Used their service twice now as it’s right by my doctor’s office but I’m not impressed. I agree with one previous review that mentions “folding the mirrors”. When the wash is done the mirrors are either still dirty or soapy inside. If all the rollers (brushes) were made of a softer material, maybe they would do a better job removing all the dirt. Overall ok if you just need a quick wash.

The 1 car wash a day deal is great! Pretty much 25.00 for a month and you get one wash a day as long as the place is open.There are some car washes that cost 23.00 so you are making your money back in a few washes. It isn't touch less, but soft touch and the colors of the soap and wash are great. It is kind of going through Willy Wonkas train (?) Aa little far away, but just combine trips where I went ti the Subway next door after the wash. M

I posted a five star review earlier, but forgot to mention how great the vacuums are! There’s ample parking, the vacuums are in good shape with strong suction and don’t get tangled, provide unlimited time for no charge! I also use the microfiber cloths that cost me a one time three dollar fee. Al l of these services are so helpful as I live in an apartment and can’t vacuum my car there. I can really take my time making the inside look as good as the outside.

I really like the subscription service and the wash, but more importantly the people who work here are so thoughtful. For the past year 2 years that I’ve been coming here, they consistently draw little soap pictures on the back windows for my kids and give out little treat bags at Halloween. Does a very good job of cleaning my pickup truck. I haven't found any other automatic car wash that does better. Nothing beats hand washing, but this place gets the grime off quite well. Follow up 10/30/22: Seems to have slipped a bit. One of the big brushes didn't touch my car, the person at the beginning who pre-washes washed about half my vehicle and then sent me on my way. My truck is literally 1/2 clean. You can see the mark right down the middle of the hood where it's clean versus not clean.

They have a Concierge Bucket a clean soapy water ,brush...so you can choose to really soften up the dirt for a real clean. Vac stations are easy peezy set up without hose getting all tangled up. Yaya!

Average. Remember that most car washes do NOT accept responsibility for any damage your car may have during the course of using their service. I didn't have any damage at Eco Car wash, but they display the "we're not responsible for damage" sign AFTER you pass the pay station and there are about 2 seconds before pulling in (where there's no option to turn around). So just be an informed consumer!

We love ECO Car Wash! It’s beneficial for us to use monthly unlimited pass and go almost daily, as there is a lot of dirt/debris from living next to an active construction site. The staff are friendly and make my kids day when they take the extra 30 seconds to draw a picture on the window with soap before we head through the car wash. Highly recommend this place! Thank you all! (Also was cool to have our new puppy join us for these trips for some desensitizing - he now just sleeps on the floor when we go for our daily wash!)

So far we've had wonderful experiences here...except when they charged me 2 times in one month...it was only 10 dollars so I didn't get too upset or make them give it back but other than that wonderful place and worth the money ! They even have a pre bug washer in the beginning for you to use prior to washing ! And they have vacuums for the unlimited car wash users !

Love the idea of an Eco-friendly wash for a wallet-friendly price. The only drawback is the roads around the car wash helped to get parts of the car dirty again, whether from the road or the commercial trucks driving by.😯 Nevertheless, the car looks 100000 times better than before! Didn't get the unlimited option because my car is nearly 20 years old but definitely would for a newer vehicle.

The wash is fine. Be prepared to bring a drying towel with you though. The air blowers aren't the best. Every grade wash comes with undercarriage rinse (-1*) . I subscribed to the unlimited signature plan, which gives me one wash every day. Very fast to get through the line. (+1*) A few things, it's auto renew. If you want to cancel you have to do it 7 days before the renewal. I plan on only having it for about two months, maybe more next year just to keep the salt off. Also the vacuum area is currently shut down, they said it will be reopened soon maybe when spring is here. Every time I call it goes to voicemail. Once it only rang twice so I know they shoved the call away. If you go to the line and hit help, they don't respond. If you have questions you have to physically go up into the office area just to talk to someone. (-1*) So if you're ok with non existent customer service, and want a cheap 10$ wash, this is the place.

I can't say that I know very much about car washes in general but I am always satisfies when I come here. While it may be a little more pricey than other places around, my car always comes out super shiney and perfectly sparkly clean. Also I've never had it leave any scratches, dents or damage to my car like I have with other places.

This place is the best car wash around. I got the monthly plan but had to discontinue it today because I ended up living to far away. Staff is friendly and car wash is great. The gentleman with the tatt's across his chest has top notch customer service. He was very helpful and patient when I was closing my account. $20 a month is a steal. My 2yr old daughter is the reason I got the membership in the first place. thanks!

The staff is super helpful and always there to assist when needed. I do feel as though the wash is not as good as it was when it first opened. May have to go back to my old car wash. The bugs never come off in my windshield is never really clean. Just gets major dirt off that is it.

