This is my favorite car wash. It is a newer facility; it was built as a Zips, not a re-purposed former competitor's building. 4 stars because they do a good job on my daily driver, but the cost is prohibitive. A thorough wash now costs $20-$25. Too costly to wash your vehicle weekly. I like the vacuum stations; the suction is powerful. The stations also have compressed air to blow water out of tight spaces. Use the compressed air to blow dust out of interior crevices. Microfiber towels are provided along with a surface cleaning spray bottle. Watch out for the guides on the "track" that pulls your vehicle through the wash; if the sidewall of your tires is flush with your wheel, the track guides will scratch your expensive wheels.

Decent wash job and great deal on the monthly membership, several locations around Louisville, free vacuums, use of towels and cleaner most of the time. Sometimes the vacuums aren't very strong and no towels are out. Other than that it's 4 stars!

This place made my car look better than ever, and after that the vacuums,air nozzle, spray cleaner for interior and drying towels were free !! And they knocked off my icy wheel wells before I even entered their drive thru...the 4 guys treated me like family!! My unlimited membership for only 10$ is priceless! Best $$ I spend on my babies care🚙,,,I will add on my wife for only $15/month for unlimited $25 washes!! I feel like I'm getting family/friend treatment!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There are 4 levels of wash from $5 to $25. They also have monthly unlimited memberships as well. Vacuum stations are very powerful and have a small air hose to dust out vents and small areas. Met the manager and he was extremely nice and informative. Will return.

I am starting to see more scratches on my truck and car. Most times it seems that only 2./3 of car has been cleaned. Been going to Zips for a long time now. It seems to me that that my car and truck are not being thoroughly cleaned as when it was when first opened. The tire polish at the end is a little embarrassing since it does not cover all of the tires. Not real pleased when I stopped in to have Navigator washed and the employee had me stopped at the beginning of wash and forgot to hit start button. Waited five minutes until he realized his mistake. Seems employees are never happy with their job ( big surprise these days) I am not saying all employees are like this. I pay monthly for both cars but not sure how much longer I will stay here if not improved.

Came through to give the wash a shot this morning. I was surprised on how fast I was greeted. Tim, the guy that helped us, was by himself but after he had sprayed down my car he was in the vacuum lot checking on people and cleaning. He saw me pull out my mats and offered to spray them down for me getting them good and clean. Even got all of the old leaves and sticks out where they was stuck by the windshield. Really good wash.I’ll be buying their plan soon, especially after this experience.

I often use Zips on hurstbourne to detail my interior. I have had nothing but great experiences there. I was there this morning to get a quick interior detail in before i carried on with my day and Jamie greeted me and we had great conversation. Jamie's professional and nice attitude towards just made my loyalty to Hurstbourne Zips even stronger. They have never failed me ever.

The wait isnt too long even when they're busy unless you plan on vacuuming afterwards after a big snow. Even then it's not too bad. The automated system is a good one for cleaning the car. I haven't needed to pull in mirrors. The dryer does a pretty good job. I dont know that there's a car wash around that has a great drying system. This one I'd rate above avg. They furnish clean towels and spray cleaner for your use on the inside of your car too. Thats really nice.

This is my favorite automatic car wash in Louisville. The monthly packages are a great value. I love the ease of running through getting your car washed with the convenience of the vacuums being there when you get out. Plus, now they provide detailing cleaner and rags for free for your use. Solid car wash with consistent service. Vacuums are powerful and always working, towels plentiful, and attendants are always present. I do wish they would prewash a little more on top of the cars and hoods to loosen pollen spots. I frequent the car wash multiple times a week but always have to tend to pollen spots every time after the wash that are left behind. So its not like they have been there for a long time. Only other issue I have, which I have at most car washes is they rinse cycle does not rinse the rear of the vehicles well. There is always soap left on the rear of the car, but this occurs at most car washes I have tried.

I love Zips but the one on Breckenridge Lane in Louisville,KY has random unexpected closures. I expect it’s due to staffing. That’s the reason they didn’t get 5-star.

One of the main reasons I use Zips is the subscription service. You are billed monthly and they give you a window sticker that gets you right through to your wash. I use the minimum subscription, but you can go as much as once a day. They have unlimited vacuums and at the Hurstbourne wash have started providing rags and cleaner. Can't beat it for the price.

Signed up to get the membership package so I can go multiple times and not have to spend $20+ each time. The employees are pretty friendly, and there is always more than enough vacuums for me to use when I do stop in there. It is on my way home and so convenient to get in and out of!

I love getting my car washed here.... when they are actually open. I have 3 jobs so my schedule is pretty limited, so when I have free time I like to get things done. Getting my car washed being one of them! I have a membership there and this has happened twice where I’ve gone to get my car washed because they are open on Sunday’s!? And they have the entrance blocked off because they are “closed” I mean this was literally around 1:00 in the afternoon and I’ve had to go to a different location. Maybe update your hours? Idk

They're conveniently located right next to the Meijer's on Hurstbourn Pkwy in Jeffersontown. Two guys I've encountered were nice and helpful. I renewed my discount membership(pink card,$75/yr). My truck came out nice and clean.

Come here pretty often in the morning and it’s always the same guy, Tim. He’s super friendly even when it’s busy, greets us as we come in, and is always running around to make sure people are taken care of when we’re here! He even sold us a membership and we love it!

My car looks brand new inside and out! For $8 I got my car washed and vacuumed! Thats a heck of a deal if you ask me! The vacuum was extremely powerful picking up every bit of dirt! They even have a smaller air compression to blow the dirt out of spots the vacuum cant reach! I thought that was pretty cool! I will definitely be going back next time I need a car wash! They even offer monthly subscription at a discounted rate!

Fast and easy. The workers could use some work tho. We were driving in a tesla and we had put it in car wash mode (which legit just puts it in neutral) and the worker screamed at us to stop and put it in neutral... the car WAS in neutral. So maybe some more education on how the carwash works with cars that are in neutral for the workers?

Have to update my previous review. Visited Sunday, was not the well stocked business I was so pleased with before. There were no clean towels on the cart. And the spray bottles were all empty. To make matters worse, the vacuum must have been blocked because the suction was very low. I hope they get things back on track before I try them again.

The service here is great!! The guys do a good job with helping customers at the gate and keep things moving wonderfully. Thye wash is fantastic!! I have been using the service for about a year now and have not had any issues. I strongly suggest you give it a try and if you like it they have great monthly packages as well and they come at a good price.

This place is awesome. Their vacuums are way more powerful than Thomas car wash and I'm glad I came here and enrolled in the monthly unlimited car wash program. The weak vacuums at Thomas did not remove the dog hair from my floor mats and carpet and this place did! I recently discovered they have hand-held blowers at the Vacuums to blow off any remaining water left on lower bumpers, side mirrors, etc. I have never seen these at any car wash. Great if you forgot a touch up towel.

Decent Carwash, it doesn’t always get the bugs off the front of car and the tire shine leave a grease film on my rims. If I don’t wipe it off, my rims collect a lot of dust quickly.
