I brought my motorcycle in, hoping they'd be able to wash it. Not only did I get my bike rinsed off from all the dirt and sand that comes with a thousand-mile road trip, but these guys detailed the whole thing top to bottom. I don't think I've ever seen my motorcycle this clean before. They really do a good job of detailing vehicles here, and I have yet to find another car wash near where I live that washes motorcycles. Everyone was very friendly and they took good care of my bike.

$20.00 plus a $5.00 tip, exterior only with tire dressing. The guys are hard working guy's. For me it's a bit pricey for exterior only but it was a good job. I would rather they start the hand wash from top and work there way down, so for you flashy sports car guy's maybe let them know before hand. Your eyes will pop out watching them go from wheel well to hood and doors. Still if I can afford it, I'll go here again for the convenience and good service. 🙂👍

Absolutely shocked at the attn to detail and pride that José took in cleaning my car. My dog had accidents, drool, hair. I've been traveling from NYC to TX to WI and CA... After 2.5 hours my car is spotless! Their sign reads "best car wash" and I cannot recommend them enough.

New Tesla for it's 1st wash after a road trip to CA. Driving back from CA at night must have collected every bug on the way. 😆 Anyhoo, was warned not too go through the auto car washes with the brushes (who knows when they were last replaced / cleaned) and to only hand wash due to Tesla paint not being the best paint jobs. Especially for Teslas with dark paint jobs that will show every scratch. Decades ago I worked for a similar place also detailing cars so I'm pretty savvy on what a great hand car wash is. 😉 Did the Silver Package for $29. Guys busted their buttons off hand washing from top to bottom. Get to the drying / interior cleaning and super friendly older guy spent AT LEAST 30 minutes dying / cleaning every speck inside and out. He was meticulous and I kind of felt bad only tipping him $10 but that's all the cash I had on me. I definitely wasn't expecting that THOROUGH of a job for that stage especially for a new car pretty much clean. Looked like the day we picked it up from Tesla when it was all said and done. Highly recommend with my 1st experience there. For $30 plus tip, completely worth it. Hell.. I'm taking the car we use to take the dogs back and forth everywhere that hasn't been washed or cleaned in like 8 months there tomorrow. 😉 😆

There was dried soap on my trunk lid when I got home. Dirt in cupholders still. Dust in back window ledge (convertible). It is hand wash, no machines. For $30 I expected a little better.

In my experience, really thorough cleaning at a great price. I get the delwash, currently $20. The wait for your car could be faster but is reasonable given how busy they can get and the thoroughness of the cleaning. VERY impressed by how thorough they were. Staff was super friendly and the price was right. I couldn't find a thing to complain about. This is definitely my new spot for when a need a good wash. The vacuumed, wiped down the dash with armor all, hand washed exterior & wax. Excellent job! The price can't be beat! I always leave a generous tip because they deserve it.

Great job on the exterior. Our vehicle needs hand washed due to its size and they really did a nice job. Interior is clean but is splotchy on the leather. Could have used a little more attention to the details for the amount of time they spend. Will give them another try and hope for a different detailer.

Wow this place is awesome. They do phenomenal jobs on the interior and exterior. If you get the steam and sanitize clean done to the interior it will take any smell you could ever think of away completely especially smoke smell. The prices are fantastic this place is awesome go check it out.

This car wash did a GOOD job but expect it to be over an hour wait. They have added $10 to the price for disinfectant which I dont think happened and is not necessary. So $35.00 plus a tip is something I wouldn't do weekly. Hard workers

I like this car wash. The workers have done a good job in cleaning my vehicles here. I've been greeted well by the females who take down your wash. But there's one older male (the owner) who is a rude a-hole. As long as he is not there, it's fine. And hand washes are so much better than those machine washes that ruin your cars.

They cleaned the spots off the seats and the car looks awesome. 100% hand car wash is the way to go. Service is great. I don't go anywhere else. Yes you have to sit outside but it's totally worth it for a clean and sanitized car.

Update ... Original Review: The first two years I went there this place was great, but it has gone steadily downhill in the last several years. About six months ago I spoke with the owner about this. I had earned a free wash, so decided to give them one last try a few months ago. When I got there I was told that, per instructions from the owner, they were not allowed to service my car. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told he wasn't there. With such horrible business practices and what has become mediocre car washing, recent low ratings are not a mystery to me ... Updated Review: At the new owner's suggestion, I called. She made good on the free wash and they did a very good job. The only reasons I'm not giving a five-star rating now are because IMO the pricing is a bit high, and the "free wash after 10 paid ones" deal has changed to include only an exterior wash; in the past, it included the same type of service as the paid ones. The current owner told me that changed before she became the owner.

