The wash does a pretty good wash job but terrible on the drying. The monthly plan options are nice and convenient. It can get busy here so a wait may be in store for you.

Excellent car wash. The water pressure and soap were very effective in cleaning my car. Most self washes dribble out water resulting in a dirty car. Also very clean facility. Highly recommend Towne Center Car Wash!

Excellent self service car wash. It has the option to use a drive through, but a few enclosed garages for self car wash. Pay with quarters cash or credit card.credit card is convenient as it runs a clock and tell you final amount when you push blue metallic button. I took my time and it was $11. I liked that I was able to focus on areas other drive through car washes cannot get to. Friendly area and very clean place my new favorite self car wash.

Not bad, generally clean, just not great. I paid for the Deluxe touchless wash and then used a vacuum. The was was OK but grime was left on my car and there were several of soap bubbles. The rinse was incomplete. This car wash is fine but Paradise Car Wash a block away is a better choice. Their basic wash costs less and attendants do some some drying on your car. Doing your own follow up hand drying with your own towel will give you better results from either of these car washes.

Good value for the vacuum, however the first time I used the ones on the side of the building it was jammed full of cigarette butts but I won't cry over 5 dollars that I was charged. It's too much for a suck. Was good quality wash I enjoyed!

Heads up!! I didnt want to use my credit card for a quick self wash. I tried to get changed for $5. Either the change machine doesn't work or it was disabled. I had to use my credit card. I stopped the wash at around 5-6 min. and got charged $14. Update: Read some of the reviews of preauthorization fees. Will wait and see... Got charged $4.34. Give some of us cash users options by fixing the change machine

I used Town Centre Car Wash today for the first time. First of all the lines are not respected. Cars are cutting in from the exit side of the building. I got in line for the touch free option. The vending buttons do not match the "menu" options. I chose the lowest/cheapest option as I wanted to test how well it washes before I decided if I wanted to come back and pay more for a better wash. I chose the $9.00 option, which was supposed to be "basic" on the menu, but was labeled as "deluxe" on the vending and it was $9.00. (According to the menu Deluxe is $2.00 more). My car wash was brief, much shorter than cars' in front of me, which I figured it was because I chose the "basic" wash. The dryer was weak and doesn't dry the back at all. I got home a few minutes later and checked out the car. While it was cleaner than it was before the wash, I could still draw on the sides with my fingers. Then I saw that I was charged $17.00 and not $9.00. According to other reviews, there is a $15.00 preauthorization charge, which seems highly excessive. *Edited. Adding a star after the owner's response on things outside his/her control. The sign and preauthorization charge make sense, thank you for explaining. Still the wash could be better. Also, maybe consider adding an "exit only" sign by the soft-touch stall. My GPS brought me to the car wash from behind Wal-Mart and I too almost entered the car wash from the exit side.

I have a monthly membership. Nice for getting rid of all the salt. Has touchless and soft touch. Nice options.

I went to the soft touch automatic car wash. The "premium" button didn't work (wouldn't do anything when I pressed the button), so I picked the deluxe option, which was $9 IIRC. This car wash didn't get my car clean and when I checked my bank account I was actually charged $15... Don't know what that's about. Edit: Adding back a star since owner explained the $15 is a preauth fee that will presumably be refunded at some point.

The biggest complaint against the "Self-serve" carwashes is that they are dirty, poor quality, and they just plain suck. NOT this place! Clean! Great water pressure! The Foam Brush has bubbles overflowing! What a great place to wash your car! This one is a cut-above, for sure!

It is a bit expensive but they do have premium options like spot-free rinse and hand blow dryers in the self-serve area. Overall the facilities nice and clean and I'm sure I'll be back.

I like using self serve car washes because I am generally unsatisfied with the results of an automatic wash. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of pressure of the water (especially for powering off the snow and ice) and the hand held blow dryer. I like the convenience of credit card payment but the pricing is not defined and I don’t know how much I will be charged for the 14 min I spent. You should be able to get a good clean car (using the multitude of modes) within under 10 min.

Good carwash and using the EverWash app/membership makes it a breeze - great investment for the health of your car! I do wish that both automatic options would have the undercarriage wash, and that it would be a bit stronger.

Great car wash. Lots of options and their unlimited plans are priced well. Had to give them a call for some help and they were amazing and took care of everything, very impressed. I but the elite soft touch and my car looks great. Hands down has become my go to place for a car wash.

For reasons I'll never understand, trying to find a self-serve car wash facility in the state of Minnesota is mission impossible. Trying to find one that is good is even more difficult. That being said this one is probably one of the best I've come across in the state. The bays are clean and well lit, the equipment is always working and the water pressure is excellent. Thank you.

