No place cleans my car better have oil changes. I don't know what their tire dressing is but it is the best.

I was so hopeful. Locally owned. When I went in to pay I was looked at like I had 3 heads. 1 lady kept staring making me uncomfortable. 15 minutes of wait time, I was told that my vehicle was ready. I didn't get pics of the seats and dash before I cleaned them myself. Gloops of Armour all smeared around, seats and dash were still dirty. Inside cup holders not even vacuumed out. Inside pockets of doors not even vacuumed out. My leather seats had gloops of Armour all bit still dirty. My windshield was smeared around bit still dirty.. I had to go purchase leather cleaner and conditioner. My clothes were stained from the Armour all. I bought the highest package,$50 with tip and I had to squeak my way to a store to buy cleaner $30 to undo the gloops. I gave 3 stars because they are locally owned, otherwise I would give 2 stars.

I have been getting my oil changed here for years. Earlier today, I had to be there for about 2 hours because there was a part that was cracked and they couldn’t find a replacement near by. I heard them call every local auto-parts place within 10 miles. The manager (I assume) showed me exactly what piece was broken, then drove all the way to the VW dealership to get a replacement piece, and it turned out that the specific piece had been discontinued so they found something that would work. He only charged me exactly what they charged him and showed me the receipts and everything. I have never felt uncomfortable alone there as a young woman, and I’ve never felt like they were taking advantage of me on the costs of anything. I’ve come here for years and I will continue to do so.

Great Car Wash...I almost didn't go because the line was long, but they were fast and not at the expense of cleaning your car. They just know how to keep the line moving.

This is the most awesome car wash ever!! After the full automatic wash, they hand dry the vehicle completely and open the doors and dry the door seals and openings. They also hand apply tire shine that last a very long time.

I got my car washed the first time in a couple of months it was So Dirty. I asked them if it would get cleaned. The Car looked So Good and It Rained last Night. I will be going back the prices are reasonable.

They did a great job of getting my car clean. However the guys cleaning my car did not tell me when they were finished. A guy from the waiting room asked, " Whose Toyota is that?". My car was parked out front with the door opened and the keys in it. I don't know how long it had been there. Anyway, they did do a great job of cleaning it!

My friend recommended this place for me to get my car detailed. I contacted four detailers before coming here, and they either didn't show up (mobile detailing) or didn't return my calls. This place got me in the very NEXT DAY! You can drive up and get your car vacuumed without even having to leave your seat. It's perfect for those who have limited mobility, and great if you are in a rush. Plus, they are super AFFORDABLE. On top of that, they have two SHOP CATS. And they had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, the staff literally waves bye as you drive off. I had a fantastic experience here! I will definitely be back.

I've been going here for several years. They do a good job and don't require appointments like higher end detailers. The work is not as good as detail shops, but it also doesn't cost $100+. For the money, they do a decent job.

This car wash is almost something we never see, people truly washing your car, vac, windows and cameras. I misplaced my keys and those very cameras were the help I needed. Called me back and with those details I found them within 5 minutes. That’s called Customer Service Excellence!!! I will be forever grateful and a loyal customer from this day on. Thank you to lots of teamwork and only took me 10 minutes. 😄😄

I had "the works" Car Wash yesterday. The workers did a very good job on washing the car but the vacuuming was not up to par. Yes, I did have a little bit of dog hair in there, but a little elbow grease could have taken care of that. All in all it's a very good place to go to get a good, detailed car wash.

Been there twice had my oil change both times had my car cleaned once I worked construction my car was filthy they did a wonderful job on it we'll go there whenever I need my car cleaned or my car oil changed people are very polite I feel like they're honest and trustworthy so I will use them

Great experience! Glad everyone in front of me kept their vehicles in neutral this time vs. putting their vehicle in "REVERSE!" like what happened to me two months ago at the Mt. Juliet car wash. They caused $1600 damage to my car (front & back) bumpers! This incident traumatized me! I couldn't go near the car wash!

I have been going to Hermitage Auto Wash for 7 years. Without a doubt they have extended the life of all my cars. I have a Ford F-150 with 280,000 on it. I have never had a bad wash and the lube guys are good mechanics and have alerted me of upcoming problems giving me time to get them fixed prior to a real problem. I always drop by before a long trip and even if I am not due for an oil change they check the car over at no charge. I highly recommend this place.

Most of the time they do a great job. Last time I went I had to point out spots behind the wheels on the paint to clean up vacuum spot and sidecar to clean up at home had to wipe down the inside some.

I was actually afraid that I had ruined my car going to Mr.Car wash. I went to get my car cleaned and waxed. The next day I had what looked like hard water spots all over my car, even the glass. I took it back to Mr.Carwash and tried to talk to the guys about it. They all acted like they had no idea what would cause that. I paid another 16$ and went through again. Waxing too. The next day was way worse! I googled and panicked. Words like paint cleaner. I was afraid I'd ruined my new car. Then I remembered that I had passed a place with actual people working on cleaning cars. I pulled up, and these awesome guys came right up to my car. They discussed possibilities and told me, just let us wash it, and it will be ok. And it was! I will never again go anywhere else. I wash my car about twice a week. I recommend you check them out!

This place does a really good job cleaning your car but it’s really overpriced for what it is and there are a lot of good and cheaper car washes around lebanon rd. this one is best if you want your interior cleaned too but if you don’t mind doing it yourself then don’t waste the money on this place

It ok they do an ok job they used to be better this time not so much they seamed disorganized and some what lost the out the Matt's in my car upside down both front and back and they were slow to get me checked in and out the door I have been going there for ever this time they let me down it seams to get worse every time I go I hope they fix the issues.
