Great Service Good Chemicals in Wash Used makes the Vehicle actually Shine When I Noticed a mistake I stopped back the Following Day & they made it Right!!! My only suggestion would be the Sales Person sell extras not just ask what would you like. I know everyone would get their floor Mats washed to More upgrades *** I had to read some the other reviews as Year's ago I ran a Full-Service Wash. Even 20 years I Remeber the "same people" who expect a complete detailing of their vehicle, I suggest they find a Better place to bring their Vehicle to, as it just DOES NOT Exist. Keep up the Good work Perfect-10 keep Improving & Thank You for being in Business for the Community

Went during Monday morning happy hour. Great discount on the Rainbow wash ($6 off from 8am to 10am). All employees there are very professional and kind. Great convenience store inside for anything you could need for your car. They do a fabulous job cleaning the inside and outside of your vehicle. This is the only place I like to go for full service car washes.

Nothing ever bad to say about perfect 10. Had my truck washed yesterday having the rainbow wash interior was amazing as I know how dirty it was. Got home and noticed there is a type of film on my truck. Yes it is a black which makes it worse. Not going to loose any sleep over it and will continue to use them.

I had the nicest experience with the staff here. It's sometimes hit or miss but this last time everyone I came in contact with was lovely. Shout to the gal checking cars in at the front with the fun nails. She was an absolute delight, and so dang friendly.

I must say this is my favorite and by far the best car wash in Minnesota, I came through today for the first time and they had problems with tire shine, so I ended up calling after seeing my car 10 minutes later the manager Will got on phone with me and overly apologized and told me to please come back and he will get me taken care of. Mr. Will thank you for treating me with respect and listening and taking care the problem yourself and not throwing it to a member of the team that speaks a lot about you as well as the manager I’m definitely coming back and will recommend this business to anyone. Customer service is great from cashier to guys in back! Y’all really made me and my Scooby (Honda) smile!

Went here for the first time in years and they did a great job. It is a bit pricey but for a full service wash they did a great job. I paid extra for my front mats to be cleaned, which was very nice. Only drawback was that they did not vacuum the back of my van…maybe that is an extra charge?

Love this place. I was shocked the first time I went there I paid for the cheapest wash. I really only wanted my inside windows washed as I cannot do it myself. That was included in the price and they vacuumed too. I truly couldn't believe it. I won't go anywhere else.

I took my car in for a detail and let me tell you, the team at Perfect 10 worked miracles. I was a heavy smoker for years (quit 4 years ago) and had a bunch of cat hair in the car as well I also had a rubber cell phone mount melt over the summer and leave a trail of goo across my windshield that I couldn't get off no matter how much Goo Gone I used. Long story short, my car looks better than it did on the day I bought it. The service was fast and really affordable - the best part is I'm not embarrassed to have people in my car anymore :)

When coming into the entrance there is an attendant whom will Take your order for the car wash from a menu of different level of car washes and cleaning to choose from.. Inside there is a waiting area and snaks and car accessories. The attendants did a nice job on vacuuming and wiping the car inside and out. Takes about 20 minutes.

This is the best car wash around , they do detail jobs , oil changes, and definitely the best full service car wash around, you can watch every step of the wash till there done blowing the water off the seals of windows so no streaking if you need to roll window down and back up.

I've gone to Perfect 10 for many years to get my cars detailed and have been very happy. Today was a bit different however. It seemed that a lot of the young kids cleaning the car were in a hurry and missed several spots on the inside, and I had to vacuum the drivers side mat as they never picked it up to vacuum around or under it. I'll go back but will have to double check before I drive off that they preformed what I paid for.

5-4-21When I 1st got my ride washed today I was not happy with the interior cleaning so I called back and was told to bring back the truck. When I arrive a very kind and polite young man explained and told me what was covered in the $35 pricing and what was not he also introduced me to his supervisor Mr Chris (blue shirt) he also explained all the services in more detail and stated he will redo the dashboard because finger prints was still there so he left and another supervisor named Mr Chris (red n black shirt) came and I informed him that I wanted more services so he helped me out and fixed up my ride I was totally impressed with his outstanding service.Thank You a million times over I am very very very happy with the interior cleaning ☺. Diamond 💎 looks so sexy cute now too.

