I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was above and beyond. My car clearly hadn’t been cleaned in years. I wish I had a before photo so you could see what they were working with. My partner “couldn’t take it anymore” so I called Metro. They were able to get me in super quickly, and it looks SO GOOD. I can’t recommend them enough & I will definitely be back! It looks like the kind of Uber you pay extra for. I mean, just look at those cup holders.

Pretty good job inside and out. My only complaint would be a better scrub on the wheels, dirt can be seen clearly. I purchased the Detail Package 3 which is on the pricey side for SUV, and expected the wheels to be cleaned a little bit better. Will definitely be back though for interior and exterior clean!

my car got broken into and I was in a pinch cause I needed it to get to work. Brought my car to metro and they vacuumed all the glass up, wrapped my window up and even cleaned my mats. they were so friendly and very fast. Just based on this one experience with them alone, I will definitely be returning when I need my car detailed!!

Came in following the insane Halloween weekend and couldn't have been any happier. The staff was so friendly and professional, really breaking down what each service entailed. Did an amazing job, with such attention to detail! I'd recommend this place EVERY time. They're open 7 days a week too, can't get any better.

If you are reading these reviews, needing a sign to choose this detail shop… here’s your sign. I literally don’t think a better detail shop exists. I don’t know if a better business exists. These guys are AMAZING at what they do, and so friendly. My cat peed in my car (on the way back from her vet appt), and they got my car within 48 hours from when I contacted them. They offered to get it in quicker but my work schedule didn’t work. If you have a cat… you know how horrible it was to sit in my car after this happened. As a healthcare provider, my schedule is not great. However, they have gotten me in twice in the last week without a question, and greeted me with a smile. I don’t care where I live in Wisconsin, I will drive to this detail shop. I will never go anywhere else. 11/10 work here, so glad I trusted the other 5 star reviews.

This place got my car back to like brand new. It might even be cleaner than when we bought the car. Amazing! They are always busy, so expect there to be a bit of a wait, but it is definitely worth it.

I love this place...the owner is hands on with the best team in town. Great prices and they put up with my late arrival. It's top notch, you can TRUST them with your vehicles. Skip those Groupons for shady detailers...they will add charges. Here you get exactly what you pay for. They actually removed a gallon of spilled paint in my Lexus a few years ago. Love em!

This was a new one for them, we weren't sure if they would be able to wash and apply the sealer, but they did it!!! Very professional and incredible results, the van looks shinny and clean we were extremely happy with the results. Thank you Mason for such a professional job. I don’t often write reviews but my experience here was so good, I have to. Mazen is one of those business owners that conducts his business with integrity, effort, and a sincere desire to help. He was able to get me in the day of (!) on a super busy day and they genuinely made my car (which had years of dog hair, dog smell, and stains) look brand new. The prices are fair, too. Just give this place your business!

This guys were awesome. First of all, they got me in for a full detailing totally last minute. I dropped car off ten minutes later and I was able to pick it up before close but because I had a slight conflict downtown the owner would’ve been willing to stay a bit after close. As for the car, unreal. It didn’t even look this good when I bought it. I don’t take great care of my car because I’m always moving tools, etc, but it looks incredible. Too bad I only decided to get it detailed so I can sell it 😂 Thanks again guys.

Decent hand car wash in MKE downtown. They get the job done. You have to check your car properly as they missed cleaning few areas. Overall satisfactory service with price on little higher side. I would stick to more basic services which they do it pretty good.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience! It’s been weeks since they delivered my freshly detailed car to me and I’m still raving and showing it off to people. I have twin 5 year olds who have ravaged my minivan for years now for a couple years with some measly hopeless vacuums from me. The crew delivered what can only be described as an entirely new vehicle to me! It was beautifully cleaned, no detail overlooked, carefully cared for and quick too! Well worth the investment, I’ll be using them again and telling everyone I know to do the same!

As always great service. Spilled a coffee in the front seat. Called Metro 30 minutes before they closed for the day. They were very busy but got me in immediately and shampooed the seat in about 5 minutes. The owner did not even charge me. Above and beyond great customer service!

Mazen and his team are fantastic!! Aside from the stellar detail and wax service I got. I had nicked the pylon in my parking garage, and Mazen and his team were able to get the paint from the pylon off my car, leaving it spotless and looking brand new. I also had bug remover cooked on my windshield, leaving streaks. Mazen was determined to get it out and tried every remedy he had. After many attempts, they were able to defeat even the tough stain and send me home with nothing less than exceptional. Mazen went above and beyond and was easy to talk to. I highly recommend Metro Car Wash and Mazen (the owner) to anyone.

Highly recommend, they were super friendly and professional. I mostly cared about the interior which turned out great and I was very happy about the exterior. My bumper had some damage and they popped it back into place, removed a dent, and made it look super clean. My mom didn’t even recognize my car at first and thought I got a new one!

I had an emergency situation today after someone shattered the passenger side window. There's literally glass everywhere and I'm from Chicago. So they got me in quick, vacuumed up the glass, put a temporary window covering on so I could make it back home today. Everyone there was very professional and really nice. This place went above and beyond expectations. Between kids, a dog, lots of travel and outdoor activities, our car looked like a tornado had gone through a Keebler elf factory. I was shocked at the state it was in when we picked it up- it looked like a brand new car. Highly recommend this place- they really took care of us and our car!

