I’m back for a quick review guys! Been super busy with stuff and things. So this place is kind of a dump but it was close by and I had time to kill while waiting for a delayed flight so I took a gamble and got the $12 RainX wash. This place dumps you into the street when you exit the tunnel so I didn’t get to rub down my ride. Yes, lots of streaking and my rims look like the did pre-wash. Can’t say I would recommend this place to anyone I like. One upside is it has a fun house feel too it while it pulls you through. Lots of different colored light flashing like crazy which makes you feel like it’s doing an amazing job cleaning.

I'm sorry to report my car was not clean after going through the cycles. My towel was black from wiping down the car and the tire rims after leaving. On a positive note you can get a free vacuum...on the negative, the only exit I saw was through the buy a wash lane. I suggest you try somewhere else.

Didn't actually go to use the wash services, but I did lose a phone while there. Called it, and an employee named Anthony answered and let me know that the phone had dropped and he had it in their office. Thank God for there still being kind people in the world!

Decently priced car wash. Basic is $6. Step up wash is $9, which is what I did. Vacuum BEFORE you go through the car wash. They do have a bug spray you can use to help loosen the bugs off before the wash. Overall, pretty good and I would recommend.

Pretty disappointing lately...My wheels have not been washed the last 3 times I've had my truck washed. I pointed out that the wheels were not washed the last 2 times and they still don't get washed. I pay for your best wash by the month and your best keeps getting worse, I haven't seen any tire dressing in months. If this doesn't improve pretty soon, I'm gonna cancel my unlimited plan and go somewhere else.

Wash Me Express is generally my wash of choice (BNA, West End, Bellevue). I had some stuff splashed on my car yesterday. Went by today for a wash. A great amount of the spots were left afterwards. I went back a few hours later and brought it to their attention and the gentleman told me that I was only allowed one wash per day. I get that under normal circumstances. However, if the car was not cleaned, wouldn’t it be proper to allow me to run through again?

Got the $17 wash. When I got out to pop my mirrors out soap all over grill and rear. Went back around, gentleman said yea our sprayer is not worker. So they pull me in and rinse with water, and back me out. Now I have streaks left on car. They should have a team at exit to rinse the soap and wipe car. 09-18-20 Went by Wash Me Express and received a nice little courtesy wash and a couple for the future. I would like to thank Ed for taking the time to reply and to call me about the bad experience. You truly care about your customers and the "Service" your business provides. I knew after all the years I have been a customer it was not normal for your business to provide a less than 100% service. Thanks again for your time. Happy Customer C.

I am very particular about my car, but mobility issues keep me from being able to wash it myself. I have been going to Wash Me Express for many years, and I participate in the monthly unlimited washes plan. They recently upgraded their equipment and the tunnel, which is great! The wash cycle is quick but thorough. Their team members work hard, often in the midst of extreme temperatures. They are all friendly, courteous and professional, and in particular, James, who is part of the management team. He goes the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied with their service. I remain grateful to their entire team for all of their efforts to help me take care of my vehicle. I pray God will bless them as they have blessed me!

I gave a 5-star review because of the employees. I paid for the 24.00 (The best one offered) and I lost the BMW emblem on the hood and the wheels and tires looked like it had not been washed. I have gone through 3 times and it still isn't clean. With that said lol, the managers Ed, Nathan and Gavin did everything they have the ability to do. They said that someone ran over the tire brush and it wasn't working. They said that they could use the pressure washer on my wheels except the motor was blown 🙄. With that said lol.. I know lol. Why charge people for a service that you know you are not able to provide?? It really wasn't a 5 star rating except for the people who work at Wash Me Express. They are a 10 out of 1 thru 5. So a 0 for the wash and a 10 for the employees... That's a 5 😝. I'm from Georgia and the adding and subtracting can get a little tricky 🙄😝.

We bring our cars here all the time, however today for some reason, when we went to go through the car wash, the water did not spray the car down 1st, instead, it just put the spinning wheel with onto windshield, no high powered water sprayed the car , literally the entire wash, (and we use this car wash at least once a week) but it was about to rain &the employees had pulled door half way down(I guess while we was vacuuming) so anyways the only water that rinsed all the soap/dirt off was the spot free rinse, and when we came out the end & blower was almost none existant as well, we had to turn windshield wipers on to get all the water off to see to pull out. We stopped at mapco down street and theres dirt all over the bottom half of car and water/soap everywhere still. I took out a towel and wiped all the excess water and soap off by hand . We clean our car at least once a week , so we didnt have extremely dirty car and we always get the same washes. So idk what happened , all I could think is they was about to leave because it started to sprinkle outside. And maybe they turned the water off or the machine was down idk. But we go here all the time and this is 1st time we had this happen. The vacuums where all working good.

I have a car wash near my home HOWEVER I go The distance to Wash Me Express on Donelson Pike. They have excellent customer service and the car wash is impeccable. I recommend trying them and I also recommend getting the unlimited car washes. Worth every penny! Thank you Wash Me Express.

First of all, I love this car wash for it being a car wash, there are two sizes of vacuums, and pretreatment spray before you go in. But the main reason why I’m writing is because the manager is currently helping me jumpstart my car. He’s cleaning off the corrosion himself and is SO KIND. These people are amazing and so is their business!

The most mediocre car wash I’ve ever had. If you have a white car with dirt on it, expect to still have 25-50% of that dirt still on your car after the $8 wash. The vacuums were the best part. Strongest vacuums I’ve seen in the area.

Great car wash and vacuums, mostly friendly service. The only reason I didn't give five stars is the ridiculous air freshener they give... it's a wet piece of paper that you can't even smell after about an hour. I know that's silly, but I like my air freshener.

I came in with a sap covered car expecting just a routine wash to help get some of the grime off. The guys at the wash took the extra time to power wash my car and sent me through the wash twice to make sure it was clean. Great customer service!

Paid $2.58 today for the best wash because evidently the unlimited plans auto draft on the 15th so the closet to the 15th the less the prorated charge. I would consider this a good option, you can get in and out relatively quickly and honestly the car is cleaner than I expected with no damage that I can see whatsoever. I think I'll be keeping this plan for sure!

Hard to get into the back carwash entrance and it didnt do a very good job of cleaning my truck either. Dirt was still caked in the moderately flat easy to wash wheels still. For that kind of price i expected a bit more than i actually got

Decent car wash joint. The only two things i can say about this place are that you cant get out unless you pay. (So if you mistakenly pulled in and didnt need a carwash, too bad) and that you cant turn sharp enough after paying to turn right into the carwash without backing up first. Especially in a truck.

Sub par at best with a odd set up. Typically you vacuum after you wash so you can clean out your vehicle and dry it off however here you vacuum and then wash. This was odd to me. It didn't wash my vehicle properly and went to Washtopia instead.

Limited staff apparently, I selected the monthly charge car wash option and waited a few minutes as it required an employee pin to complete. No one showed, so I had to cancel and pay almost as much for a single wash.

It's cheap and it works! You get what you pay for. The only issue with me was being parked in the vacuum area and other drivers causing issues as they drove through. Pulling out in front of others or blocking other cars. They should have someone to regulate sometimes.
