Best automatic car wash in town! And, the management is super responsive! I was so surprised when I emailed to let them know that I didn’t get the wash I selected. (It was understandable because it was super busy and I believe it was an honest mistake) Not only did they follow up almost immediately, but they honored it and even followed up with me. Fantastic customer service!

I prefer Clean Wheels Car Wash over the competition because the competitor does not program their brushes to wash the back tonneau covers of trucks, so I was driving away with only half of my vehicle clean. The programming here is different and it washes my entire vehicle. I am very well pleased.

What a great car wash. There was no line when I pulled in and it was open breeze thru was already closed before 6pm when I drive through. They have plenty of vacuums and towels to use.

I like this car wash because of the extras they include for detailing the vehicle after going through the wash. The one thing I don't like is the wash seems to miss alot of the lower dirt. The package I have includes undercarriage wash too. It seems to lack the water pressure needed to get vehicle clean. I end up going through a couple of times.

I am so thankful and am a loyal customer even more now. In May of 2022 a lady went into reverse at the end of the car wash and hit me. The assistant Manager was so helpful and provided me with video. She denied wrong doing but with the video her insurance agreed she was liable. Thank you so much!!

Loved this car wash was much better than all others I've been to here in Cheyenne Wyoming.No lines to wait it,vacuums worked really well they even had cleaning spray and towels to clean the inside of your car.

Love this place. I pay monthly and can wash my car as much as I want. The facility is always clean and well maintained. They have a mat cleaner. They also provide cleaners and rags to get the inside looking great too. The vacuums always work great. I have no complaints.

I usually get a carwash once a month to every other month. Typically it's a good experience. The last few times have noticed a degrading quality. Finding a strong vacuum is getting increasingly difficult, and the vacuum attachments are often missing.

Great car wash. I don’t really like going to drive through car washes because of my black paint, but that being said this is my favorite. This one seems to be extremely gentle on my paint. It’s relatively cheap being that the cheapest car wash is $7. I love that they have rag, interior cleaners, and floor mat cleaners.

Great car wash! It cleans my truck great! It doesn’t get everything out of the wheel wells, but they’re carpeted (thanks Chevy) so it’s no biggie. The employees are incredibly friendly and are willing to help and answer any questions. You pay a little more compared to other car washes, but you get detailing equipment, rags, sprays and a mat washer all for free! It’s well worth the couple extra bucks!

I always pick this car wash. I won't lie, I've come out of it sometimes with a few more suspicious little scratches on my car than I'd like- But it always seems to be a better car wash than the competitors in town. The free vacuums are super nice, although you might get unlucky and park at one that either had a broken hose or poor suction. I really like the glow wax option. I once came back from a trip and had bugs plastered all over the front of my car. There is also a bug wash option you can choose. It worked super well! This car wash is fun when it gets darker because of all the cool lights inside. It's worth the extra 2$ for a basic wash compared to other places.

I was heading to the $5 carwash, when I saw this one, and I thought I would give it a try. I live out of town, and drive mostly on dirt roads. I hadn't had a car wash in a long time, and got the basic wash with the rain repellant add on. That was the best $12 car wash I have gotten in a long time. Will definitely be going back.

Excellent car wash! It cleaned my windshield and the dryer got majority of water off the car. I was impressed they had not only vacuums but a spray to help loosen all the bugs on my fenders and window spray. WOW thanks for the extras!

Have been here more than once when they have put the chain up so you can't get in even though the sign says open. I was there 10 minutes before closing time. Breeze Thru is less expensive and open until 8. Not sure why a car wash would close at 7 during the summer.

I decided to try clean wheels car wash today for a quick wash and wish I could give this place 5 stars. The attendant at the pay station was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained all the details of each wash and different rates including 10% each additional car! At this point I am very impressed over other car wash options in town. I pull around to meet the wash bay attendant where I get very little direction and no bug spray wash. I felt at this point my $18 ultimate wash is now incomplete. Through the suds I go where I find out this place has the best array of colors and waxes. When my car pulls out there is not a drop of water or dirt on my car, just bug guts... I think this place has the market cornered as I have never had this much success at a drive thru car wash. It got dirt off that the competition didn't get off in 4 washes! Please keep up the great work and make sure people get what they pay for!

The only reason I don't give a 5-star rating is because their top-tier wash doesn't stack up for the price, especially the weak underbody "blast" (more like spit). Other than that, the other packages are great - I'm a $20/monthly unlimited member and I'm there at least once a week or more.

Love this car wash, they have a free mat washer, which work pretty great. I have a monthly membership, you make your money back in 2 washes. The only down side is, I wish there were a few more locations in Cheyenne. Overall, a great place with a lot of perks.

