Just a reminder to those wanting their car “blown dry” at the end. Just remember, if you have a newer car you actually don’t want the blowers to be too strong. The reason why: Because the water will actually make it into your hvac system and saturate your cabin air filters and start to mold. Ask me how I know….

The cat wash itself is good. The vacuums suck; just spent $2 trying to use 2 of the 5 vacuums and neither has any suction at all. The worker just stood and looked at me then walked away.

Possibly the worst car wash out there. The dryers are trash. The whole thing needs to be refurbished. Go somewhere else..

I wash my car by hand except in winter so I'm not the best person to gauge how long a car wash should take but sheesh. 1 car in the wash as I pulled up and 2 in front of me and I left a half hour later. Too long for my liking

My cars come out clean every time. The only thing that would make it better is dryers that dry the car better. Never dry and it can easily take 4 towels to dry.Went there again on 4/10 same result car was clean but still wet. Went on 7/2 and still the same. Car came out clean but wet.

Generally this car wash is pretty good. Today the water sprayer wasn't functioning correctly. The last hole on the sprayer had no water coming out so when the car wash was over there was soap still on the car. So after spending $12 on this wash an additional $8 was spent on a car wash at a different location. I did not see a phone number to call so it's basically a waste of money.

Been going here for years. Most of the time it foes a great job of cleaning my truck. Once in a while the water pressure is low & it doesnt clean truck on the sides. I called owner recently & he paid to have my truck redone.

I've been using the Oak Creek Car wash for several years, and used to like them. However, recently, there has been a drop in quality: 1)Underbody flush too short - Same as others - I will go through at the same speed as other car washes, and it shuts off right before the rear tires. In winter, the main reason for car wash is underbody flush!. Other car washes have it at least 2x as long, and you can see they are still spraying behind the vehicle (so you know you got everything), 2) Dryer time: Supposed to be 60 seconds. When you get below 10 seconds, it goes 10, 9 , 8, 7, 6, 5, 0 (and shuts off). Happens each time. 3) Soap/Detergent inconsistent: First soap cycle - every few times, its empty or close to empty, so you dont get a constant stream of soap, or full coverage (only partial coverage). Car not completely covered in soap, so it doesn't get fully cleaned. 4) Dryer nozzles broken: Dryer nozzles are supposed to sweep left to right (all 3 of them). They're stuck, so your car doesn't get as dry as it should. Its frustrating, because I know it can be better. However, with Kwik Trip (probably the best touchless car-washes you can find) within 5 miles, I'd rather go to those and ensure a consistent clean, then pay close to the same amount for a hit - or - miss experience.

I was there yesterday and they just installed new vacuums and I was using #4 and there was absolutely no suction so it didn’t vacuum any of my car and there is nobody to get in touch with if there is any issues or to get my money back? Otherwise I like the car wash gets my car the cleanest.

I wasn’t too sure that this touchless car wash would actually clean the salt and grime caked on my Honda CRV. I inspected the job when I got home from my lava wash for only $12. My car was salt and grime free and was super shiny! I was impressed. I’ll be returning every week to make sure my car doesn’t rust from all the salt.

The only thing that can make it better is if they close at 12pm some of the people we can’t get a chance to wash our car’s during the week days because some of us works till 10pm-10:30pm and it’s closed for us all the time

Good price for a quick basic wash ($5) but other company's offer better washes for the same price near by. The machines will sometimes miss or have issues with the left side.

Probably my new spot to come. Only Problem i have is the wash seems to fly passed if it could slow down like 2mph and the blowers don't move they don't really blow to hard but seems cleaner then other washes.

Sprays soapy water on my car, then rinses it with water.....does the job, without scratching my car like the other car washes with the slapping brushes... cheaper cost as well
