Super convenient to book an appt online. I showed up, handed them my keys and walked to the coffee shop. They told me it would take an hour and it did. My car looks fabulous. So clean and smells wonderful. Inside: windows and leather are sparking clean. They put a longer lasting wax on than I paid for as a "thank you" for trying them for the first time. I am sold and will happily bring my car back. This is a family owned business in our community and I want to support them. Great value!

I just picked up my car from InsideOut, and I couldn't be more please (like, was afraid to touch anything inside - or even get it - it was SO clean and I didn't want to mess it up). I had the interior detailed, and while I keep looking for spots they may have missed, I haven't been able to find a single one. There was clearly a lot of care put into the cleaning, and the lady I worked with (I wish I'd grabbed her name) was so kind. I'll recommend their services to anyone!

I have a 1991 Miata that was in need of a total cleaning inside and out. I took it to these folks and was amazed at the excellent job they did on this car. They got things cleaned that I thought were beyond restoring. Highly recommended you will be amazed at their attention to the smallest detail and the pride they take in their work.

I had just moved and had to transport my dogs back and forth so my suv was way past due for a full detail. Being new to the area, I passed by a car detailing business and had a moment to inquire about scheduling. They were pretty busy and I scheduled as soon as I could get an appointment. I was embarrassed at how much work my car was going to need but it had to be done. When I tell you its the best detailing I have ever had, thats the truth! They were very professional, efficient and thorough. My car looks and smells brand new. Worth the investment!! They truly take their time to make sure its done right!! Even though I am loving how clean it is I look forward to going back and maintaining it! They are worth every penny, you won't be disappointed! They are 10 star quality!!!

I took my car here to get detailed and washed, and they did an amazing job! I bought a used car on Craigslist that runs well, but it was really gross and smelled on the inside. I bought the car because I was pretty confident a professional detail job would do the trick, and InsideOut exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them for your detail needs.

They did a terrific job on my car and there was a lot of dog hair! The owner and assistant couldn't have been any nicer. My car was done in the time estimated, and when it was done, he even walked across Mt. Juliet Rd to the Billy Goat Cafe to let me know it was ready! He also loaned me an umbrella as I wasn't expecting rain. They do have a small waiting area, but I highly recommend the Cafe across the road from Sonic. WIll use this place again and recommend you give it a try. I couldn't be any happier.

Where I am from I am used to full service car wash facilities on just about every block. Moving to Nashville, I noticed they don't have hardly any. After a year, I FINALLY found one. Not only is Inside Out a full service facility, they are hands on! My car looks better than it every did! Staff is super friendly and personable! Prices are extremely reasonable! I highly recommend this place to everyone!!

Service was amazing. The staff there were very helpful and friendly the car was cleaned very well. The owner charged me 50.00 when the sign said 40.00. I got a basic detail and the car is only 3 months old...not sure why I was charged more.

This is my 9th visit here and still the best. The Best Auto and Hand Wash Detailing Damani and The Best Team are professional, courteous, friendly, informative,and thorough. They are not inexpensive but very fair, not like some other detailing outfits that charge more because of their name. Well worth the time and investment. 2013 Infiniti ready in a decent time. Damani, his daughter, and his team detailed inside and out, looked so much better than when I picked it up from the dealer. Definitely will be a repeated customer.

This is such a great service to have in the Mt. Juliet area! The little shop may not look like much or have a fancy waiting room but you can't beat the friendly people or the quality of the work they do. If you find the waiting area to be less than comfortable, the Billy Goat Cafe is a great little place across the street to wait.
