I brought my car in today for the yearly inspection of the ceramic coating. I had a few scuff marks on the fender, door and mirror from scrapping a tree branch hanging out in the road. The guys rubbed out the scuff marks and washed the car at no cost. I would highly recommend Justin and his team for any work they do. They always seem as though they care about customer satisfaction! Great Job Guys!!!

I’ve known Justin for many years. 10+ years actually. He is a stand up, genuine and honest guy who will go out of his way to make things right. I got my remote start put on here and it was effortless. Works great too! Also had my mom get her remote start done here as well. There was a minor hiccup in price but Justin made sure to get that sorted out ASAP which was much appreciated. We are both very happy and satisfied with the work done here at Ziebart. I just had my 2016 Kia Sportage detailed today at Ziebarts and II would say they just did an okay job. I had them do a full detail inside and out and it cost $295.00. I had my friend Herbert take it there and pick it up because I have not been feeling the greatest lately. With our luck it happened to be raining when it was picked up so Herbert didn't really get a chance to look at it until he arrived home. I noticed some dirt spots on my mats, and a little bit of dirt still in the carpets, especially in the rear and I was not very happy. For $295.00 I would think Ziebarts could have at least made sure my mats were clean and all the debris was vacuumed up. However I will admit my dash and center console looked very nice so I was happy with that. Because of the mats and the carpet I don't think I would return there again. Updated. Justin sent us a coupon to try their services again and this time I was very pleased with the car detailing. My car looked like it was brand new on the inside and smelled much better. Justin and his crew went out of their way to make things right and they stand behind their work so I would highly recommend them in the future and we will definitely be back. Thanks Justin for making thing right.

I was dreading Winter in Wisconsin - the worst part is coming out to a cold car at the end of a work day. I was referred by a friend to call Ziebart, and had them install a remote starter. It was more than I had hoped for! The remote has lots of functions, including opening the trunk, lock and unlock. They installed it in a few hours, it was super easy to do! Just dropped off my car in the morning, picked it up at lunch and I am ready for the cold. Highly recommend Justin, he was the best. The owner, Nathan, is also amazing. Super nice guys,extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend to ANYONE! I heard they do care detailing... my husband's car is up next!

I have been going to this shop for four years. I have had various services done, from remote start install to diamond polish, etc. Justin the manager does an awesome job of giving you good prices and being honest about whether the service your interested for your vehicle is worth pursuing. They have never over promised and under delivered on any of the experiences I have had. I would totally recommend them and feel trusted about whatever service you purchase from them.

This review is pretty late but better late than never. My first visit at the West Allis location was back in December 2016. I wanted my windows tinted and they were running a special. I dropped my car off and upon my return I was given some bad news about an incident with my car. I was shown a crack in the bumper. Everything was already taken care of before I arrived and I had no issues getting my bumper repaired through their insurance. It was cold and my car wasn't clean so I wouldn't have noticed the crack. They could've easily avoided telling me but they were honest about it. I also love my tint!

First of all, you can tell they care about their customers from the second you walk in the door. They make sure you get what you ask for and nothing less. They were very quick for the amount work they did and everything they did was above and beyond expected. They were respectful with the belongings in my vehicle and even kept it organized. Super happy with everything they did and plan on taking all of my vehicles there if the future.

I had a gift certificate that was 5 years old, and they still accepted it! They installed my remote car starter without any questions. When I was running late and wouldn't arrive to pick up my car until after closing, I called them and they stayed a few minutes late for me - again, no questions or complaints. They installed a remote starter that had some issues 11 months later. I brought it in and they covered it under warranty, working hard to fix it. When the first fix they tried didn't work they replaced the bypass for free, and even worked me in without an appointment so that I could get it done on my lunch break. Great customer service and great work. I'd recommend them.

Went to Ziebart for a different service; did see a vehicle from another customer. On its face, the vehicle looked pretty darn spiffy. Had to take a closer peek, and that customer didn't mind. He pointed out a few missed details, which were quickly corrected. C/S professional and friendly. I scheduled my vehicle to be "spring" detailed. Offering a 4 rating.

Justin and his team were absolutely phenomenal!! I love how my car looks. He was very thorough and took time to explain the entire process from start to finish. I had some issues from the Waukesha shop and Justin stepped in and took care of everything and really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend the Milwaukee branch, you will not be disappointed!!

My wife and i have brought our suv and truck to the West Allis location several times in the past 2 to 3 years, we have had them both rust proofed, my wife has had her suv detailed after winter, they do a fantastic job. i have had my windows tinted, they under coated my truck, i just recently had a rhino liner sprayed in the bed of my truck , awesome job, and i love how thick and tough it is. Both of vehicles have remote starts installed, and these guys are good at what they do, dealing with the manager Justin is always a breeze, I have recommended this place to several friends and neighbors, and they all are just as satisfied as we are. thanks again Zebart gang, see you soon .

Had my Jeep detailed and Diamond Glossed here. I cart two dogs around regularly and when they were done not only was it spotless, it smelled fresh and clean! No more wet dog smell. I had scratches on my driver door that I couldn't believe they were able to get out. My jeep looks new inside and outside! Thank you Ziebart!!!

From the phone call last week to the service today Justin was incredibly professional and welcoming. It took 2hrs from drop off to ready to go for a remote starter in a Honda. The installation is nearly seamless as there is only about an inch of wire that leads to the remote starter's attenna from under the overhead trim. Everything else is flawlessly rerouted under the interior trim. Extra plus to Justin for keeping his cool and professional demeanor when he fielded a call from someone who didn't know what make and model meant. Only downside if any is the tiny storefront and the smell that is present from the work in back but after all it is a shop and most people are drop offs.

This is the third car I've had tinted at Ziebart. It's stood the test of time on the other two. Never bubbled, matched the rears perfectly. Professionally done and always done same day. If I get a 4th car it's going here. The 3rd car was just detailed and I don't smell the kids destruction that occurred in it. Worth it.

This particular Ziebart location is the real deal. I worked with Justin and found him to be knowledgeable, prompt and extremely professional. They conducted a thorough inspection and then provided me with a detailed estimate. I returned two weeks later to get the work completed and asked "what will it cost" and I was quoted the same price. What a relief I thought, no games being played here. In addition, I received a courtesy phone call part way through the project and was notified that something else not included in the estimate should be addressed too. Because the technician had already performed much of what needed to be done, the added work was completed at no additional charge. They went above and beyond to get the job done right, they kept to their estimated time to complete the work and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the finished product. Great Job Guys !!

Needed a cluster of centimeter-long scratches removed. They only charged $45 and it was done in a half hour. Had a tough time telling where the scratches were. Matched my paint perfectly. Will definitely go there again.

They did a great job tinting, the bubbles took more that a week to go away. Only they didn't take too much in the work, they could have clean up the mess abit afterwards. There were small pcs of tint clippings here and there, nothing was wiped clean. I was very annoyed with it once I noticed it, that's not customer care. I read about this before, but figured it was just one case. No to big an issue, but still to see to pride taken in the skill. .idk.

They did an ok job... but for the price I paid I expected more attention to detail... like the air vents were still dirty...they just closed them so I wouldn't notice and my truck bed was still dirty .I was told they don't do truck beds but if you're washing the inside and outside of a vehicle wouldn't it be common sense to wash that part of the vehicle to???.....and they don't do a good job of removing all pet hair......one time deal....