After seeing other reviews online and noticing responses from the car wash owner I had higher hopes coming here than if I was going anywhere else. One of the most well-kept car washes I have been to. You can use the automatic washes or the self serve wash bays. It wasn’t busy so I didn’t feel rushed. I have never been to a self serve wash with a blow dryer, so my car wasn’t as dry as I wanted but that is user error. Once I was finished someone I believe was the owner thanked me for using the car wash! Great service, will definitely be trying out the automatic touch free wash in the near future!

I had an okay experience at this car wash. Upon first glance, it seemed to give a great cleaning job with the ultimate package. Leaving the car wash the dryer seemed very weak and left my car pretty wet. Once walking around the back of my suv, the tailgate was pretty dirty. Decent clean, terrible dryer.

Went to Town Centre Car wash to the soft touch stall put a $20 thinking the machine would give change for a wash that cost $10 well it took our money and wouldn’t let us select another wash! Or refund at that time I called the # on the car wash options board and the owner within mins of me calling had messaged me and made it right with us by giving us a better wash then my dad was going to get for his car!! And also he is getting reimbursed as well! We will be going back because customer service is great! And the wash was good, so Thank you!! Much appreciated!

Editing my review now, based on more recent experience. The "soft touch" is much better than the touch-free cleaning. I've adjusted my expectations, realizing I've chosen one of the more basic ("deluxe") packages. I still wish the dryer did a better job!

There was no power on the hi pressure soap or would give a 5 star... Good heat so was able to get a good wash even tho outside temp was 11 deg outside. Good car wash. Will go back.

Equipment works well. Line wasn't too long. I used to self service with a credit card. I spent about 10 minutes washing. After I finished I noticed that I'd been charged $15 which seemed a bit high. Then later that night the $15 was reversed and I was charged $7.50 which was more reasonable. I'm giving four stars because of the confusing charging. Otherwise the experience was good.

So far so good. The left cleaning bays are great but don’t expect them to dry your car in both the self and machine wash. Nice staff, overall just wish the dryers were better. BRING TOWELS

Owner is very diligent, probably the best I’ve seen in a long time. Very respectful and answered my call every time. However, I’m not a fan of replacing the coins with credit card machines at the do it yourself bays. Having both options would have been nice, so I stopped coming here. I don’t like holds or possibilities of skimmers.

Color me impressed! I think i've found my new car wash! I'm a small business owner & i need to wash my vehicles (self serve) multiple times a week for image & professionalism.... my first time @ Town Center wash was a pleasant surprise.. it was Clean, Well illuminated & warm so there's no frozen doors or inoperative equipment. They've even got an air blower if you forgot towels. The hoses were clean & in good shape, no greasy hands after or rubber marks on the paint as you work your way around the vehicle. No overflowing trash cans or mud on floor etc... whomever runs this place is doing self serve the right way. I wish the Bay's were a lil longer for big trucks.. but the rest of my experience guarantees i'll be back often.

Bought a touchless monthly package, has been worth the money so far with low or non existent lines. We'll see how that changes as the weather gets better. If I could add one thing it would be extended hours on the automatic washes, especially for monthly subscription people. You have my name, bank information and plates.

Have used the both the no touch and soft touch lanes. The no touch seems to miss some parts of the back and seems to still leave some residue on the sides. The soft touch does a much better job at cleaning. For $10 it’s good, only wish it had better drying fans or more time to dry. But that’s why I carry towels to dry it myself.

The facilities are nice but its expensive $2.50 for six minutes HaveTo pay with credit card to use the vacuums $14 for an automated “soft touch” car wash and the air blowers to not work... if that was soft Touch I would like to know what flagellation would be

A great car wash. The new soft touch Bay, the rightmost bay, is absolutely amazing. I can see myself in the paint of my Yukon! The owner has excellent customer service skills and if you have an issue he will be more than willing to work with you.

After a few months of the issues I have had here.. Everything is a million times better now, very happy to see that things were finally upgraded. The only thing I personally would attempt to control better is the garbage bins next to the vacuums. They are often filled or over filled. Besides that I've got to say the other upgrades really do you justice.

For someone who wants more than a gas station drive thru wash but doesn't want to pay 60 dollars and stare at a parrot ( mermaid car wash) then Town Centre is the solution for you. A warm and clean environment. Prices are very accommodating.

On the pre soak setting the swivel arm above the car leaked soap on the roof. High pressure soap and high pressure rinse did not leak. Word of caution but still a good wash! More expensive than I'm used to however.

Easy to use washer and brush. The air/dry nozzle in self-service bay 2 doesn't work well, seems to be broken or missing it's nozzle. Could use a better air nozzle to dry off car windows.

Great place if you want to hand wash. The touch-free for $5 doesn't work well on hatchbacks. Frustrating to get home three blocks away and see the back of the car is almost as dirty as before the wash.

Good DIY car wash. This is the only do it yourself car wash (at least in the metro area) that actually disperses enough wax. Other car washes rip you off and barely any if any at all wax comes out
