This is a drive thru car wash The gentleman that helped with the service was very helpful ! He explained to me I could save money by buying a month long wash It was good until December 9 I believe. But what he failed to tell me that I found out on my receipt that I would be charged EVERY month until I canceled. So I’m guess I’ll try it for awhile

So a few months back I paid for one of the top dollar car washes after traveling and unlike any other time I've been there my car just did not really come clean. I sent an email to the company and the general manager Adam reached out to me and told me to come back in for a free car wash,well I was finally able to remit that car wash today and the customer service experience is outstanding! They were amazing on getting every nook and cranny that they could and just really taking care of me so I want to thank you Mr. Adam Boyd for your wonderful customer service and for the gentleman at the carwash for being so detail-oriented definitely use them!!! Update After getting an amazing wash done, my husband used my car. Well I guess the birds were mad at where he parked and made it their "dumping ground" All I could was laugh at the irony of it. Seriously though these guys are great!

The automatic "drive" seemed to rush through. It mostly washed my car, but left quite a few untouched spots in the back. I thought the $21 wash covered wheel wash and tire shine, but I guess it didn't as the wheels were still dusty and the tires were not shiny. The vacuum had very good suction. That was the best part. I will proably go elsewhere next time as the price did not reflect the quality of the automatic wash job. JW

I bought the unlimited pass, and got my jeep washed. Jeeps have a flat front/grill and windshield (aka bug magnet) therefore it’s handy to go through more than once! There was one worker and he was working at a high pace. The gates would not open my second time through, and he worked it out for me even though he had tons of customers he was sending through. My rating is for the machine malfunction and for the business only having one worker, when he clearly could use help. He was courteous and efficient.

Car Wash USA is a convenient and quick way to help maintain my vehicle's finish. The staff is helpful and polite. The wash itself works well. The only negative is that the drying cloths at the end don't always work. In particular, the roller cloths that handle the final polish on the roof and help get the last drops of water off of the front windshield don't operate at all lately.

Tore off my wiper blades but ! Some of it was caused by turning on wiper while the brush was spinning over my windshield . but i wanted to make sure the brush cleaned under my wipers . no big deal they found my blades and i put them back on . and it accommodates a lot of services .

$3 touch up does a great job. Haven't tried the more expensive options but for $3 you will get a good wash and free vaccums. Even when there are a lot of cars in line you get through fast. If you need an exterior wash and willing to vacuum yourself this is the best place.

I wish their $3 car wash was a little more than just a quick scrub, but it did an okay job and the vacuum is free with any car wash. I ended up paying for a more expensive car wash in our family van and I'm really not sure if there was a difference in the way it looked. Excellent car wash. Vacuuming is included in every available wash; starting from the cheapest and most basic all the way to the most expensive and detailed wash. Now, don’t let the availability of the vacuum throw you into a false assumption that these things suck (unforgivable pun intended) because they definitely have some serious power. Also, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only con I can think of is one of the giant brushes left swirl marks in my black paint; it kind of dug a circular trench into the clear coat. The con is expected as this is the case with every automatic car wash; so if you have a beautiful custom paint job that you paid top dollar for I shouldn’t have to tell you to avoid every wash that is not done by hand. The monthly membership is a great deal because it pays for its self when you take the second of your unlimited number of visits for the month.

Few things make you feel better while driving than a clean car. Per wash it does have an inexpensive option, but to me the better washes are obviously the reason you would go. The per wash deals add up quickly and can become costly. Unless, you opt for the wash club. You can purchase the highest grade wash in the wash club, this will net you one wash per day for one flat fee. The fee is more or less 2-3 washes. So if you get one a week, you still save 40-50%. Which is great! With all washes, club or per wash, you receive a free vacuum.

Does a pretty decent job of washing your car and has free vacuums. I did encounter a billing issue at one of my last trips and yes there was an issue calling them. I did find out what the issue was however. This car was his currently in transition between owners and the previous owner took their number with them. Until they get their new number, best way to get hold of them is to go there during normal business hours. Staff was courteous and willing to help me resolve my issue as quickly as possible.

I absolutely LOVE this car wash, It is the cheapest around and gets the job done with FREE vacuum after your wash. However, when I go through, it use to bend my front license plate something awful so I just had to remove it off of my vehicle. I ABSOLUTELY HATE that they close at 9:00 PM because most of the time I want to get my car washed and vacuumed after work and I don't get off until 10 PM. Jim's Express is, without a doubt, the best automatic car wash I have ever used. What makes it unique is the final dry stage, which in addition to the air blow-off has three huge rotating dry-off cylinders that dry the water off of the car, thus avoiding the water spots you encounter if the car is not thoroughly dried after washing. I 'invested' in the $29.99 monthly subscription so now that fall is here and trees are shedding their leaves (and sap), I can go to Jim's and keep my car sparkling clean every day if it needs it.
