Best car wash experience… Brought my dirty car 🚗 from Michigan with all the salt and packed ice underneath my vehicles. These guys did a thorough job in cleaning my car; they got a workout. I tipped generously and I am encouraging others to do the same so please stop by.

Just like any Car Wash bristle brush tunnel. The 5 star treatment for ~30$ isn’t worth the money. I was left rubbing off dirt spots just the same. The free vacuum service is self serve but nice to have nonetheless.

I do a monthly unlimited subscription, the sad part is I never have the time to wait in line for a wash so I'm actually losing money. They do a very good job washing though, I wish they had a second location! Southridge would be perfect for one and the people who work/live there would go to that one and would free up the line some in Downtown Charleston

Here is the deal. The monthly subscription for unlimited washes is worth it as long as you go at least twice a month. The bad part: the car wash is randomly closed. Looks like rain, they are probably closed. Supposed to open at 8, today I drive by at 930, clear skies, and they have the door open, but the orange cones are up and no one can get in. This random closing happens fairly often, which is frustrating.

This car wash has five spinning brushes and only two of them work, the overhead spinning brush and one spinning brush on each side do not work, so you’re not getting a complete cleaning, and you’re not getting what you pay for. It looks like most of them are working now, except for one.

Fast friendly hands on service, even at the lowest rate available. Speaking of low rates, they have a monthly unlimited plan for a great price and sparkling clean results. Definitely the best place in town.

They clean your vehicle as if it was their own. I appreciate that they clean off the weather-tech mats before putting them back in the car after they vacuum and wipe down the interior. They then pre-rinse the car before you go through the wash and then hand dry at the end. The price isnt thag bad either and the car is actually CLEAN unlike ok ther car washes in the area.

Pay a monthly fee of $30.00, which is fine, but the down fall is that you wait in line for an hour to get "wash only" while the employees allow the "vaccum & wash skip to the front of the line once their vehicle has been swept out, does no good to wait in line while others are being placed infront. Also, the line would move quicker of there was more employees working - the guy that stands at the payment machine should be helping wash not leaning on the machine.

No way to get out of there if you change your mind or if there's an emergency. They don't dry your car very good and nothing is explained on what to do or how to use the car wash, i. e. when to put the car in neutral. ** UPDATE** They have new ppl working (it seems) and things are getting better, but still no way to back out if you change your mind...especially when the line gets really long. 😕
