Friendly professional service from hardworking employees. Quality oil changes, two bays available, one lane to corral cars at the beginning. The location is good, could use more plants and a concrete surface to improve the Atmosphere and be eye-catching. Vacuums parking spots are available diagonal away on the right side of the property. The car wash is good, two lanes to corral the cars at the beginning, one bay. The employees give good directions for getting the tire into the narrow track. 4/5 stars, a minivan is a bit more difficult to manuever the turn left into the carwash bay, so stay further right hugging the wall... personal preference i don't want to drive into narrow bars to get my minivan in the right position to go through the wash. (The car wash could consider an update to the platform tracks, so i hope this location does think about replacing the narrow bars. also note, at the end of carwash, right before the fans, there's a pole on the left that has red text it says "do not brake." Each time I've washed my car, all i see is "brake" rather than 'do not' because of all the Water on the windows. Consider changing the text to "stay in neutral.") After the fans, you'll be released to a driveway going downhill to S 84th. Overall a good business.

Even though this place is bopping on a nice day, they are always effective and cheap. I dont live far off so I regularly use their vacuums to keep the car tidy. I can spend $2 and get to my whole cr-v. Even with a toddler terrorizing my backseat. They also keep the lot tidy and trash cans emptied. Well done

Had my oil changed.... The price went up like everything else nowadays...I paid $40 for just the oil change, but they do a complete job of checking all the fluid's and tire pressure so to me its still better than crawling under the car myself !!! 👍😀 …

Be warned the new car wash equipment ripped the rear window wiper off my 2019 Mazda CX-5. Been going to this car wash for a couple years and had no problems before. In August 2020 Scrub a Dub updated the equipment. First time back upon re-opening the new brushes grabbed the rear wiper and pulled it out and down. The rear wiper was in perfect condition, not operating / off when going in card wash. While the new equipment did a much better job at cleaning the rear of the car - previous washes at this location left back window and rear bumper dirty - but it came at the expense of my rear wiper.

They are so professional and pretty affordable. I got my transmission flushed due to very high levels and my oil change and I still have money left over from my car fund. They even checked out a leak concern I had (turned out to be nothing). The man helping me even added coupons on my bill for me since I had none. They are always a quick in and out and with my job I need walk ins for things like this. They also showed me the before and after of the levels and what it’s supposed to look like so I can check it at home! Thank you scrub-a-dub!

Very friendly service. Prices decent but not the best in the area. Normally includes a free car wash but their car wash isn't working, and no free vacuum is included with the wash. Overall might pick a different location if you're looking for the car wash too

First class service is here! I've been completely impressed with how professional, helpful and knowledgeable each staff member is. I've come through many times for different service needs and even for minor questions and assistance and have had the pleasure of receiving above and beyond service at a great value. In the past I have experienced other places that would recommend additional "services" at rip off prices, but here I'm often offered extras my car really needs at extremely reasonable prices that I cannot refuse. The trust level that I have with the team at this location keeps me coming back and recommending it to others. This place is truly a hidden gem for car maintenance. Based on the quality of the staff here you can really tell that management took care to hire and train top employees and not just bodies. You all rock!!!

Love this Scrub-A-Dub! They have a friendly staff and the tunnel is way more efficient (with good quality) than all of these single vehicle wash stations (which take literally 5x longer. Thank you Scrub-A-Dub!

They changed the rear fluid for my all wheel drive system. Good price I think. No pressure on the up sale. Some like to pressure for sales and extras cash on their check, which I am fully aware of. I like this car wash. Quick in and out. I do the $25.00 monthly wash. Definitely worth it especially during the winter to go through whenever you want. The staff is friendly. The one thing I haven't been able to figure out is that for some reason it bends my front license plate every time I go through. Not a big deal as I just bend it back but I haven't been able to figure out why it happens.

Peter was simply amazing informative he was just extremely knowledgeable of what I need it done in my vehicle I had told him I felt like my vehicle was stuttering when I would push the gas... He recommended a fuel cleaner and in oil cleaner he also showed me online where they were coupons. I always go here to clean out my car, and get a car wash. Tonight 5/22/20 I went late, it’s the start of Memorial Day weekend and I went there after hours to vacuum out my car before leaving town. It was after 8PM. The manager was still there but lights were off and I knew he was ready to go. I certainly didn’t expect him to stay. I’m not sure if it’s policy, but he stayed there until I was done. I felt so safe and appreciative of that. Whoever that manager is, he’s a great employee who goes the extra mile.

Never do reviews, especially not for an oil change but they went above and beyond! I asked if they could just check to make sure my oil didn't look discolored or off, and they had several people check and ask me about the concern and helped me get to the root of the problem and even did a coolant flush for me on the spot in under a half hour! Every other place said it would take hours if not all day! So quick and attentive and EXTREMELY reasonable price:)

Great prices although average wash. This was my first time going through an automated car wash so I did not know what my expectations should be. That being said the car came out appearing clean but a large amount of dirt residue left on many parts of the car. Would certainly return but would suggest a longer wash cycle to completely clean your car in the winter months.

While I frequently get my car washed here, it doesn't rinse off the car or dry it enough. This leads to spots all over the car and windshield. It does wash the car well! And the attendants are all friendly and helpful.

Went on a Sunday evening for an oil change before a long trip. I didnt expect much from the employees but I have to admit that not only where they fast in changing my oil, they were extremely knowledgeable. They explained differences in oils, specific information related to my truck, and tips to maximize the life of my oil. They also brought to my attention that the last place to change my oil did not correctly tighten my filter that resulted in a slow leak. I wish I could remeber their names. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Really like the hours of operation. A bit pricey compared to the average car wash and my side view mirrors don't always get completely touched up. But you can use coupons on the back of your receipt (which they encourage). Overall, my favorite place to hit.

I always choose to come to the West Allis Scrub A Dub for my oil changes. They do a great job at an affordable price. I also get coupons all the time from Pick N Save for $6 off the oil change. And when I get the oil change, I get a coupon for a free car wash. This is also where I go to vacuum out my car when I need to as well as get my other car washes. They are very convenient, offer a great variety of options, and are affordable.

This place saved me from a huge expense if I would have went to an auto body shop. They cleaned out my air filter (which was completely full of dirt and debris it was clogging my intake valve causing my car to use more rpms and make strange noises), calibrated all four tires, and got an underbody flush car wash all for under $50 bucks! This is why I've taken my vehicles to Scrub-A-Dub for the last 25 years. Can't beat the prices either. I hope in the future they change the bay size so I can take my Mini Cooper there as well.

Overall pretty good, went on a busy mid winter day in February, paid 12 bucks for a special for extra things like wheel brite. But once you go through on a conveyor belt feels like you get the same thing as everyone else, should have just gotten the $7 basic wash

If you look for online coupons, you can get their best wash for a few bucks off. This place isn't a touchless wash, and they do a great job of removing Wisconsin's road salt from your ride, if only for a little while. Vacuum cleaners are available. What I couldn't find was any way to rinse off floor mats.
