We took our family car in on a Friday night. We were asked twice to come in earlier so they could close early but it did work in our schedule. We were okay with bringing it in if it worked. Once we brought it in, what typically takes 90 minutes was only around 30 to 40 minutes but they ensured us that there were three detailers doing the job since they did not have anybody else coming in. Everyone was really nice and my husband seemed pleased but we definitely have varying opinions on what “clean” looks like. The next day I got into the car and it looked good from afar but the “details” were not taken care of. It’s difficult to spend money on services like this but we do it because it takes a lot of time and we do not have time these days. So, we would like to know that it is money well spent especially as a monthly member. I took it in the next day and was greeted with wonderful service! LAVONTE, TONY AND TANIA! Thank you for taking care of us! They didn’t make us feel badly because it was already hard to question somebody’s work. They just got right to it and fixed it right away. I feel badly because I did not have additional cash. They deserve the tip that we gave the night before. Overall, we still like going here but it has slipped a bit in the last year.

I love this place. I come at least once a week for a car wash and every 3 weeks for detailing! Not once have I had a bad experience. Everyone greets me with such kindness. The work they do is Amazing for the price. The membership is a plus which gives you 50% off detailing services! Today I came in (wash just here a week ago for detailing) but as a dog owner my pup had an accident in the car. The workers new exactly what to do and what was needed! I would never go anywhere else! I always get my car back looking brand new like I just bought the car from the dealership! Thank you guys for all your hard work and exceptional attention to details!!!

This is for detailing detailing only I wasn't happy but yes they did go over every inch inside and out with a microfiber cloths and power scrubber. Drop off and leave your car for a couple of hours

I have the unlimited membership and it is great, staff are always friendly and the car stays clean. I came on this Sunday night, not realizing it was a few minutes before close. The manager was super nice and helped me vacuum out my car quickly before the vacuums closed down for the evening. He even made sure all the dog hair got out. He didn’t have to help me at all and could have said they were closing. Thank you!

I recently got my car detailed (level 2) and I was very impressed! The entire process took less than an hour, faster than quoted! The interior was as clean and wiped down as the exterior. Everyone was very friendly, and I will definitely be back for regular washing. Thank you!

Nasty day outside but needed to have other humans in my car. This is one of the last places in town that will clean the interior of your car and therefore a local treasure. Always a great and detailed job! Highly recommend!

I always passed this place up cause it looks a little run down but decided to give it a chance. Not bad, friendly greeting, 10 dollar car wash did the job. Guy at the end that's supposed to hand dry...didn't dry my car. Instead just looked past me which was upsetting since I paid for the upgrade. Not the make or a break. Vacuums were a little janky as well but it's close to home and will probably come around for another one.

I was very pleased with my services at the Wauwatosa location. Everything from the prep gun, the attendant at the 1st booth, and the wonderful attendants that serviced my vehicle after it came through all the power washers(not sure if that’s what they’re called). I will certainly return for future services. I had almost given up on taking my car to be cleaned because of the shabby services I’d received at 2 other places I had gone to over the years. Welp, FSCW, you have a new customer in me!

Great experience at FSCW in Wauwatosa today! I got the ceramic was with interior vacuum, window cleaning, and dash dusting. Brandon went above and beyond vacuuming the inside of my car. He pulled out the mats and even vacuumed underneath. 5 star service, with a smile!

I've only been a member since the end of July at the beginning of Aug. My son passed July 29th. I loved the full service yet my pockets are not that deep yet. So I'll stick to the basic membership. responsible Wash & ppl friendly. Always cleans.

It's decent at best. The service was better years ago. I wouldn't recommend car washes in general but it's your choice. They are staff friendly but sometimes the wash or rinse for the vehicle is overrated. It's not that clean. As for the prices, it's moderate. The waiting isn't too bad either. My first time going here. Got a gift certificate here so it got used towards a hand wax and a powered buff out. After joining the was club the price of each service was cut in half so it wasn't to bad. ($65.99 down to $35.99) Overall I was pleased with the service. Car came out looking great. There were remnants of wax in crevices, under door handle areas and little on rubber trim but nothing to complain about. My one piece of advice is when cleaning the floor mats. Whatever was used made the drivers side extremely slick. I had to wipe them down to temper that. Was back the next day for a wash!!

The staff at the Tosa FSCW was friendly, helpful and professional. They ask you fir your email confirmation when you arrive but I misplaced it. Didn’t matter and the staff spent a good deal of time assisting me despite my mistake. The car was clean inside and out. I plan on returning next time I need my car clean.

Awesome service and friendly people. The day we had our car washed the Manager was working outside, taking wash tickets and soaping down cars. She's a very hard worker. We only needed the $7.00 wash to get off the road salt. Even though we paid for the Basic Wash the attendant still hand dried our car. We'll return every week.

I am giving it a 5 from previous experiences. Now I think manager has transferred. But I'm big on customer service and the older white gentleman that's been there for over 20 years has always been super hospitable and welcoming... he worked with me to get best deal and made me feel like I was getting 5 star service. I’ve gotten my car washed a few times with good results...but today they went above and beyond! My husband took my car there and vacuumed it out, but left my floor mat on the ground. I went back two days later and they had kept it! The manager even washed it and dried it off for me! I’ll definitely continue to use this business.

