Seaway did an excellent job on my Avalon. It looks better than when it came off the dealer lot. They did a full polish, removed a few scratches, and finally, a ceramic coating. They explained everything and showed me, with pictures, what they did. Their price was very reasonable when compared to the local competition and the result was fantastic! They also have a 2 year warranty on the ceramic coating. My car looks *better* than new on the showroom floor. That says it all.

Friendly, thorough in explaining every service they had planned and ask if there is anything else I needed. The team/Family at Seaway Carwash was a great experience. I brought my fiance car in as a Pre-wedding gift to him. The whole treatment; vacuuming, shampooing the cloth seats, all the vinyl insides. Outside wash, polish and buff. Now his Car is Beautiful ❤️ and ready to drive us away in a Super Clean car on our Wedding Day. Thanks to everyone for a really Wonderful Job 🤩💯🥰👍 Awesome P.S. they had a cancellation and they got my car in early to pamper my ride too...so excited 🚗😲🤓💯🏆🌟

I am a usual DIY cleaner and take pride in the way I keep up with my car's interior. I brought my Subaru Outback to Seaway for the first time for an interior detail on a recommendation from a friend as I am trying to sell my car and wanted it done quickly. I was also curious as to how my 'home detailing' is in comparison to the pros.... the short of it... The pros win. Car has never looked better, may start saving my weekend hours and drop off the other cars from time to time now. Thanks Seaway!

Did there more expensive wash on my 2019 Jeep. It was very lightly covered in dust and dirt from living on a dirt road. The guys washed the front and rear before the machine took over and once I go home it looked as if I never washed it. The upper 1/2 was sparkling while the bottom half was still same as before just smeared around. I'm talking less then a 32nd of grit. This place is normally spot on and does an awesome job. Their wash yourself bays are awesome and I have never had an issue with them, even take cards.

These guys are real pros. Super fast and incredible service for a mind blowing price. Feels like I’m driving a showroom car! Very satisfied, I’ll definitely be back!!

This is the definition of a full service carwash. I come all the way from Middlebury to use their services. They have "do it yourself" bays, "touch-less" bays, and my personal favorite - the tunnel - what you picture a carwash to be. They also have a full auto detailing service bay, which I've used a la carte items off of including the shampoo and ozone services. Additionally, to highlight their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I've popped a tire in their lot and they came to the rescue getting me back up and running on my spare tire. They do not have a hand tire shining service but rest assured they sell items inside so you can make your tires shine yourself. There is plenty of space to detail and vacuum. During the winter, the "do it yourself" bays are heated with hot running water. I come here a lot and I'd be willing to pay a small fortune for a subscription service for free washes/vacuums like other carwashes. This is THE BEST carwash in Vermont. CALL them for all your car washing needs, and then just go. You will not be disappointed. See y'all next fall wen I get back to school!

What they did clean of my car looks nice. They just choose to do a sloppy job of the third row on my SUV. I paid $ 221 dollars to get it detailed. I did not request that it get shampooed because that wasn’t important enough for me to pay $300 + dollars for. I called to talk to the staff about the poor condition of the back row and was argued with. I was told that I didn’t pay enough money to expect that to be clean. I cannot recommend this place. The guy I spoke with has really bad customer service skills.

**Called Seaway and they took care of the issue by providing me with a wash. Usually go through DIY car wash bay but used the touch less last night and won't be doing that again. Rinse cycle didn't take off all the soap off my vehicle and now i have to go wash it again. It left streaks all over the car. Don't use their touch less bays and if you can, use the DIY bay.

Seaway is the only car wash I use. I trust them to use the best cleaners and rinse my car well. They ate always really nice here.

I got a free wash from the Hyundai dealership a d went to Seaway. They helped kindly helped me to get set and drive through the wash. My car sparkled and shined like a diamond!! Then the pollen hit which is no reflection on them. It was an extremely positive experience, I would definitely refer anyone in the area to stop by.