The car looked great afterwards but the cashier was the only friendly person I saw. The people that vacuum and dry the cars did not respond to my thank you and hi how's it going so I was a little disappointed in that but the car looked good and clean. It was hot out so I get that they were probably hot and tired but it is a service based place and I think they should be more friendly.

They do a fantastic job every time! This is my favorite carwash in the Twin Cities! Always kind and courteous staff. The facility is very nice and has recently undergone a face-lift. I regretfully don't come this way enough anymore but it is worth it every time I do.

Quality has declined over the years, now it's average at best. As an example: paid almost $40 for the top wash today, yet a small but very visible amount of sand wasn't vacuumed out of my trunk. Another time, I had my car detailed here and they yanked the floor mat off without turning the retaining clip, broke it off and lost it. That cost me $20 to replace. I'd be curious to know what the worker pay is here, as they seem to rake in the dough on the busy days. If the quality was better I'd visit here once or twice a month vs just once every few months.

Today was a Perfect 10 day. I found that if you look at the quality of the work and what is expected. They did a great job. I did have a few issues at the end of their day. They forgot to clean the mats I purchased. They missed a few spots to clean with muddy spots. But if you mention their misshapes, they cleaned the concerned areas. Don't complain after the fact. Let them know during your session.

Over all it's a great car wash. I've been bringing my cars there for years. They do a great job of cleaning the interior of your vehicle as well as the exterior. However. The last two visits I've had, the cashier never offered me the free air freshener, and when I asked, she looked at me like I was putting her off by asking. Kind of annoying.

They really do a very nice job on cleaning your vehicle. I guess I feel it is a little steep on the price. And there was a time that cleaning the floor mats was included. So now you have to pay extra for that. I feel like they would get more business if the price was a little more reasonable. But again, they do a great job cleaning and wiping down the vehicle.

The carwash was reasonably priced, easy to get into and out of and did a good job cleaning most of my truck. The issue was that there were a few places where the soap didn't rinse off and left streaks. My other complaint might be contained to larger vehicles but the tailgate on my truck had sections that the car wash didn't reach at all which is surprising given it is a standard sized light duty truck.

They do a great job cleaning the inside and out of my vehicle. It is relatively quick and they'll run it through a second time if it is especially dirty on the outside. Tip: Make sure all the miscellaneous junk is out of your car for a more thorough job. The minor downside is that the inside of the place reeks of stale smoke. I always throw a few bucks in the tip container for their employees.

Generally they do a good job. But they are not detailers. Its more like an interior/exterior car wash. Some cleaners do a better job than others but they sure do save me time doing it myself. Price is ok, go on their website for coupons.

Its wonderful to take your truck to a car wash, especially this one; they thoroughly washed away all the grim and dirt that had accumulated over the exterior and even got all the door jam from my white truck. It was a great experience, especially when I went to take a look for myself and found out that they had even sprayed out my fuel hatch. Perfect 10 Indeed.

Great place. Almost always busy. I like getting my AAA discount. They do a pretty good job washing and cleaning the inside of your car. Not great, sometimes better than others. But it's still worth it and much faster and easier than doing it yourself. I don't think you will be disappointed. If you get your oil changed you get a coupon for half off a wash.

Just have to give a huge shout out to the Perfect 10 car wash. My SUV had 5+ years of glitter, dog hair from two huskies, and dirt in every crevice. I’m going to sell it so my dad offered to bring it to Perfect 10 so they could have the first go at it before I deep clean. He brought it back and said I’ll never believe it - it looks brand new! How they worked their magic and got all that done in such a short amount of time, I’ll never know but I am absolutely blown away at the great job they did.

The guys do a good job I'm scrubbing off the front of my car and vacuuming and cleaned things on the inside. Some of the negative complaints I think maybe from people with very very dirty cars who are expecting a small miracle oh, you can get that small miracle as a side job you pay them extra for it :-) for a general Car Wash could clean up nice clean outside of a car I think it's a great deal especially with their unlimited monthly offer

I've been going to Perfect 10 Car Wash for several years, but recently I decided to get my car detailed and it was a great experience. It was easy to make an appointment, the guy working in the office was friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped my SUV off and a few hours later came back to pick it up and I could hardly believe it was my car. Honestly, I drove away thinking I was in a different car. I checked every possible area to see if they missed something - and nope, they didn't miss even the tiniest crevice. I didn't realize how clean they can get your car, its like a brand new vehicle. I will definitely be going back and will plan to have my vehicles detailed on a reglar basis after being so satisfied with their work. Thanks Perfect 10, keep up the good work!