My only nag there weren't any towels out but I didn't Need them because THEY hand dried my car at the end.. windows and all. Now I'm an unlimited wash member for 20.00 per month. That's a steal. Maybe the secret to great service is having a manual transmission sports car because there aren't many people who drive stick shift these days. People that drive stick are typically car enthusiasts. Cody is the supervisor and was one of the only people at this car wash who could drive stick so he took care of my M4 BMW convertible. He was appreciative that it was stick and thanked me keeping the stick shift tradition alive because the number of cars are dwindling. I had the Manager's Car Wash package from their old Brookfield location that they honored at this location. Trust me this place is a hike from my house but definitely always worth it. My car was an embarrassment when I took it in and they came out sparkling. Front mats were washed, rims cleaned by hand and tires shined. I felt good again about how my car looked thanks to Cody and the team at Full Service Car Wash! I need to make the hike more often and keep my car in the condition it deserves.

Wouldn't have thought it was gonna take 30-45 minutes to get the car washed, but it did! Granted, I had them do the interior, but I keep the car clean and am usually the only one in it. They did a good job, but seemed really understaffed, and the gal sitting there on her phone wasn't helping matters. Good wash, but it was really slow this time

Generally a good job with the car wash at Full Service Car Wash - Wauwatosa. Not uncommon, the drying can take some time. Paying outside when you drop your car off is done in an interesting way. Overall, the system works pretty well. Often fresh cookies inside.

I think this car wash may do an outstanding job with hand car washes or doing detail work but their automatic car wash system needs some rethinking. I keep my cars outer appearance clean with weekly washes, mostly hand. Over the winter mouths I tried them out to keep the road salt from damaging my paint. On a couple of occasions I had to go through the car wash twice. There staff that will wipe down the car could do a better job if they used dry towels. Come on guys how can your dry a car off if you are pushing the water around with wet towels.

I went on 6/12 to the Tosa location. I was picking up Starbucks for the office and the carrier broke.. 5 trenta drinks full of milk on a 95degree day… you can imagine. I went and dropped my car off at around 9:30 for detailing (vacuum, leather, carpet wash, exterior wash). Admittedly it took until 5:30p for it to be done, but a) didn’t have an appointment and b) the rest of the story: My car was absolutely trashed. Car seats, drinks, clothes, kids art, etc. When I dropped it off, I told the manager “I know I’m paying for it all, but just do the front passenger where Starbucks went to die.” They were busy and he forgot what I told him. Come back later to grab my car: TERRENCE, YOU ARE AMAZING AND SLAYED YOUR JOB!!!!! He cleaned out my entire car and placed it nicely in my trunk (as I said.. manager forgot what I said and told poor Terrence, do what ya gotta do). My car’s inside has NEVER looked this amazing, including fresh off the lot. Beautifully detailed! I highly recommend their services and have told all my friends. The cost was sooo cheap for the amazing work that was done. TL;DR: Go see Terrence!!!

I gotten the month pass for $20,with that pass you get free car washes for the entire month you purchase it on The only catch they didn't tell me was, you will still be charged each month and they take the payment right off your account each month with whatever card you use. Other then that, great place.

Free self service vacuumi g stations where they supply towels and glass cleaner to clean your car. They worked hard to dry the outside of my car after it was washed. DONT FORGET TO TIP. My only complaint is that it was confusing to wait in line because there were so many cars. People were yelling at one another while they were jockying for position. I usually get a personal car wash and I needed to get a quick car wash. You go thru the wash And girlfriend cleans inside if thats your service. Dries the outside , inside the doors and tires and so forth Nice job and less time. Gave a tip.

They did an okay job but not great. The machine didn't get all the way around the rear of the car, and the drying staff did not notice. Interior windows were sort of cleaned, but not well enough to justify the extra cost.

Regular customer for several years at several FSCW locations. This time in Tosa, what started as a disastrous visit ended on a positive thanks to supervisor Daniel. The big metal carwash entry sign blew over in a gust onto our car hood causing paint marks and several deep scratches. The lackluster entry attendant seemed not to care but Daniel came out and quickly, calmly assured us he'd make things right. We were there for our semiannual wash with interior detail and hand wax. After working diligently on the car for over an hour, Daniel and his trusty older assistant presented a sparkling clean vehicle sans scratches and promised to address any future concerns. (On the house, as it should have been.) He also took care of overwax haze on the black plastic trim that the somewhat careless guys at Hales Corners FSCW left behind 8 months ago during the last hand wax. Bottom line: Because of Daniel we will be back. He correctly handled a bad situation. While we haven't always been completely satisfied with FSCW's pricey service, one talented employee was the make or break in this situation, and yes, he and his detail co-worker deserve a big raise for keeping a loyal customer. COVID note: I'd feel better if staffers that had direct interaction with the public wore masks. It's important!
