The car I’m driving now is the first new car I ever purchased but through the years, although I consider myself to be reasonably neat, and no matter how often I cleaned it, it never looked new. I just had a fantastic experience at West Allis Car Wash on Hwy 100. They detailed my car in the same day. When I went to pick it up and they pointed to where my car was…. I truly did not recognize it as my own. I thought the car belonged to someone else. It looked like the day I bought it. Please patronize this great small business, your car will look like new and you’ll be glad you visited!

I had my 2012 Toyota mini van detailed by them and they did a fantastic job! It was filthy with dog hair and a battery acid stain in the hatch which they got out completely. This vehicle had not been cleaned in 3-4 years so it was very dirty. It took them most of the day. But it was worth it. I plan to not only take it back for detailing but also use their full service car wash. The staff was very professional and friendly as well. Highly recommend them!

The first experience here with my full size truck, just 1 day prior, was amazing. Came back today with my small car and it didn't even look like it was washed or vacuumed. I brought it back and left unhappy again. I won't be returning here again unfortunately.

Excellent attention to detail and overall the fairest price car wash in the area. It’s worth the extra drive to come to this business because they are consistently providing good service to their customers. Very friendly and approachable staff, especially the lovely lady at the cashier! The only thing I wish was different is the business hours. They close by 5:30 on weekdays and I usually just miss them being open after commuting from work. Half the time, I end up going to a less favorable car wash that stays open until 6pm.

So for $18, this is a great place. Obviously there are other packages, but I just wanted a quick clean and the under carriage sprayed off. They cleaned my weather tech, the muddy scuffs off the back of drivers seat, the windows and dried my car off all for less than $20! The car wash wasn't perfect, I'm sure I have streaks on a window here or there and probably a dirty spot or two, but I didn't have to do any of the work in the cold and they were QUICK! you want first class, perfect detailing - you'll pay way more. You want your car to be the original color (not road salt/mud gray)? Go here, drop a quick 20 and all will be well. Also everyone was super polite and respectful.

I was disappointed this time. I have not had a car was at this business in a couple years. I was very excited to get all of the salt finally washed off of my vehicle. I paid for the regular car wash which included the services I wanted. I gave a $5 tip and got in my vehicle and drove home. Once I got home, I noticed they did not wipe down my back floor mats and they also did not vacuum the only exposed carpet in the back tailgate area. I called to ask if these 2 were included in my regular car wash package. I was told, only if you ask for it. Had I know, I would have asked. I was so disappointed. She did offer if I would come back, they would vacuum it. I ended up going to one of the car wash locations that has free vacuums Instead.

Started off great with them. But had a couple “flukes” or one offs, with dirt and haze still left on my vehicle. Paying $30 for a hand wash, you’d expect it to be clean. Well, 3rd times a charm, I got home and had to go over the vehicle and wipe it down. Handles, panels, dash screen, rims, rear end... never paying for anything past basic wash ever again.

A little bit more expensive than a drive thru car wash but well worth it! The clean windows inside, vacuum inside, remove and clean weather Tek mats. As an extra the also hand dry car. Great Great place

They do not have great attention to details however the car is a little cleaner than when I brought it in. I think the suction from the vacuum must be broken because it took me a few minutes to get into the crevices of my leather seat which still had dirt and debris build up. The carpet, I'm not sure if they even vacuumed it, however they did rinse down the car mats. Not the best, not the worst.

Great full service car wash. Nice options of how much/little you want for reasonable prices. It's one of those where you get out of your car and it is pulled through the car wash without any passengers. Nice set of windows to watch the cards go through. They hand dry at the end and there's also good vacuuming at the beginning. A convenient dumpster where you get out of your car to dispose of any trash.

I just saw the bad reviews here and had to add my 2 cents worth. I have been going to this place for so many years whenever I get into the neighborhood that I can't recall how many, but have had dozens and dozens of washes, all just great. No missed spots, no windows left streaked or uncleaned, dashboard dusted,door jams cleaned, almost as good as a detail job but quick and inexpensive. I don't know how the owner gets and keeps his crew but they all do their jobs well. Stop and take a minute to chat with the great lady cashier who has worked there since John has owned it. Look at all the letters of appreciation on the wall for the owner's charity. I make going there a little ritual. Tip the crew. They are worth it. I cannot imagine how anybody's paint was scratched, never had any such issue and some of my cars have been washed there over and over for periods of years. Also, have never had anything missing and have left dishes of loose change, etc in the car and never had to worry about it. I wish I lived closer. There isn't a better car wash anywhere else around the area. Always buy a book or two of 6 washes for Christmas gifts and they are always appreciated year after year by the recipients. Bob, Thank you!!!! Our SUV had so many obvious scratches and I made the mistake of trying to get rid of some of them with rubbing compound until I had some good lighting and saw that I made matters worse. I made little circles all over my SUV and wax didn't fix it. I have never had any vehicle professionally buffed and waxed before. What a difference!!! All the scratches I made, and the original ones, are gone except for the ones they told me they wouldn't be able to remove because they were deep. They were prompt and polite and I would definitely recommend.

I take my truck here which is a bigger pickup 2013 GMC Sierra with aftermarket rims 20x12s. They are the only carwash in the area that actually puts my truck threw. The other washes usually dont have the guts to do so. Also they do a great job when it comes to giving it a quick clean inside and applying armor all to the tires. Again bigger tires.

Had detailed interior cleaning of older Ford focus that was deep down dirty inside. Came out looking like a new car, trunk, glove compartment, and inside consul included. It was like magic.

This is my go-to car wash. A wash and hand-dry for the same price as those shoddy gas station drive-thru's is worth the trip to West Allis. Thursdays are "ladies day" and I pay $8 for a basic wash and hand dry. Check out the little álacarte menu at the bottom of the sign - For a few bucks more you can add on services like a wheel wash, vacuum, etc. which I find is better than going with one of the pricier package deals.

Full service car wash with hand drying nothing beats that in Wisconsin Winters. They also have a reasonably priced detailing service to get the salt out of your carpets and cloth upholstery after winter. Avoid if you have high dollar rims on you car. Only one drawback they use a single rail system to move the car through the car wash and if the employee does not pull the car in absolutely straight there's a good chance of Rim damage on low profile tires. The driver has to exit the vehicle and an employee is responsible for pulling the car in.
