I live 20 minutes away from this one went there cause I was in the area. I’ll never go to another one pelican point because the vacuums are so good here compared to the other ones don’t pick up nothing these are serious vacuums and I think the car wash is better two thumbs up

Would give 5 stars. But lately they been trying to push so many vehicles through and not giving enough space for the machines to do it job that it was designed to do. If the car in front and behind you are to close, the mechine can not was the front and back of your vehicle like it is designed to do. Which means you are not getting the most out of you money at this car wash. The mechine (the spinny wheels that goes along the side of your vehicle) is suppose to close in behind your vehicle to clean the back end of your vehicle. If the vehicle behind you are too close, it will not close in behind your vehicle, so the back of your vehicle does not get clean. And if it does not clean your car you have to get through again and hope that it gets clean the 2nd go around. Good luck with your wash.

I didn’t realize that there was a Pelican Pointe Car Wash on Jefferson HIghway until I rode by one day. Imagine my excitement since it’s much closer to me than the Airline location (where I usually go). I decided to get the Platinum Wash and also tried out the vacuums (since they’re terrible on Airline). The wash cleaned my car everywhere except the back. Like it was seriously still dirty! The vacuums were awesome...actually a bit too awesome lol. The suction was so strong and I could barely pull it off of my carpet. But I’m not complaining. I’d much rather that than a weak suction. Overall, I’m torn. Maybe I’ll just visit this location when I need to vacuum my car. Otherwise, you can catch me on Airline.

This is my go to for cleaning my car. They have the long skinny attachments which make getting between the seats a breeze. Drying towel and window cleaner available to use no extra charge.

So much better than the car washes around Marrero always has all the materials that I need to clean my car thoroughly never has broken vending machines always has brushes to pre clean the bugs and your wheels. Thank yall for doing it Right. A happy customer.

I like this station the best out of all the ones in Metairie. Set up very well. Rolled in, paid for my wash, and then sat back and relaxed as the machine did all the work. My car was the cleanest that it's been in a while.

They have so many nice things for free like vacuum with round head or small angled head for small spaces, they have pressured air hoses so the stuff you cant reach you can just get it out w the air gun, there are floor mat hangers so u dont have to vacuum them on the ground, and they have clean rags n window clearner/multi purpose cleaner.. I think we paid 12$ n they even took everything out of the bed of the truck n put it back in at the end. B4 the wash even started they power washed any mud n dirt from wheel wells n undercarriage. N the actual car wash itself it definetly longer then most others so u get that little extra cleaning. Definetly reccomend it, there's just so many nice free perks & the wash was seemed alot better

I love this carwash! I don't know what they use but it makes my car look brand spanking NEW! They also have a small air blower for those hard to get to crevices. That's cool because whipping leaves even more lent.

I'm disabled and I get frustrated when I have a dirty car. I stopped there one day and asked for some help from one of the workers and they were willing to help me by sudsing my car with a brush before I went through the carwash. Very friendly and helpful people not only them but also the customers I had helped from their customers. Nice place and people.

Got the pass, only way to go. I have to wash my own work truck so I was it frequently. I paid for a month of washes what I would have spent for 2 washes.

Excellent car wash, very nice staff, now has free compressed air in addition to vacuums which really helps clean those tight areas where the vacuum can't fix. Also free window cleaner, and a free air freshener if you ask nicely 😄 …

I love all of the Pelican locations but I really like this new on on Jefferson Highway. They added some different attachments for vacuuming which makes things easier, and also have compressed air at every vacuum.

My car cleaned as it was new. And I had the $6 Pass. Didn’t had to pay a penny. But all Pelican Car Wash (Jefferson, Metairie (Airline & David Dr), New Orleans, Terrytown, and etc. employees should wear mask and follow the State and CDC guidelines.

I've been coming to this location for years now. They have a good staff, a good service and decent prices. My only real issue is they seem to have a bad turnover rate for employees which makes me think they have bad management.

A local chain of drive thru car wash you vac. Have contracts available starting around $20.00 wash your car every day at any of the several locations I am an Uber driver so I wash at least every other day I have the $29.99 contract so I get wash and wax for $2.00 a shot clean and very friendly.

Still gave a 5 star. They now offer Cermaic coating. $3 upgrade. But the blowers for drying off the vechile are a 3 star. They do offer a blow gun by the vacuums to dry off your vechile more. Was convient for me bc I work close to the place. Questionable return
