Good service from staff. Love the ability to drive through for a quick wash of the outside of the car or when I have time, pull into the self-cleaning area to vacuum and wipe down the interior.

Did a very good job. 2022-08-09: They have made many improvements. Example: they now provide - and have for at least a year - glass cleaner and excellent towels. This means you can clean the inside of your windows.

I visited Pelican Pointe on March 20, 2021 after a work trip and the stomach bug hitting my kiddos. My car needed scrubbing with bugs everywhere, but I did not have the energy. The 2 gentleman who guided me into the car wash that morning spent extra time and effort prepping my car for the wash. They took their time and did it right. They must have seen how rough it looked! SO appreciated by this momma!!! Well worth the $7 for me!

Not a good experience for $20 bucks for the 2nd time.had to get rewashed,again to get the road lite dirt off.attendends more worried about his phone.on the 2nd go round they used the mop to clean front and rear.

Seems to be fairly priced, I did the mid level wash & wax the first time I went in. On my second visit, I weighed in my options and went with the monthly charge with auto-pay. I've washed my car every other day for 2 weeks and it's only $35 a month. They have no limit on car washes and the vacuums are free too. My car hasn't looked this good since I bought it.

Staffs were nice, it was an experience, and free vacuum so it was fun. That day there was a deal where the cost of war cash was $2 off which was nice. Keep an eye out for deals!

First time there. Nice carwash place. Did not know how things worked so I wasn't completely prepared. Next time I will be prepared. Need a brush to clean wheels in the cracks and whatever you use to clean bugs from windshield and grill and whatever you would use to wipe the windows and door jams.

Ever notice how no one cleans your car quite like you?! Well here you get the bugs off with a nice soapy brush. Then a great wash gets the outside. Then you vacuum the inside. $10 versus about $60, and your car is perfect. I like this place and use it frequently. Use it once and you will too. 😋 …

There is no wait. You just drive up and go through. For 20.00 a month you get unlimited washes. There are several convenient locations. You can use your membership at any location. On Tuesday they other a 5.00 wash. There is a short line sometimes. Can't beat the wash for the price !!

Car wash especially dirty, so I had planned on taking it through twice. Surprisingly I was 99% when I got done, but since it had been awhile I decided to go ahead with that 2nd wash. When I pulled up the attendant came up and said the 2nd round was free. Thanks again

Friendly staff. Equipment always in good working condition. Provides extras (i.e. bug wash stations and drying towels with glass cleaner) at no extra charge. Can be a little pricey but several wash options available.

This place really knows how to keep their customers happy and coming back for more. "Service with a smile" seems to be more than just a BS motto to them. It really does seem like a mantra. VERY low employee turnover, which in this business is unheard of. So management must be doing SOMETHING right... I know I will keep coming back.

I don't understand why, but this one is so much better than the one on David Drive. The vacuums work better. It seems to take about a minute longer than the one on David. I'll drive past that one to get to this one