I love going to this place. My car always comes out looking amazing. They have windows so you can watch the whole process of the car being detailed and washed. They vacuum the inside out and you even get a free air freshener. I have never had any issues with this place and every time the car comes back looking brand new. Good car wash, they put in an effort to do the best they can even when it's busy. Sure you don't get all your floor mats washed because it costs extra, sure you don't get the interior wiped down because it costs more, but they use good quality wax and cleaning products. You're paying for the products used in the wash more than the vacuum or drivers floor mat cleaning, and I know for a fact the products are good because water beads and rolls off my car and it's been a month since I last washed it here. The work these guys do is great, but they do not enforce the mask policy. There are many signs around their building mentioning how masks must be worn while inside, but the clerk wasn’t wearing a mask when I entered nor did they require their patrons to wear masks while waiting for vehicles to be vacuumed. This made me uncomfortable and I am not likely to return in the future.

I've used Perfect 10 various times over the years. The staff works diligently and are typically polite and respectful. These guys efficiently attend to each car... They definitely have it down to a smoothe routine. Very professional. Well done, guys. Why not five stars? Little stuff, really. In the pressure to keep those cars moving a spot may be missed. There are two options: get your car washed on a slow day when the guys can be more thorough OR the employees rediscover/ramp up personal pride in their work. I wish for one of the cars that has a "memory" for seat positions. I usually end up readjusting seat position and mirrors after a wash. First world problem. I'll be back Perfect 10!

Outside of the car looks great and shines, super happy about that. But, I still have a Froot Loop sitting in the back seat as well as a few small pieces of paper that should have been cleaned. Which means they didn't vacuum or put in any effort. I don't expect it to be like new, but some effort would have be appreciated. This wash is double in price from a Gas Station car wash, simply because they are also cleaning the interior, but if they aren't really cleaning it, then why bother with them and just pay the $2.00 to do it your self. I'll stick with the Express washes from now on and clean the inside my self.

My wife brings her new car there. The car always looks nice and shiny outside and in. We have yet to be disappointed with the quality of the wash, but I have seen customers request another pass, and the staff happily runs their car thru again. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Store has pertinent automotive accessories, a viewing window mid wash, and a waiting area at the end (almost better than going to a car show).

Good wash and vacuum. The team members that I spoke with were all very nice. I asked the roof be vacuumed ( somehow got corn stalk leaves up there) they accommodated and were okay with request that did cause more work for them, I appreciate that and will take the four vehicles I own to them.

Very good full service car wash with competitive to great prices (great if you go on a week day between 8 - 10am during morning Happy Hour). I usually get the hot wax wash, which costs a bit more but it’s very, very clean and shines brilliantly when done. Yes, they vacuum and clean the door jambs but they will also clean the dash, inside of the windows and will put on some tire dressing. Cars look way better with clean wheels and tire dressing, just like a shine on your shoes when you wear your good suit. When you bring your vehicle to Perfect 10 wash it will be cleaned really well and be standing tall when you leave. And, you may have a smile too. Who doesn’t smile when their car is super clean and shining?

Just had a unbelievable car wash, one more time from the guys at Perfect 10 Carwash!!!! My old mustang looks like a million bucks!! I feel like a king driving out and everything shining from bumper to bumper!! I also drove my truck in for a truckwash, All the road grime came off, the wax they use is amazing for the shine it adds. Perfect 8. Ordered a hot wax and added on floor mat cleaning. Floor mats weren't cleaned and I had to point out the black greasy marks still on my white truck when it was done. They wiped out the cup holders but didn't wipe the surface of the cup holder which I thought was weird and lazy. They also left a rag in the door on my truck ha. I'll probably still go back because my truck doesn't fit in too many wash stations...

It’s okay for the price I expect a little better job as I always do end up getting there top wash. Each time I get home I do have to dry my car myself more detailed and avoid water marks. There interior clean could be more looked at. Overall a okay place to get your car washed.