What a pleasant experience! From the first gentleman who greeted me to the young ladies at the cashier station to the gentleman who finished the detailing of my Gold Wash...all done very well. I intend to go back soon to get the car detailed as the leather seats need a deep clean and if this experience is an indicator of what my car will look like I know I will be very pleased.

Had them deep clean my brothers car for Christmas, his was disgusting on the inside, stains, gum, nasties of all types, they scrubbed it super nicely and got it looking almost entirely brand new! They took their time to make sure it was properly done and did amazing!

Took my car in for a detail job. I sat waiting for almost 3 hours. The detailer did a TERRIBLE job and it was extremely expensive. I would NEVER recommend having a detail job here. After complaining and pointing out all the dirt the detailer missed, Jasmine had the regular car wash guys redo my car and it turned out GREAT. I don't recommend the detailer here but to have your car washed, they do an excellent job.

The prices for what they offer are way lower than other places offering the same service one of the best values your going to get if you are a car restorer and expect them to do that type of work for that low price you are tripping, if you are someone who just wants to avoide the heavy machine brushes and want to keep a car that already looks good to stay that way take it over to this place they do you right. Ive noticed some recent bad reviews but I guess it’s just the case of you can’t please everyone all the time because this place did an amazing job on my truck. It’s a black truck and super hard to get a great spot free wash and they did an amazing job, their techs Juan and Ramiro were very attentive to detail and blew away my expectations. Needless to say I’ll be back!

Am always pleased when taking my car to Alamo Car Wash at corner of Rainbow and Russell. Filippi is normally the greeter and helps you select the appropriate car wash and pricing. My car's paint job got faded and oxidized and I was so wanting to restore it to new condition. This Las Vegas sun is dreadful on some clear-coats. A greeter in training thought she could help me, but turned out the sun bleached damage is beyond repair, but to repaint the effected areas. Everyone there including owner/manager Catherine and Filippi, tried to help but it was finally decided the only solution was paint (which they obviously don't do). A prompt and courteous refund was made and I was on my way. I appreciate their honesty and courtesy in dealing with my situation and have and will continue to remain a loyal customer of Alamo Hand Carwash. Five stars all the way!!!

This place is great. I took my car to another place a few months ago and they told me they couldn't get all the paw prints off my seats without detailing it for extra money. I went to Alamo last weekend and they cleaned my car inside and out and it was spotless. There are no paw prints and they didn't charge me more. I will always go to Alamo from now on....

$12 for an express hand wash and hand dry is an awesome deal. Just make sure you have at least 30 minutes for the express. I was expecting less than 10 minutes so I feel like I really got my money's worth since the family truckster was pretty filthy after our trip to Wally World.

I got the $60 one they did good, I have found a place (truck wash opposite the side entry of target and dollar tree on blue diamond Rd) that is better on the outside and is a lot cheaper however this place does better in the inside

My fault but I showed up too close to closing time Eugene, Briana and Todd listened to my tale of woe and took care of getting the car washed and vac'd so I could turn the car back into the person I rented from via Turo. They did a stellar job so they got 5 stars for that but the fact that they went over and above the call of duty to help me earned them eternal loyalty. On top of everything else, the staff inside was welcoming me with complimentary sodas and stuff which helped me feel comfortable about cramping their closing time. From now on, I'm telling everyone I interact with to go to Alamo Hand Wash on Rainbow!!! Best place in town to get your car taken care of!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm really impressed with the washing and the service here. They had free drinks and computer use and an arcade box (though with a broken joystick) for waiting customers to use. This is all great but I came here for the car wash and unfortunately it was slow! Maybe it was just a short staffed day... I would try this place again next time.

Drove across the country from California to Virginia and back, went through a blizzard and the car was covered in dirt and salt. I decided to come here because of the high reviews. I was helped by Phillip Hernandez, a super friendly and genuie guy. They washed the car quickly and thoroughly, buffed out where the car got keyed, and filled windshield cracks with extreme efficienncy. Manuel was extremely helpful and welcoming. He buffed the scratch out and made it like new. This is the best car wash and detailing place I have ever been to.

I had worked here when i first moved here to vegas before i had got into the medical field, this place has top of the line products and they made sure us employees did the job right, there top of the line wash is better then terribles as the stuff is not watered down like terrible herbst, the manager here was a good manager and a good man, this place treats there employees and customer's like family, i really have nothing bad to say about this place.