This is the first time we've ever had a car detailed. We're going on a road trip in a couple of weeks, and I just couldn't bear the thought of spending hours in our disgusting Ford Escape (husband's car, covered in dog hair and coffee spills and god-knows-what). Well we are AMAZED at how good it looks and how clean the folks at Metro got it. My husband said, after he picked it up, that he felt like he was driving the wrong car haha. He also said the heat vents work so much better (maybe they blow them out?). Anyway, we are thrilled. It looks and feels like a brand new car. The price was reasonable and the people working there were super friendly. We're planning on doing this once a year to treat ourselves. Our ride feels luxurious. 5 star service. Money well spent.

Went there super quick one day when I was selling a car that I needed clean right away. This car was so dirty...I mean dirty from my two dogs and treating it like a beater in the inside. In about 1 hour on a Sunday he had my car cleaned and ready for me. For 35 bucks this thing was cleaned quicker than I could and better than I could. He gave me some advice on the car which really helped with my sale. I went back there today to get my new car cleaned up. I decided to go with the presidential wash and for 70 bucks it was perfect. My dogs hair is hard to vacuum up so I expected some to be there afterwards. Turned out to be way less. I know they take a bit longer than usual but for how hard they work and how busy they are it doesn’t bother me at all. The owner is so nice and cool to talk with. He remembers who I am which is really nice. I will be a customer there as long as I’m in Milwaukee.

1st time ever using this service was July 2021 - I live in Oregon and was visiting relatives when I needed a car wash for my 2013 Subaru Outback; not just any wash from a drive thru but looking for a hand wash and interior clean; very dirty from my long road trip. Found them on Google, drove over there, saw cars lined up on street to get in and knew this was a special place. Met Mazen (Owner) and I explained my problem that that I couldn't make appointment cuz I was leaving next morning returning to Oregon. He "squeezed" me in 1 1/2 hr later instead of a projected 4 hr wait. . . . my car never looked so good except when new. I never had a car wash experience like it - EVER! This year I'm going back driving my 2018 Ford F150 P.U. and will make an appointment for a complete detail that includes paint restoration and wax with high speed buffer. I want to protect my truck from the harsh elements that exist on the Oregon Coast where I live. I watched how it was done to a Corvette, a GMC P.U. and a1961 Mercedes roadster. Meticulous is the only word needed to describe what took place. I don't know of any comparable detail shop in the Portland Metro area and is the reason I'll be returning to Metro when I visit Milwaukee later this year.

Fit me in in an emergency to remove latex paint off my upholstered car seat - owner graciously only charged price of interior detailing, and with that I got an exterior wash too. Saved me because that stuff sets after a couple days. The paint is gone and their staff did a beautiful job detailing my car that wasn't in great shaoe to start with. I don't live by the east side anymore but will continue to come here for deep cleaning my car. I just had to leave my car overnight which was no problem. 5 stars.

This time I was putting my car in storage and wanted sap and road tar, removed as well as cleaning up the mess little ones left in the back seat. Car was done quickly and looked better than new

I wanted to surprise my best friend in Milwaukee with a CLEAN car (inside and out) and had nowhere to begin, since I live in a different state. I contacted at least 5 places, and Metro not only responded, but went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Picked up the car secretly from my friend's workplace, cleaned it, and dropped it back off for when she got off work. I did not even expect this process to go so great, and it made me feel really one of a kind!!! Not to mention, the car was spiffy!!

I dropped my car off after 2 weeks in Southwest Utah’s red rock National Parks, and it was filthy. We camped out of the car and had a basket loaded on the roof. So there was dust and dirt everywhere, and footprints all over all the door sills. And after I picked it up from Metro, you would’ve thought I had picked it up from the showroom floor. They got everything inside and outside the car spotlessly clean, even the engine bay was cleaned and dressed. This is the second time I’ve taken one of my vehicles to Metro and both times I’ve been blown away by the results. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

This place always exceeds my expectations. I have a new 2017 B9 Audi A4 and it ALWAYS comes out looking brand new. The staff knows me when I return and are always great to work with. I take my car here for weekly car washes and also for yearly detailing. I had a pickle juice spill in my car this last summer and because I couldn't get in the same say I tried another detailer. They did a HORRIBLE job, not only tearing some fabric but they didn't get the smell out. They put air fresheners on the ground to cover it up, no special treatment foe the spill!! The next day I took it to Metro Car Wash and they did me a solid and got the smell out for a good price, they didn't charge me for the full detail and I am EXTREMELY grateful. They told me it didn't even look like it was just detailed. The next week I took it back for a proper detailing and WOW, so good. Will only be going here from now on. Fair prices, great staff, and consistently great results. 5 stars for them!!!! Side note: make sure you tip!!!! I hate it when people stiff them, they do such good work its only right to at least throw them a 5. You'll be spending more for a worse result elsewhere and it keeps the good staff happy with their job so they stay there!!! Plus its good to show them you appreciate the great work.

This is an excellent “city” hand car wash. Being in the city it does not have good parking. I often have to park down the street, but I do so as these guys always do an excellent job and have never tried to push unneeded product or services on me. The $30 full wash is economical enough that it is easy to bring your car back week after week. Especially in the winter months. If I am not detailing my Tesla Model S myself I will only bring it to these guys.
