I have been having cooling system issues on my 2002 jeep liberty for a week and due to circumstances I really was trying to figure it out mostly alone. Went to auto zone on south greeley hwy, lady there refereed me to Diamond Auto Detail, LLC, and said this was where she brought her personal vehicle. So, I drove my jeep there. Very nice looking and smelling place. I went inside, a gentlemen named Ivory came outside and helped me diagnose my problem: the radiator cap that was cracked in the seal, so wasn't pressuring up the system for nothing. I was there for about a half hour waiting to get money to pay for the radiator cap, and they just gave it to me. I went inside and insisted, but Theresa refused my money and just asked for a review possibly. They were such help and they gave the help for free. Very rare indeed to find that nowadays, but it still exists, as this business helped me out of their kindness, and I wanted to pay it back bc that's how it works, and she refused my money. So, Diamond Auto, it smelled fantastic inside and your kindness will be passed on and paid forward and thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart and God bless you Diamond Auto Detail, Ivory and Theresa! Very friendly people as well. A place I would highly recommend if any Auto mechanic issues!

I recently used Diamond Auto Detail for a full detailing of my car and was blown away by the level of professionalism and quality of work that was provided. From the moment I made my appointment, the team communicated with me promptly and clearly, ensuring that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. When I arrived at the detailing center, I was greeted by a friendly and courteous staff who took the time to explain the entire process to me in detail. They listened to my specific requests and made sure to pay extra attention to the areas that I asked them to focus on. The results were nothing short of amazing. The team at Diamond Auto Detail took great care to ensure that every inch of my car was thoroughly cleaned and polished, leaving no stone unturned. I have used other detailing services in the past, but none of them have come close to the level of quality and attention to detail that I received at Diamond Auto Detail. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of top-notch car detailing services. Five stars is not enough to accurately reflect my satisfaction with this company - they deserve a solid 10/10!

Absolutely fabulous job. I had my car detailed at a couple places in Denver that did terrible jobs and left the glass from a broken window behind. They cleaned it all up in record time and within my budget. And were incredibly friendly and helpful. Will 1000000% come again.

Absolutely phenomenal service! My car has never smelled this good & it’s cleaner than the day I bought it new off the lot. This family owned business is a wonderful experience from start to finish. The exemplary customer care from the employees named Heather & Tiffany especially made this an above and beyond experience. It felt like I was leaving my car with a close friend of the family or something. Everyone was so kind & the end results are exactly what I paid for. I just can’t get over how good my car smells! This place is Amazing!! 🤩 My Truck was horribly filthy inside and out. They did such a fantastic job! I had stains and vomit in my backseat also it was coated in dust and dirt from riding thru the park. When I got it back it was spotless and smelling fresh and CLEAN!! They were able to finish it super fast as well. What I expected to take most of the day ended up taking them 2-3 hours and they were finished with Amazing results!!

This review is far overdue! I cannot overstate how much I love and trust these folks! My husband and I have been customers at Diamond Auto for a couple years now, and they have become like family to us. Initially I just got my car detailed there a couple times, and it was done incredibly well at a very fair price. Then I found out they also do oil changes and other mechanic work, so we’ve been going there for all of those needs now. I trust them 100% because they’ve always done everything they can to make sure my car is in top shape and safe to drive. I’ve never once felt like they tried to con me into a service I didn’t need, and they’ve always been completely transparent about the jobs they’ve done and have given beyond fair prices. Like I said, they’re now like family to my husband and I. We appreciate all of you at Diamond Auto so very much!

These guys are top notch! Had my car detailed over 2 years ago and it was pristine. Looked brand new and I got more back on my trade in. Then I popped in today in my new vehicle because I had gotten a stain I couldn’t get out and they got it out instantly. They stopped what they were doing to help me! That never happens anywhere anymore! I thanked them and asked what I owed and they replied, “Absolutely nothing, you’re our customer, have a blessed day!” Legit folks over there! Really happy to support such a fantastic local business.

I had some really bad stains on my Subaru Forester and was looking for different places in Cheyenne. I’m glad I chose this one. They have really good and fair prices ! Other places told me they had to charge to do the whole car, but Diamond Auto Detail was able to just do (and just charge) for cleaning the seats. They take all the time needed to do a perfect job. Ivory and his employees were so friendly and professional. My car hasn’t looked this clean since we bought it. They took care of every single detail!

They cleaned and sanitized our RV. We had mice and they knew exactly what to do to get rid of them. Ivory and Terrance found out where they were coming in and why. I never thought I would want to stay in our RV again. Now it is so clean! They did not stop there. They told us what we needed to do to keep the mice out! Wonderful caring business!! So pleased!!

So if this is all you read. Take your car here. You won't regret it. The staff at diamond auto detailing are terrific people. Not only were they super nice. They did a fantastic job detailing our car. We were able to drop the car off the night before, and pick it up the next day when they were about to close. Not only was the price less then half of the other shops in town. But we were given a military discount to top it off. If you need your car cleaned. This is the place to take it.

Ivory reached out and helped me when I was in a tight spot driving back to Utah from a concert in Denver. My Fuel Pump went out and Ivory managed to see me right when I found my car wouldn't start. Ivory and his crew were absolutely wonderful and did everything in their power to get my car up and going as quickly as possible. They guided me every step of the way and gave me tons of options to make it as affordable as possible (including even getting my car towed to the shop). The business had a very welcoming family feel, and made for a very pleasant experience overall. They really helped to make my crappy situation much better. I would Highly recommend them to anyone.

Phenonmeal work from these guys. I was preppering a 2012 Jetta for sale; I was able to get an appointment quickly and they had the car ready for me before 2:00 that day. They detailed everything down to the corners of the rear view mirror. I would reccommend to anyone. Comes with a car wash, they even applied wax.
