I was very pleased with the service that I got just one thing I was not pleased with is the time it takes to get your Vehicle done but they do good work so if you have the time you will definitely be pleased with their service because they really do a good job. They used to have the best car wash in town. Now, sometimes it's great. I'm a good tipper, because I know they're not paid well, and I want to incentitize. But, the staff need better training, they really seem to want to do a good job because of the tip. But, they don't know what a good job looks like, it's more than wiping. You have to change your towels or you're just smearing dirt on the car. The didn't clean my middle console, and the windows weren't very clear. I had to tell them my tires weren't done, and I paid for that.

I’m very understanding of the fact the pandemic has got this moving slow and businesses have to get back into the groove of providing great customer service. The staff was very polite to me and I was understanding of how things were moving slow today. My car was very clean inside and I was very appreciative of the cashier named Myeesha who also did a great job holding her composure with the impatience of some of the customers. She definitely is very professional.

Don't get me wrong the machine does an excellent job with a nice shine finish to your car rims, but for the pricing you would expect more interior cleaning such as the dashboard, etc. Always busy here so plan ahead before coming. Prepare for if they don't say anything about your tip you leave in the box. I'm sure they appreciate it but they can at least tell you they do.

Wish I knew the employee in the green shirt that found my wedding ring! Talk about honesty and dedication! I was not only shocked that they found my wedding ring that I had been looking for that past 7 months, but to have found it in my car which had been cleaned several times in the past 7 months. I made sure I compensated the employee that found my ring immediately! I can't say thank you, thank you, thank you enough! They officially have earned my continued business for life!

The belt that moves the car through the wash was broken and I stayed in that line for a hour and they didn't tell us what was going on. 1 person was driving the vehicle s through and it took so long. No discount or apology. That was wrong of this owner

Octopus Car Wash seems to have had a changing of tentacles regarding their ownership. And it is showing in their customer service almost immediately. Cars not being given the service requested or properly serviced. Several of us customers that were there getting our cars washed made that observation and stated we would not be coming back.

For $21 my disgusting car is 95% cleaner than it has been in years. I would definitely recommend it for a quick wash and interior clean. If you want platinum results go to a high-end detailing service otherwise this is the place for you to keep your car looking nice

One of the best in the city quick service and attention to detail. Really like the retail store was able to find breast cancer license frames and logos for my wife's car as well as hard to find make specific car key holder,the animal print mats and steering wheel covers.

The $10.00 wash was done better than the $26.00 wash. When I paid for the more expensive wash, my windows were smeared, my doors were still wet, my rear was dirty and my dashboard was not wiped, which I paid for. My car looked a lot better after the$10.00 wash!

If your not early, you're out of luck on a clean car. Towels and water become dirty after so Manny washes. And they miss spots on your car

Be prepared to wait but if you're from Milwaukee and had a family into their cars this place is nostalgia at its finest. So it brings back memories for me!

5 dollar does a good job. If not the manager there run u gain if not satisfied . They don't post it but they will do it . Good guys there and vacuumed cleaners r strong.

It's really annoying that I always have to ask them to clean the cup holders and other things that they miss inside and outside of the car. I only go there because they're cheaper than most "full service" car washes. I guess you get what you pay for.

I come here all the time, but the detailing can be hit or miss. Sometimes it is great, sometimes it is mediocre. Don't leave anything in your car that you want to see when it comes out the other side.
