Had some issues with the car wash. I'm honestly impressed with how quickly I was contacted about correcting the situation. Currently talking with the company about which bay I had issues in. I had one not so great experience (that the company is working to make right) but I've had other experiences that were good and never got reviewed. Just trying to ensure I'm leaving an HONEST review and not letting one mishap taint my overall experience with this company.

Well-maintained, i felt it had everything i needed to clean my car. However the tokens don’t keep the machines on for very long. You have stop what you’re doing to add coins every few minutes, which isn’t very efficient.

I really appreciate this car wash. I’ve been using this car wash ever since I can remember. It’s a small business and I want to shop local and small. I’m glad that they’ve managed to stay opened for all of these years. Everything I need to clean my truck is conveniently right there on site. What’s more is that they have never forgotten my birthday. That’s so kind of them. They always send me a card and a couple of tokens. I think that they’re reasonably priced. Everything always seems to be operational. If I’ve had trouble, there’s someone one site to help. I recommend this car wash. I’ve always been pleased with this business.

I think this place is a really ood car wash you have to buy quarters inside to start it tho still a good place to wash your car.

I went to the Hiawatha location. They have employees on site, which makes me feel comfortable going there. The day I was there, some of the vacuums had the hose removed. I asked why, and they said they were trying to control the flow of cars. I can understand that because they were really busy. It was inconvenient, though. I will have to go back another day for the vacuuming. Nice and clean facility. It's the only car wash I go to.

I went here to wash a 20' truck + 16' trailer combo. Just so everyone knows, it's possible but you'll want to do it at off-peak times so you have room to maneuver. I had to use two spots (tandem) but got in just fine. Be sure to use the third stall if you're towing a trailer, otherwise you'll have a hard time getting out. The wash isn't the cheapest, I spent about $40 in tokens over the course of about 40 minutes. So it's around $1/minute. Also bring a credit card, that's more reliable than cash for getting tokens. You pay $4 to get the wash started. There's a loud buzzer that serves to notify you that you need to add more tokens to keep the water on, otherwise you'll need to pay $4 again. You'll want to work fast to get your money's worth. There's an adjustable knob for different detergents. There's a large push-broom style brush that oozes soap which is useful for your rocker panels or areas with stuck-on dirt. There's a separate spray nozzle that sprays soapy water, clean water, and wax. In the end my vehicle was spotless so I'm satisfied. Overall a great wash bay for people with large vehicles.

This is the first time that I visited this car wash. I just bought a car that I wanted pretty much my whole life. It was clean and all the equipment work perfectly. This is a very safe area and I felt very secure. I would go 5 mi out of my way to reuse this facility. Rather than easily going across the street to wash my car. Just to let you know how much I trust this place.

This diy car wash is alright. There are plenty of idiots in the area, so if you don't get stuck behind one of them in the wash, you'll be just fine. Some people like to spend 20 minutes drying their car off inside the wash bay and you end up having to back out and exit the way you came in, instead of pulling straight out through the wash.

Tokens are $1 each so I put in a 5 and the wash cycle is $4. So now I have to wait until I need another wash to use that last token. Since I used it to power wash my mountain bike it will be awhile before I return. The wash cycle is too short too.

I have been coming here for the past year since I moved to Minneapolis. Love it. Quick and easy do it yourself wash. The employees have been nice and welcoming. I have never had a bad experience here and will continue to come back. *** Just pull around the backside of the building. There are signs posted that say EXIT on the front of the building. So just pull around the right side of the building and someone will usually direct you where you need to go.

Is a good car wash in the Twin Cities in Minnesota. You can wash your car 🚗 in less 10 minutes. I recommend this to everyone, especially on this winter you need to keep your car free of salt to prevent Rust. Thanks …

I showed up and only had to wait 5 minutes for my turn to wash. I think one token= 1 minute of wash and you need three to start. They have all sorts of different washes (pre-wash, wax, tires, etc) for the hose. Attendant was present and very helpful/friendly. Vacuums also use tokens, very reasonable for how long they last. The vacuum I had could have been stronger, but it got the job done after going over the same area a few times. Would recommend!

Very convenient! I don't like the fact that the turned over to specific coins for the car wash, especially since they don't keep the coin machine stocked... but it is very clean and kept up to date!

Facility was decent, neighborhood is comfortable. That being said, it's the sort of place that nickel and dimes you. It operates on tokens for payment, so you have to predict ahead of time how many units you need. It costs $3 to turn a feature on, and then can purchase additional time in $1 increments. If you pay by card you pay by $1, 5, 10, 15, or 20; only one of those is a multiple of $3, so if you plan to let the machine turn off to adjust whatever you're working on, you've gotta feed it another $3. Trouble is $3 wasn't enough time per stage, and I wound up needing to purchase more tokens halfway through. Needless to say it's convoluted. The pro: it's not sketchy, which most of the Mpls self wash carwashes are.

Hog hair brushes, credit card friendly, accessories vending, knowledgeable staff. Each bay operates on tokens that are easily procured but hard to use any place else. For those of us DIY detailers it's a good option for the price.

Been using do it yourself car washes in this area since I was 16 years old. This one has by far the weakest pressure sprayer that I’ve encountered. Had to get that road grime off without some good pressure.

I love going to this place. Its one of 2 do it yourself washes in south minneapolis. Theres always a stall open even at busy times. Vaccums work great. Credit card reader for tokens if you dont have cash. Vending machines with towels and wipes. Helpful staff on site if you need help.
