These guys crushed it. 22° outside and 600+ miles of winter road grime and ice. They knocked it out super fast. Since time is money, it was well worth it. Quality of the wash surpassed my expectations considering how quickly they got me deiced, cleaned and back on the road. They did 2 hours of work on 20 min. Zero wait (it was 9pm on a Sunday though). Staff was very friendly and professional. I'll definitely be back here.

I have been to several Blue Beacon locations, though this location is the best I have found amongst all the other locations. The customer service was top of the line. The cleaning staff provided an efficient, thorough and amazing service. Like all the other locations, this location was busy too, but the staff were handling the lineup competently.

They didn't clean well. I paid extra for engine and undercarriage. Was still dirty and I talked to the manager Chandler and he told me they don't spray the frame and all the parts underneath. It was $9 and $7 wasted. I won't use that location anymore.

These guys have always done an good job when I've been in before. This time is an exception. This may be the worst Truck Wash I've ever had at any Blue Beacon. I spoke with Clayton, the operations manager and he promised to make good when I come back to their location. Thanks for being so professional Clayton. Update; They made good on their promise. Great truck wash this time. In my book they went from a 2 star to a 4 star. Thanks again everyone at Blue Beacon, Cheyenne!

Stopped to get a pickup and fifth wheel camper washed. There were a couple of trucks in front of us but that wait wasn’t long for the wash. Friendly staff. Took a while to pay, not sure why that process was so slow. Happy with the wash, well worth not washing it ourselves!!

Ive came into this location fir truck washes over time and usually did a great job accept for today. I asked for a few extras including the citrus shine and when we got the truck out the bay it looked like they didnt even apply anything not so much as even a brush to it it looked absolutely awful then when "Johnny" came out to do my armor all on the tires he understood my frustration and he went the extra mile and took time out of his day to make it right after tire shine he went around and applied some turtle wax on and had the wheels shining in no time. That man (in my opinion) deserves a recognition or at least a raise cuz because of what he did i gave 5 stars instead of 1. Thanks again "Johnny" for doin such a great job and making things right. 💯

Worst truck wash I have ever gotten at blue beacon. Customer service doesn't seem any better. They contacted me about my lousy wash job but have made no attempt to make it right with me. They finally contacted me and gave me a gift certificate to get my truck only washed. Went back to Blue Beacon and had the night crew wash my truck. These guys were incredible and so was the night manager. This is the way trucks should be washed

I brought my 2011 F-350 dually in. Worth the 1 hour wait (about 9 semi tractors ahead of us). I was really amazed at the wash. Was worth the ~$25 wash. Will be leaving Cheyenne soon, but before I do, the truck & 5th wheel RV will get the Blue Beacon treat. I've used the Sioux Falls SD Blue Beacon also with great results, so I guess I will use BB from now on! Thanks guys! Also - I am REALLY glad they have those orange rubber bumpers on the ends of their spray nozzles.....

This place was awesome. 36 ft motorhome pulling toad, two bays, lots of workers. washed, special aluminum wheel cleaner and rain X rinse. think it was $63. with tax. this whole area a big truck hub.

Drove in with a few geological layers of dirt, salt and sand shellacked to my truck at about 1am. Gentleman running point was a good communicator. I have a couple unique requests and he effectively passed them on. My truck came out looking pretty darn good.

Jay and Hunter did an awesome job. I love that they have young ladies working also. She noticed details the guys missed. They helped with the front cattle guard and made sure everything was clean before they had me pull out. Inside was clean and had guards in place and lines for social distance all in place. Would like to see them put a drive in so if trucks are stuck in line they can get out if emergency and need too.... Because right now if your their..your stuck...until you get through. Love how friendly this location is.. True to Cheyenne values and strong character. Thanks Jay... Great job.

I’ve been here 3 times in the past 3 months, and each time they have failed to clean very obvious areas of the truck. More attention to detail and some extra effort could go a long way. The upside to this location however is that the lines always move pretty steadily, and the staff are professional and courteous. If you’re coming here for a washout or just to rinse the salt off your truck, it’s great. But don’t expect a complete wash.

Visited this afternoon. Wash crew was legit! My truck was filthy after a trip over Monarch Pass a few days ago and was covered in sand and grit. Inside the wheels, behind the cab, everywhere... The black frozen slush had been over three inches thick in places. I rolled into this Blue Beacon and Q with his crew made my truck clean enough to eat off of! I'm super stoked about how great it looks. Great service too!

Quinton was a wonderful assistant in guiding us through from start to finish of getting our truck and RV washed. Johnny did our tires and noticed some spots that were missed. He then notified Quinton and they came and took care of those spots and inspected and cleaned other hidden spots that were missed. Johnny then reinspected and redid the tires after they were all finished! Amazing teamwork among everyone, courteous, and very professional! Will not only come back, but will recommend to everyone!

A pretty good line at 9:00 AM. Brandon met me and explained Svc’s available. I had a 45’ RV and 30’ trailer. My rig was full of ice and salt. They did a great job of removing it and making my rig look good again. I was only there for 90 minutes total

Washes pretty well. Good set of crews. But they will bite you on cost for de-mudding. ***Update 3 years later. Got a wash from the night crew. Lead guy was Sam. Him and his two guys did great when I paid alot for the total truck wash package. Very thorough. Went over stubborn spots many times to make sure it was clean. Attention to detail that some of these guys is the reason I'll keep coming back. Great job.

They did an awesome job of cleaning the truck. It had not been washed for quite some time and it was very dirty. They took their time and did it properly. It was even double checked by using a flashlight to make sure they didn't miss anything. I was very impressed and will stop from now on when I am routed through that way!

Long waiting, you will have no chance of changing your mind and leave. Guys look at the line before entering their long blocked drive way where you can only go out trough the wash bays. Oversizes over lengh do not bother coming in. Turns are very sharp. Decent wash being that its newly opened and still many are in training.

Not as good as most Blue Beacons. I got tractor, trailer, undercarriage, RainX on both. They rushed me through in half the time most Blue Beacons would spend. They didn’t even pressure wash the most visible parts of the frame, my wheels were still dirty around the lugs and the mud flaps were still dirty. Slow down guys! There weren’t many trucks in line.

They did a great job washing out my trailer. The trailer washout costed less than $45 which is a decent price compared to smaller truck wash places that wanted to charge me $65 which is outrageous. I would definitely recommend this Blue Beacon.
