendly and provided excellent service. The wash was thorough and immaculate. If you need a quick wash this probably isn't the place since there's usually a queue, but there's a reason for that - they do a great job here at a reasonable rate.

Love this place! I’ve been getting my car washed here for about a year now and even though the wait is a little long it’s worth it! They’re the only HAND car wash near me. I’ve gone in there with spills on my leather and not even have to mention it and it’s clean. The products used on my vehicle keeps my exterior shiny for at least a week. The staff is friendly and I’ve built a rapport with them and they know exactly what I need and and the prices are reasonable. I drive by at times and they’re swamped but it’s to no surprise they’re FANTASTIC !!! Highly recommend this place.

I was in need of a good hand carwash, I had been going to another for years and they just went downhill over night. I found this one just on a casual drive by and figured I’d give it a shot. I was not disappointed!!!, in fact I was shocked at the quality wash at a great price. When I say hand carwash that’s what I mean, not a half machine wash that you put on the roller and it rolls your car, but all hand car wash. I have high end cars and I always get hand washes. I woke up at 630am today and got there at 715am and was 2nd on line and glad i was early,because by 8am when they open the line was 2 blocks long lol.HANDS DOWN THE BEST HAND CAR WASH IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!My car looks like it just rolled off the factory line and could be entered in any top car show around,friendly staff and the prices are very very reasonable and i will never wash n wax my own car again,i will be a frequent customer,it was a great quick experience!!!

Definitely worth the wait... while the line may be long, your car will come out looking showroom ready! Not only do they clean and shine the exterior, the interior gets a good cleaning too, including washing of the mats. Get the wash and handwax... I highly recommend it, you'll thank me later.
