I decided to try this car wash because it's located very close to my current residence and my favorite place is a considerable drive. The free vacuum is a huge plus also.The Drive up Self Service Kiosk was very simple to use and quickly we were getting our wash. I'm somewhat disappointed at the results. My Wrangler wasn't really that dirty. Not sure what was left on my driver's side window but it easily came off. The wheels did not get clean like my favorite place does. If not for those things I would give e 4 or 5 stars. I am sharing pics.

I take my 2020 ram 2500 through this wash regularly, & will continue going. As it does a pretty good job on all wash settings. The only place it doesn't do well is the tail gate. Which I can completely understand. The vacuums are a very nice addition as well.

Presitge is a pretty decent auto car wash with newer equipment. It doesn't do as good of job as a hand wash (missed spots), but I don't know many auto washes that really do to be honest. For what it is, it's my go to for a quick wash on the upper east side. I've never have had any issues, trust it with my large F250, and would recommend to anyone in the area who is just looking for a quick rinse or wash.

I stumbled across Prestige car wash when I googled car wash near me. It is brand new and looks very modern and clean. I purchase a $16 wash. There were two young men at the beginning who cleaned off my tire rims and then I entered the automatic drive thru cleaner. Usually I use “touch less” because I am worried of scratches, but I realized the difference is what touches your car is not that rubber cleaner but heavy cloths. They are soft it would appear and during the cleaning, there is a light show of different colors to entertain you. After the wash, I was so surprised that (1) the car was perfectly clean top to bottom and (2) they have a FREE vacuuming with tons of vacuum stations. It was the first time I took my time vacuuming my car throughout and not worrying about running out of quarters. I drove away with such an amazingly clean car for $16! I am definitely joining the monthly club where they has unlimited washes. 5 stars well deserved.

I like this car wash, reason for four stars is sometimes it doesn’t pickup my license plate and it doesn’t dry my car nearly as well as it used to so I’ll be end up with water spots. The guys attending the wash always do a good pre wash for me though!

Have a 2022 kia sportage. I have used several times. This last time a trim from the roof was blown off by the blowers. When contacting them, they said since it was a new vechicle it was probably loose and I should contact the dealer. The said they would be not responsible for replacing the item. Great kids working it and were apologetic and said a manager would contact me within 24 hours. That did not happen, I had to call them. Managers were not willing to work with me and didn't really seem to care. No accountablility or accepting of liabilty . Beware if go there. I'm guessing if you car is older, then I'm sure would get the same excuse and reason not to pay. Update: Manager called and was much nicer and took care of the issue made things good.

I have been washing my own cars for 20 years. From time to time, I find a car wash that I am willing to try, but I am almost always under impressed! From light dirt spots to uncleaned windows, there is always something previous car washes have missed. I visited Prestige Express Car Wash, shortly after it opened...and I have been more than happy! My wife and I have a 2019 Audi Q8 and a 2020 BMW 440 convertible, and we signed both up for the monthly pass and go two to three times per week. It is the most thorough car wash that I have ever used. The wash ends with a buffer that puts an amazing shine on the cars. The wash also comes with a powerful, free vacuum and an amazing staff! I have shared with several family members and friends...and they all agree. I promise you, after trying this car wash, you'll never go anywhere else. Stephan Johnson

I love this car wash because you get free vacuuming. The only downside is the layout/configuration of their facility is limited to two lanes converging into one and you there's no space for you to get out of the line if you change your mind because the line is too long, etc.

The wash is decent and removes 90% of bugs and dirt and the unlimited plan pricing is great. Only complaint is that the car never comes out dry. I wish it gave you 20 or 30 seconds of more drying.

If you want clean your auto year round. Take it to Prestige Car Wash Express. The staff is dedicated to making sure your auto looks great all the time. The no scratch micro fiber brushes are great for someone like me that has been through plastic brushes at car washes. Not good. The drying process is heavy duty. The vacs are good to go all the time.

Great car wash. They do single or monthly subscriptions. If you get a monthly subscription it will auto renew so if you don’t want that go to their website, make an account and then cancel the subscription. I feel like it’s a good price for the service you get. Free vacuums also available!

Changed my review rating to a five star from a previous three star. The owner was very professional and delivered on his promise. See my previous post below. After waiting for the nasty weather to clear he took my car and somehow removed the scratches and the car looks fantastic. This attention to follow up, detail and amount of caring for his customers shows that he, as a small business owner, takes pride. I am very appreciative. For these reasons I will continue to use his car wash. Thank you for your loyalty and dedication. Previous post: Their brushes put swirl scratches all down the driver side and small portion of the passenger side of our car. The owner was certain is was not his machines. He finally met with me face to face. Seems like a stand up person. He also took the time to buff both sides of the vehicle to try and remove any scratches. The scratches are still visible. We both agreed to disagree with the cause of the scratches. I appreciate him at least taking the time to meet.

Professional and courteous staff with a brand new top of line car wash. I purchased the monthly Platinum package. First month is one dollar. Then $38 each month thereafter. They also have several other wash packages available to suit your needs. I run my car through at least 4 to 5 times a week. And they have free vacuums to use as well.

UPDATE: Thank you for reaching out to me. I was offered at free wash today to make it right. This matter was handled very professionally and is truly appreciate it. I will be able to look at my car in the morning to get a better idea of how it looks after the second wash. I had high hopes for this car wash since it is so close to where I live and I've given it several chances but my car comes out looking horrible every time. I paid for the works but each one of my tires only had the tire shine on a quarter of it which made them look that much worse, the spot free rinse dries completely spotty every time and there's parts of my back window that never even get touched. I have pictures but I'm not able to post them to this review unfortunately.

I would like to cancel the monthly service. When I signed up, I was told the cost would be $19.00 a month. The charge is $38.00 a month. I can't find where to cancel. I would prefer to pay by the wash. Please advise. The wash is fine. The dry cycle leaves a lot of water on the vehicle and I spend a lot of time drying it by hand to avoid water spots. UPDATE: After speaking with the owner, I was very satisfied with his response and resolution to my issue with the confusion concerning the cost. My family and I will continue to visit this business because of his courtesy and professionalism. Thank you!

The line was out in to the street however, it went incredibly fast. Someone at each digital machine to help people choose from the menu and with their credit card and payments. My car looks great! Next time I'll buy the monthly subscription.

Nice and new! Pricing for an individual wash seems slightly high (maybe a $1 or $2) but the monthly deals were great if you wash regularly. The vacuums were POWERFUL so make sire to stop and use them.

Best car wash ever, so soft yet cleans like a hand wash. Tire dressing is spot on and last for days. Be careful not to get the vacuum near something you want to keep or it’s gone, friendly staff too. My Herro!!!
