The wash was okay but didn’t address the front bumper of the car very well. The blow dryer did not work as well as it should. For some reason the air hose by the vacuum had water in the line that sprayed all over my midsection. The car wash selected was the “Todd’s Best” for $20.00.

I hope it’s not a fluke and not just bcz it was opening day… even though very crowded… this was an awesome experience! Brand new, sparkly, dazzled, and MORE that you’d expect from the brand new car wash facility! I pulled in bcz washes were free yesterday but then quickly realized that it wasn’t brushless and wanted to back out of the line! Well the owner came over and introduced himself, “I’m Todd!” I expressed to him that I have my car detailed at the dealership or have it hand washed and needed to back out of the line. He assured me that I wouldn’t get scratched on my car, that the paint would be fine and that I’d have an awesome car wash! He was RIGHT! The wash was quick and easy! I followed the directions of the ppl inside and came out clean and road ready! I pulled into one of 40 slots to vacuum the car FOR FREE which was also, Ah-MAZING! Coupled with the vacuums are several FREE Mat wash stations. You slide it in, push a button, and out rolls your mat! Sooo convenient! All in all a fantastic experience as is Todd the owner! Highly recommend! Todd’s Place will be a welcome staple to the Middleton area! Go by and enjoy! Your car will thank you!

Can't beat the Basic Wash $10 and it removed most of the tree sap from my car and windows. I didn't want to run the ceramic coating until I knew the sap was removed. Plus.. they provide free self serve vacuums which were powerful. They have floor mat washers also not sure what they cost. I chuckeled at the sign that says "Toddtastic" But hey, this place does a fantastic job and it's very reasonably priced. A+

As always this car wash leaves this car looking brand new! The ceramic glaze and $20 wash keeps windows from fogging up and protects our vehicle's coat as well as preventing "tire bloom". I was greeted with a smile and it carried through all day! Recommended to go early AM when they open. It definitely sparkles and shines. Thank you!

Pretty solid wash compared to anywhere else around. Just wish they used better tire shine… if your Tires poke out any your gonna get black spots from the tire shine slinging off down the road.

Emailed to cancel my monthly membership and Todd the owner was awfully aggressive about me canceling. Unprofessional way to handle things. Wash did okay but air dryers didn’t quite dry everything. Update: site manager Michael Hall contacted me this morning informing me that my membership was cancelled and was very nice and was able to resolve my issue. Thanks

I have a monthly pass and use Todd's Place at least once a week. I was recently there and my car battery actually died while I was finishing up cleaning the car. Two associates, Kenzie and Hugh, were quick to help when I asked them for a jump. They got jumper cables and pulled over one of their personal vehicles to help me out. I would consider this "above and beyond" customer service, but it's what I've come to expect at Todd's Place, as everyone has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks Kenzie and Hugh!

This place is top notch! I came for a car wash and accidentally threw away a really important gift and Kenzie went above and beyond to help me find the bag! I had a good experience with this place. Have been there twice, good price range from basic to lava, also sell cards for multiple washes at a decent price. Quality of wash was above average, vacuums are free and have good suction, floor mat cleaner. They do not wash or vacuum your Auto. This is pay for your wash drive thru and vacuum yourself. Place was clean, employees were friendly. This place can get rather busy.

Took in a really dirty big sedan. lots of gifts from our flying friends. I sometimes have the privilege of parking under a blossoming tree with lots to offer. Lets just say that. Took it through the wash. The basic wash ($10) got almost everything. Stopped by the office to see what could be done about some minor left overs and they showed me the bug prep station right before the three drive in lanes of the wash (definitely using that next time) and also ran me through the wash again. Happy customer here. Will definitely use them again.

That’s why I drive all the way from Crescent Hill to use this facility! Todd’s doesn’t please me, BUT THEY DELIGHT ME! Absolutely the best!

Went for the $15 wash yesterday because my regular car wash wash closed I guess because they were pushing business towards this new place, needless to say this place the is sparkly and all but they need to work on the young lady at the entrance of the car wash, she needs a lot of customer skills training she yelled at me to engage my car to neutral(clapping hands and that ghetto nuisance) , I couldn't see the screen as she was blocking it while guiding me to come forward. That ruined my 1st experience there, the behavior just didn't fit the place, after that I didn't care to note anymore, I just wanted out of that place as soon as I could. Horrible to say the least.

Great service, friendly employees, and the owner is a very nice man! The only thing that would make it better is if they had compressed air hoses to help clean your car. I went to a carwash out west that had clips to hold car mats so you don't break your back and air hoses to clean the tough spots inside your vehicle. Definitely something to think about adding.

I've been here a few times now. Mike took really great care of me today. I purchased a $12 wash that didn't quite clean my car like the last couple of times. Mike suggested that I keep some microfiber towels handy and use the bug pre-wash before my next wash. I wasn't even aware there was a bug pre-wash station. That's pretty cool. He also took some extra time to demonstrate the effectiveness of the microfiber towels. In addition to the extra steps he took to ensure my happiness, he put me through the wash one more time. He also told me about the monthly, no-commitment membership to be able to get the good washes every day for a month. He's a great salesperson and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I can appreciate his efforts as I am also in the customer service industry.

Pretty good wash and better than average vacuums. I would give it 5 stars if the vacuums were better maintained between patrons. I had to de clog my vacuum the last couple of times I've been there. The wash sometimes leaves a little soap post rinse.

Never misses a spot! Best wash in town. Was sad to have to cancel my membership because of moving away. I hope to see you add a wash to Shelbyville, Todd. Whenever you call, Todd will answer and is a blast to talk to. Good guy, great business. The entire staff knew who we were and always greeted us when pulling though. This is my favorite car wash. Does a great job! Be sure to use the brush and bug prep area or it won't do as well. Also, if you have a hitch on the back of your vehicle they make you take it off.

I visit there often. I have a monthly membership. I have gone there for over two years and never been dissatisfied. I have never in all the times I have been there had trouble with employees. If you have trouble maybe it’s you. I like the way it washes my vehicle and I have never had any trouble with the vacuums.

There is absolutely nothing that was negative about this visit, my car was clean and the vacuums worked great. I go there once a month to keep my car clean and I have never been disappointed. My advice is don't go on a Sunday when they are packed.

Didn't notice the sign about trailer hitch and not washing my tailgate, I wish they would've told mentioned prior to wash. The tire shine really wasn't there either. Prolly just use basic wash next time.

Our favorite place to clear our vehicles. Vacuums always work and garbage are emptied often. First place I have been to where there aren't bees flying around the garbage cans or vacuums that dont work. This place is nice and clean. The workers and customers that come there are all very respectful. No loud music or children running around unsupervised!

Nice wash but beware of the "unlimited" plans. They actually limit you to one wash a day. They are definitely a great value and you get a good wash, but they are also definitely not unlimited since you can only use it once a day.

Like the wash and helpfulness, but the free vaccum should have an on/off switch in case something gets jammed. Tried to vaccum spilled kitty litter and it basically tried to suck everything else. Couldn't get it done.

I agree that it does not dry as good. Seems like all of them start out doing good and then they speed things up. I will not pay 30 bucks a month just for my truck! Now if they had a 35.00 a month for me and my wife I might do it. We did the monthly thing on Preston and she never used it. The people there have always treated me nice.
