I do love this place. It appears to be slightly run down, but don't let that fool you, the service is great. A decent vacuum of the inside, good clean of the outside, hand dry, cleaning inside windows and dash. All for a very responsible price and fairly speedy. Better deal than a gas station car wash.

Second time bringing my car here. Staff are very polite!! I will say good service is a hit or miss. The first time I took my car there I got it detailed and was super impressed…today not so much. Missed major areas while vacuuming the carpets. I understand they are working quickly but if I paid for an Ultimate I expect better. I will definitely return if I want a detail but not a regular car wash.

For under $15 this is hands down the best car wash I’ve received in the twin cities. Do yourself a favor and skip auto-only car washes - this is 100% a better value for your dollar. Plus the staff are friendly and professional, just a bonus!

Sat in a long line only to be told when I got to the front they weren't offering the Mega Shine package because they were too busy. I totally understand being too busy for that; I just wish they'd post that at the front of the line so that I could have gone elsewhere for the full package. That said, they did do a really nice job with the ultimate wash on my car.

When I got in line to have my car driven in by an employee, when I went inside, I heard my engine revving quite loud. It has an aftermarket exhaust, so I recognized it right away. The revving did not stop for a good 10 - 15 seconds in which I got up and ran to see what was going on. My car is a manual, and I believe the employees there did not know how to drive a manual car. I had previously asked the employee if he knew how to drive a manual transmission in which he said "Yes". I trusted that they did. Unfortunately, the guy had no idea what he was doing. This could have caused irreversible engine damage. On top of that, when I got my car back, my side mirrors were broken. The were not hanging but the plastic around both mirrors was cracked. The lady at the front asked me right away if it was my first time and it was so she offered me free armor-all in my tires, which i took. The customer service at the front desk was good, and the interior work was good as well, no complaints there. When I confronted the guy he admitted he didn't know how to drive. I remained calm. My overall experience was good, besides broken mirrors, and possible engine damage. Great customer service, my only advice is to assure that employees are capable of driving manual transmission cars when they say they know how, and also check their equipment, because this is not the first time that this place has broken car side mirrors, as seen in previous reviews.

Brought my 4runner (large SUV) here for first time a while back. I like to support local businesses when possible. My truck was very dirty inside, so much so I apologized to the guys vacuuming at the entrance. They were very polite & cool. I paid about $35 if I remember correctly. The finishing guys did a very thorough job wiping down the inside windows, dash, console etc. Exterior wash was good, shiny and typical for decent wash. Was it perfect and spotless? No, but for $35 bucks I felt they did a really great job and saved me a couple hours of work. You get what you pay for and this is a good value! Cindy at window is great and so are all the guys (all hispanic) I had contact with. I will be back.

This place is awesome! Cindy is really helpful, and their first come first serve policy is a good one. If you show up in the morning you'll get fast and efficient service.

I paid for the deluxe wash. The automatic wash did well, this package included vacuum of the interior and wipe down. The front door panels were missed and vacuum could be better. I suggest that the time be spent to get job done better. I know time is money but customers satisfaction will pay out better in the long run.

I have not been to Park Lake wash for years until a few months ago. They have a new crew that does an amazing job! The workers take pride in their work and also take their tame to make sure it is done correct. One time I noticed an error and they corrected the issue very quickly when I let the cashier know. The crew is almost all new from about five years ago, not sure if there is different management or just a new crew but they focus on their job and work efficiently and are friendly. I really do not understand some of these negative reviews because I have experienced nothing like that, and I am a picky person. I will be going there today for a wash. There is one thing I wish they would change and that is to bring back the cool neon sign that they once had. The sign is still there, but the neon is gone :( I know neon is crazy expensive so I understand why it is gone, but it looked soooo cool.

Just went here for the first time today because I live in the neighborhood. For $30 they did a great job cleaning both the inside and outside. The people who work there are friendly, super efficient, and seem to have a really solid system going on there. I like that there was a tip bucket in the waiting room so that way you can tip for everyone, not just the final person that cleans the inside of your car.

I love these guys. Great value. I go there every week or two. The exterior wash is great, because besides running your car through a high-quality machine, they then dry the car thoroughly, working as a team. While some are drying the outside of the car, others are washing and drying the interior, including the floormats, the insides of the windows, the sides of the doors, the dash, and more. And of course they vacuum too. They do all of this for $16.16 after tax (the minimum price), and then if you pay a few bucks for a tip you're just under $20. But they also do detail interior jobs for more, plus lots of options on the exterior wash. I've tried many car washes over the years, but I keep coming back here for the amount of things they get done in the short time you're there. It's a treat.

Lady gave me a fully detailed explanation of services and pricing and the car came out beautiful. Thank you guys for all the hard work you do. They do a great job. Exterior cleaning (or course), and an interior once over (not super detailed), works well for me b/c it only costs $16 & I can have them get the bulk of the interior stuff out of the way, while I can take my time to do a detailed interior clean :)

For someone who is looking for a true thorough detailing this is not the right place. But if your car is filthy and you want it to be 80% better fast and fairly cheap it was good enough. I suspect you could do better some place else but they all need appointments and take all day. The place does have an air of sketchyness about it. Make sure to hand your tip directly to the guy who did the work.