We just had our Truck serviced here, in our area this is about all there is for full service inside the vehicle for carpet cleaning and detailing. We also had the exterior waxed to help with the MN winters/salt. Picked up the vehicle and it looked amazing!!!!! They could not have done a better job! I am pretty ocd & there was nothing that I was not impressed with! Our vehicle is almost 8yrs old and it looks like it did the day we purchaced brand new! The only complaint was that it took a week to get in (pretty minor, they just do not have a lot of staff for this type of work. I think the guy said "2"). Well worth the $170/w Tip!!! Will defiantly return!! "5" stars!

Outside looked great. Did not wipe down the driver side window. The front floors were not vacuumed well and the passenger side mat was not even washed. The driver side mat was sorta washed and very wet when I got in. The strip by the door when I get in did not look like it had been wiped at all. My husband goes there all the time and has good luck. He looked at my car and said they certainly did not do a good job. Most of the guys working were very friendly, tho a few looked like they could have cared less about what they were doing. It is a lot of money to spend and I was quite disappointed.

Typically, my fiancé exclusively gets his trucks/car washed here. Today however, he came home from Perfect10 very disappointed. He got the hot wax wash, and let the employee know that he didn’t want the black magic on his tires. I guess that translated to them to not even touch the rims or anything chrome. The inside of the windshield was dirty as well as his side mirrors. My fiancé ended up having to finish the job in one of the bays as an employee watched. It’d be one thing if the car wash was only $10, but when you’re paying $40, you shouldn’t have to finish cleaning your car yourself.

This is the best place for a thorough car wash. The staff really pays attention to every detail. They also entertain my little guy when he’s watching them at the viewing window!! When I want an excellent car wash Big 10 is where I will always go. Thanks guys:)

Perfect 10 has slipped a little but I can always count on them to do a pretty good job. I don't think the guys working there care quite the way they used to. I will never NOT use them because the truck does come out very clean. I do wish they would do a better job wiping out wheels and door jambs. I would recommend them. You may just need to give your car a little wipe off with a dry cloth to get the water droplets and minor things wiped out. Still saves me from spending 2 hours doing it myself so it is worth the money. Buy the season package too, that saves a bunch of money.

Great carwash. Fits large vehicles with wide wheel bases. Impeccable service and over the top attention to detail on the cleaning. Ignore any review that says otherwise, they are just impossible to please whiners. I have been going there years and have been through literally hundreds of times.

I previously posted about the poor service at Perfect 10. To be honest I have never been treated so badly when visiting this place. However, it was one employee that made the bad impression. While they do have slow lines to get in, they do a good job, and are typically on the good to great side of service.

Can't say enough about my experience with Perfect 10!!!!! It was awesome! My car had a tough 4th of July vacation. Needed a car wash bad after getting sap all over it. Also had a rock break my windshield right in my line of vision that needed fixing as well. Perfect 10 (Dalyne was so great) was able to help me with both with absolutely no hassle at all. He called my insurance company while my car was being washed and made arrangements for the glass to be replaced. Happy to say that this was Friday and my windshield is fixed today - Monday. They came to my house and ta da! I would highly recommend Perfect 10 to anyone. Thanks so much Dalyne!!!!!

Being a employee of perfect 10 car-wash they are a good business, and do a really good job on any vehicles that come though our work. but the down side is i hear alot from other workers in my crew front and back that theirs stealing from cars, weather its coins or money or even weed, employees smoke weed and even meth and you can tell when they are high asf, even bring this to multi-managers about other staff using drugs and taking from cars. Their is NOTHING being done about this issues especially using weed and or meth on the work grounds and or being high while working. you can tell any Manager they will talk to them but nothing happens. In all theroy they allowing workers to come to work high, smoke weed or meth on the grounds of perfect 10 and most of all stealing from cars, when you have them on video saying they stole nothing will be done..... Other than that it is a good place to get a carwash,

don't go on busy days if the line out around the corner they start worrying about cars per hour instead of quality missing alot of spots, like side door compartments and cup holders and a crappier vacuum of the inside, outside is all done by the machine hard to miss spots then the drying part wont be the greatest.. its been getting worse and worse over the years... but what do you expect its a carwash
