Franks was going through a buy out at the time when my car was damaged from their wash. It took some doing but eventually reached the right people. They paid to have my car fixed. I am sort of scared to use automatic washes now but I am satisfied with their service after the incident.

For the most part the people are very friendly and do an excellent job. Sometimes you get someone that just does not look friendly. They don't smile or anything. They barely spray the windshield. But the club price is good, very convenient to get in and out of.

I like the car wash But I loved it when u could scrub your car before Hand because my tires Are usually Very dirty and I have to go through the car wash twice to get the desired look without a pre clean other than that the staff is all very friendly and I'll definitely be coming back

Wash was good. Had to ask the attendant for a piece of plastic trim the scrubbers knocked loose. Also had to ask how I go about getting the future washes as I got the unlimited monthly special for $40.00. Nice young man but overworked, location under staffed. Looked like that one guy was doing it all.

For 25.00 it's not bad, awesome carwash, they have this machine there that cleans your mats, I'm telling you my mats came out looking brand new, it vacuums then washes them, then vacuums the water out so that they are bone dry, they also supply rags to wash down your interior dash and stuff, if you need window cleaner they supply that too. My next trip I'm going to become a yearly customer, much cheaper that way.

New car wash with ceramic finished wax and much more. Vaccumns work very well. Car wash is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of stalls available for you to park and vaccumn your car out. They have a mat cleaner machine that does a good job cleaning your floor mats. Clean bathrooms are close by. My car was clean and shiny.

There is no excuse for having a dirty car when you have Frank's Car Wash!! Not only is it a car wash but they also have ampel, well maintained vacuum machines, a machine that washes and cleans your floor mats, towels to wipe your car with, and even provide glass cleaner for your windows. The friendly staff have always been so helpful and appear to really take pride in the service they provide. The BEST customer service company I've had dealings with. ☆☆☆☆☆

Get the monthly deal, you can go everyday and get your vehicle wash🧽. Now, you don't have to worry about your vehicle being dirty and the price is good, it's like paying a $1 a day to have your vehicle clean 😀 without you doing the hard work 😉. Please remove your antennas and etc...so your vehicle won't get damage. I know the location in Orangeburg have signs posted on what you should remove before going through the car wash because they say if anything gets damaged it's not there responsibility.

Was my first time at that location, which is brand new and beautiful--great wash and car was sparkling every frikkin where! Even the free vacuum area was awesome and plenty of room for everyone using them. Touchscreen drive thru menu area leads right into car wash and lines are kinda long but goes quite fast! Oh yah, and cool bright colors as the car is washing! Fun 4 all ages!!!

Does not dry the car very well at all. When you are paying $25.00 for a car wash it should dry the car. Also screen did not work all that well. I touched and nothing happened. Had to get the attendant. He was very nice doing a great job.

Nice car wash with good amenities. There is a large bucket with huge soft bristle brushes to pre wash and de-bug your car before you run through the wash. The car wash worked decently. Pre wash is a must if your car is pretty dirty. The vacuums were great.

You can come to Frank's during the weekday for a free vacuuming even if you don't pay for a car wash! Weekends, you have to pay for a wash if you want to use a free vacuum. Several locations

Great car wash! You're able to preclean your car with a bucket, brush and soapy water. I especially needed this due bugs on the front of my car from my road travels. The car wash worked very well and so did the vacuum cleaner subsequently. There is plenty of space to pre wash and vacuum. I recommend this place.

Love this car wash! They have lots of sinks full of soapy water and various cleaning brushes to pre-treat your car before you go through the car wash. The drive-through wash does a very thorough job on your vehicle. There are ample vacuum stations where you can clean out your car after you get it washed. It stays open quite late in the summer. The prices are reasonable, also.

I have high anxiety and do not like to talk to people in general, stranger or not. With that said, I was very skeptical of going here, but they have a sign out mentioning about their carwash club deals starting at $20. I finally got the nerve to go and try it. It was so easy!!! The employees are super nice and helpful. I explained this was my first time and the man helped me with my understanding of how the program worked. I love how my car comes out clean and shining for days every time. They also have a free vacume station. Open to all except on the weekends, then a carwash purchase is necessary, unless your a club member, then you can just vacume if that's all you wanted to do. My car stays clean now. Whether I have a lot of time or little, I have been able to get my car washed and/or vacumed with ease. I love this place!

Don’t waste your time and money. The take 5 locations have removed all their pre wash stations where you could focus on the stubborn dirt so now your car comes out of the wash just looking so so with filth on the front and rear their wash doesn’t remove. They just lost my business. I will be going elsewhere.