Prices are a bit steep but the wash does a great job cleaning my truck. The staff are friendly enough and if you have a lot of bug splatter they have a pump with some concoction that makes it come off a lot easier although it could do a little bit of a better job. The best part is the new vacuum is super strong and they put out their "detail cart" allowing you to pay extra attention to your car.

Great new car wash. Belt driven so you don't have to worry about having your tires get destroyed. Then when you're done, not only do they have free vacuums but they also have free cleaning materials to clean everything inside your car (dash and windows) and then free fragrance spray. A little pricier than the other car wash in turn but well worth the extra couple of dollars.

went thru the line fairly fast. The attendant keeps forgetting to take my antennae down. But anyway it gets my car clean at a reasonable rate. the vacuums work really good. The company supply's the cleaning stuff for the inside of your car. But all in all it's a pretty good car was.

I would agree with other. Car wash is steep, BUT it's worth the wash. It did leave my wheels nice. The soap was on the thin side but it makes up with more brushes and a touchless wash at the end. It seems a tad bit longer than Breeze. Where it charges extra at it makes up for it else where. Free mat cleaner which is great. The dryer's are longer and there are more so I had to wipe less. Free towel and things to clean inside with. You cant beat that. What a free mat washer, yes. Free car scent as well. Is the 7 dollars worth it for wash only, no but with the added things including vacuum it's worth it. One thing I would add the vacuum heads are small so it takes longer but gets more hard to reach places.

They have some cool tech here. The car wash itself is decently better than Breeze Thru, they include free vacuums, free car detailing/cleaning sprays with microfiber towels, but I was surprised to see an automated car mat shampooer, it’s included in the cost of your car wash. I opted for the monthly package and will be cancelling my subscription to Breeze Thru. Check it out!

This place keeps my car clean! For $28 a month, I get unlimited premium washes. The crew keeps the line moving, sometimes wish they were a bit more attentive. I've had a couple close calls with other cars.

This has been the only car wash I've been using. It's a little more pricey than Breeze thru but they have free cleaning products so I felt like it was worth the extra couple bucks but the last couple times I've gone they have not had any cleaning products available.

I wanted to write a review because I was excited to see some competition in Cheyenne. I paid $18 for the Ultimate Wash. I was really excited to see the attendant spray my bumper before hand to help with the bugs. They have some top of the line equipment and I thought the overall wash was pretty good. When I pulled to the vacuums I had to pull to the end because there were 3 parked vehicles that were empty in the closest spaces. The vacuums had great suction and I was very happy to see a “wash station” that had towels, window cleaner, and mat cleaner available. For me, that makes a huge difference because I don’t like to bring my own products and I can do everything all at once while I’m there. The monthly membership was $36 which I think is a little steep, but would be willing to pay if I saw a few improvements at the wash. 1. I would love to see more cleaning products and rags available, possibly another cart at the far end for use. There were only about 5 rags when I walked up and one bottle of each product. 2. At another facility I used back east they had a machine that you could run carpet floor mats through that beat them clean. This would be a fantastic addition to your facility! 3. I’m not sure if you have this because I did not ask, but if there is a discounted member rate for a second vehicle that would be great. 4. Have an attendant spray the front of the vehicle a little sooner so there is time for the product to work before going through the wash. 5. I’m not sure what the vehicles were that were parked in the spaces but there were 4 total. Maybe employees vehicles? It wasn’t a problem but I could see it being a problem when the facility is busy. Just some suggestions that would be a selling point for me. I currently pay $20 per vehicle for the top of the line unlimited monthly wash with your in town competitor.

Hands down, the best in town! For years I have been going to breeze car wash and it was subpar. Finally a great car wash! You truly get what you pay for. Staff was great. I will never go back to breeze again after I saw how great my Mercedes looked. Thanks for coming to town Clean Wheels!

This is the best car wash in Cheyenne! The wash is powerful. The amenities such as car mat washers and window cleaner make this place far above the others. This is the only wash in town I'll go to. Wonderful!

This place is much better than breeze through. The conveyor belt that pulls you through the wash does not mess up your tires and the wipes they have outside for detailing your car after your wash are are reusable which is better for the environment and actually they work better.

The car wash cleans all of your car very well the first time. If there are any really tough spots, they provide different cleaners by the vacuums. Also really like the mat cleaner. Best in town!

If you haven't tried Clean Wheels you need to. I took my dirty vehicle thru ($18) it wasn't as clean as I would of liked. They had me go thru again for free. They have vacuums, all the cleaning supplies you need (free) they even have new car spray! Great place!

I like this car wash a lot it gets my car clean and sparkly! What I would like to see is a quick pass lane since I pay $35 a month and wait 25 minutes to go through the car wash and wait like everyone else who needs to pay seems silly I pay just to wait.

Such a great place. Love that you love slowly through so the grime really comes off. They even have a place to put your floor mats in that cleans them!!!! Blown away!! Staff is friendly and always checks your car before you drive in.