I had brake dust turned grease on my wheels after a different auto detailer used an oily cleaning solution. It looked awful so I took it to Seaway to wash off. After one wash through, I noticed a lot gone but still a little left. I got out of car after the dry and simply asked what they recommended I do, thinking I was going to be told to buy a product and do it manually. Instead the Seaway team gave me a second free wash, but instead of just sending me through the system, they manually cleaned the gunk off the tires with special soap and tools for a solid 8-10 minutes. I have never been more impressed with customer service (in any industry) and the tire actually looks new. I don't write reviews often but I needed to in this situation. Recommend Seaway to anyone and everyone!! 6/5 stars.

I went there for the first time October 2021. I used the self-serve wand wash. I was pleasantly surprised that the bay was clean, the wand worked well, there are several options (Soap, Rinse, Wax, etc.), and it was reasonably priced.

Friendly and welcoming staff & service but now post-pandemic doesn't seem to want your business for anything but their automated services now. Did good work removing stains on my car's finish from a rusty overhead pipe, a little on the pricey side and had to schedule a slot almost two weeks out to get time with them. Typical small market attitude in terms of scheduling and pricing. I can see if you're handicapped it might be worth the wait times and insane money for cleaning/detail service, but otherwise just stick to the machines.

These guys are really nice , and they take good care of their equipment . I get a lot of car washes so I notice the difference. Also have never had a problem with their vacs. Their Ceramic seal work is as good as you'd find at any high end dealer .

There’s no better place to get your car washed or detailed. From the high quality products they use to their exceptional service..... you won’t find a better place. The elbow grease they put into scrubbing our vehicles even before they run through the automated washer is enough to make cars spotless. For the many, many years we have been taking our vehicles there for washes and detailing we have yet to be disappointed in any way. Keep up the good work !!!!

One of the first times going there, I ended up paying for a wash but the truck in front of me was having issues and ended up triggering my wash to start with him in the bay. Annoyed I had to pay for another wash, I called and left them a message on the Sunday I was there informing them of the incident and asked for a call back. I was called promptly Monday morning and was left a message (I missed the call) informing me they watched the tapes and had seen what had happened, and asked for my card so they could refund the wash to me. Not only a great wash I received but they made my day by correcting the annoyance from the day prior. I would highly recommend 👍

Convenient, spotless and reasonably priced. Equipment worked as it should. Great place to just spray off salt 24/7, when traditional car wash is closed. Friendly service assistance (fortunately was business hours)provided the first time of use when learning how to pay and operate equipment.

I had an issue with my carpeting and some foul odor, and this place went above and beyond to eliminate the issue. Instead of just shampooing the seats, like the other places I called said they would do, Seaway took the time to figure out the cause of the problem, and got it done the right way. I had my car detailed for the first time ever at Seaway this week and it was BEYOND belief when I got it back.....it looked immaculate and like new. Seven years (!!!) of dog hair and 3 years of kiddo stuff was wiped away and it is such a treat to drive. The staff was professional, thorough, and friendly and did a wonderful job - let me tell you it won't take me seven years to get my next detail job!!

Pretty badass system they got going here. Guys are friendly and quick. It is a touch carwash but I would bring my audi in there with the system they have in place. No worrying things to worry about! Give em a try.

Nice auto wash so you won't be concerned about scratching the clear coat of your vehicle, but your vehicle will not be 100% as I noticed the wheels and trunk area still had some dirt and it won't be fully dry so you'll need to do that on your own if you don't want any potential water spots.

I have to totally disagree with any negative reviews of this carwash!! I have been to several carwash all over new England...My cars/trucks have never ever not came out completely spotless!! Time after time....there drive thru carwash even shines your tires!! There detail shop is top notch as well!! Highly recommend this car wash as they are the best in VT!

I called with complaint and they said I would get another pass thru, when I pulled around they said my complaint was invalid and they wouldn't give me the promised second pass. I may or may not come back with them going back on what they originally promised. I will call the manager. Good customer service mostly.
