I just left the car wash today. I purchased the Ultimate #4. The inside of my car still needed to be wiped down after I left. The young lady who was in my front seat "cleaning" was playing with a coworker. My car was not bad, I just needed things to be wiped down. The lady in the office has selective customer service. She asked me if I "wanted" an air freshener and I asked her was it included and she said " yeah". A few minutes later she asked a gentleman if he wanted the " free" air freshener that's included With his package. For $26.99 , I can get my car washed twice and do the manual cleaning myself

Received a fair and professional quote for our extremely dirty vehicle. Appointment was about 2 weeks away and received a call the day prior as a reminder. Dropped off the vehicle the day before and after about 7 hours of work the car came our like new. The inside was free of all dog hair and slobber stains, and the outside was clean and shiny. All for what I consider an extremely reasonable price. The owner walked us through the finished product and was cashed out with a smile. It was truly a great experience by a professional business that is in the business of earning their customers. We’ll be back!

Acceptable car washing EXCEPT for windows. I watch and they use wet dirty rags that they dry the car off with then use same rags on the windows. Why should in pay 20+ dollars for a wash then have to go do them myself? Seems like an easy fix to me for a business. It's not a 3.00 wash.

Good experience, friendly staff. Had a minor issue with vacuuming and cleaning, but was easily dealt with. Staff made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Thank you very much. It is well worth the money I spent just to not have to do it myself.

I had a minor dink in the hood of my car. Took it to a Geico approved repair center here in Indiana. They repaired the hood , did a good job but upon blending the paint left horrible swirls marks all over.it!! Took it to Timmy's, my car looked better than brand new!!! Will definitely use them again!!

Timmy's has a good variety of wash packages, to fit all budgets. They can be very economical for a full service establishment, but I personally find it worth it, to buy the full package. The people there are quick, and do such a good job, that I always feel satisfied when I get back in my car.

A great and friendly staff. My first experience with them was great. I don't live locally to Timmy's Car wash, near Louisville KY, but my dad does. I wanted to get him a gift card to use toward car washes, but they don't offer gift purchases on-line. So they offered to send him the gift card to his home. Once I paid for the gift card over the phone they send the gift card and some pamphlet to his house for me, and for this I am thankful. They went above and beyond. I will update my review once my dad redeems his gift card.

I grew up in the south end of Louisville and Timmy’s has always been a community staple. I love this place. I take my car here once a week or once every two weeks depending on scheduling. I recommend the full service with Armor-all on all doors for $33. Looks brand new afterwards. Highly recommend Timmy’s.

Most folks know Timmy's as a full-service, get out of your car type of place. And you can wait... and wait... and wait... to receive that service. What many may not realize is that Timmy's also offers a ride-through service. With prices ranging from $7 to $15, this is a MUCH quicker method to get your car clean. I always go for the $15 wash and it is worth it each and every time.

They do good job on interior except for windows. Always have to go home and redo. They use dirty wet towels that don't do the job. Exterior is pretty good. If you go during busy time your wait can be an hour plus which is unacceptable. Try going when only a few cars in line.

Two stars. I got no help with my walker loading my ashtray was hidden under a bag on my passengers seat i had to turn around and go back to find out where it was located your help is really starting tto go down hill and i had for several minutes for the cashier no sigh of life get it together

Timmy's is likely the best car wash in Louisville, however I have noticed some slipping in service from their workers on many car wash occasions. Many times it is obvious they are under staffed, and 3-4 of the last visits I have been about car number 3-4 to be dried, and by the time they get to me the water is dried on the car, while I watch a few folks walk around doing nothing. I don't prefer to have my car dried with a towel if the water is all but gone, and sometimes they will bring a water jug mister bottle to wet the car, so they can dry it, instead of getting on it quicker at point of exit. I usually live with some water left on the side mirrors glass, as most forget to wipe those down. I normally just do exterior washes 9 to 12 dollars’ worth, the second problem they have is the entrance off Dixie is small and for those who just want an exterior wash in lane 3, you have to wait and wait and wait, rather than Timmy opening more area up behind the telephone pole for "quick wash" exterior only lane. On days they are short staffed out of 3 lanes open, they only have 1 and the cars can back up forever long. I will continue to use the car wash, as I know Timmy does what he can with it all, this is just my observation.

Nice carwash! They run it through a auto washer then have people towel dry it on the other end, they forgot a couple places on my door when I got the higher priced wash and included the doors, other than that great place to take your car to have cleaned.