I have had my car for close to five years and aside from vacuuming it out myself from time to time it has never been cleaned. I brought my car to the Eco Car Wash for a full detail and when I picked it up a few hours later it looked brand new. It was amazing how great it smelled and how clean it was. They were able to clean spots on my carpet that I thought were permanent. I highly recommend the Eco Car Wash and it was the best $130.00 I have spent on this car.

Great wash and the staff were super helpful!! Kinda pricey (I got the $20 option for "the works") but it's worth it considering how salty the car gets during the winter. I will be returning, and hopefully this time I can remember when to put it in the proper gear because I felt supremely dumb when one of the staff had to tap on the window and point to the "Neutral" sign lol.

Extremely professional and courteous. Went here this weekend for a complete car detailing. I was not only taken care of generously but they went the extra mile and really put in a lot of work on my car. My car had not been detailed in 10 years and it came out of the detailing looking brand new! The facility is new and clean and well-designed and the staff are professional and well-trained. They are competitively priced and I would come back here over any other place again. Thanks for the great service!

Best car wash in the area. The main wash is a pretty standard touch car wash that pushes your car along on a conveyor belt. Touch carwashes aren't the best for your paint but nothing beats them for removing salt and dirt, especially in the winter. This is one is very gentle compared to most i've seen. The wash options are a tad pricey but they get your car spotless. I recently tried their detailing service for the first time. They removed 7+ years of dirt and grime from my car and it looks brand new. They went all out and paid special attention to the really bad areas. They'll get everything spotless for the flat price even if it takes them a bit longer. You can definitely trust these people with your car.

It is a good wash but remember it uses the large brushes. NOT BRUSHLESS. If you are good with that it's fine. Update... I have been going to eco car wash for almost 2 years and my paint is not scratched and it maintains a good shine...

Aging Equipment. It's disappointing that the nozzles aren't serviced better. They don't necessarily dispense their soap. Too bad the car is rinsed, but not actually washed. The blower did not work last week, so my car was still wet. Not thrilled by that because wetness attracts dirt, which clings better. There is no consistency with the guys who start the process. Sometimes my car's back end is slathered with soap from the broom and sometimes not. And on the Saturday before Mother's Day, only 1 attendant was on-duty. It was a gorgeous day with plenty of sunshine; a carwash's dream! The line for its services should NOT have taken an HOUR! And then the gates stopped working. Even today, the gate didn't work. Aging equipment coupled with inconsistent service must be addressed. All that said, when the stars are aligned, my car shines as if it just rolled out of the showroom. And that's why I continue to use their services.

Had to review this since my experience was excellent, and the negative reviews painted such a bad picture. I was reluctant to go because of these reviews..so glad I decided to try it anyway, since my husband said they did a great job on his car. Here's what I put on their Facebook page: Went to Eco Car Wash today after my husband told about the excellent job they did with his car. I was a little reluctant due to the couple of negative reviews I saw on Google, but decided to see for myself. I'm so glad I went. This group of guys were so professional and hard working...my car came out spotless, inside and out. The care and customer service I received was impeccable. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, and exceptionally clean car. I don't get up to Essex very often, but when I do, I'll definitely be stopping by..Thanks again!!! You guys rock! Normally a very good car wash experience, but I've experienced occasional mechanical problems with the car wash, where wheel brushes were not working, or like today the dryers failed to dry the cars going through. I, and another customer notified the staff of the dryer failure immediately, but they kept allowing customers to pass through the car wash. That's not responsible nor ethical. Management was not present on site to make the right decision. Nothing like water beads magnifying the sun light and burn into your car clear coat finish. We did get hand written free wash coupons, barely legible. Come on Eco...you're much better than this. !!

Meh. Car wash comes out good but the wash menus are misleading and confusing. I purchased 3 times "hand applied tire shine" never saw anyone do it so I asked once. They said oh well you need to pull through the other side after to have it applied. It never said that on the wash menu. So I wasted $7 or whatever it was all those times. So he has me pull around this time said they'd do it for free and no one had any idea what I was talking about me me feel like an idiot. Nice communication

This car wash is amazing. You drive up select the wash you want go around start to enter the service people will work on what you have selected to start from winter snow then all the brushes take care of the rest. You should try it.

I got the unlimited wash and like it. I am not related so my rating is not based on that. People complaining about unfriendly people or can't reach the pay station is ridiculous. The few interactions I have had they have been super friendly. Is a drawback they are sometimes unexplainabley closed. No way of finding out before you go. Not to insult the people working there but except for the owners I am sure this isn't their long term employment goal and am sure it gets to be kind of boring. Give them some slack!

I came to the car wash after a long drive and a dirty car and mistakenly pushed the express vacuuming. I had the car washed and vacuumed and the manager Brian looked at the front of the car afterwards and said-- I don't like the fact that all the bugs didn't come off the front of the car--I explained to him that they were fairly baked on. He offered and washed it again at no additional charge to me. All of the bugs came off. If you are the owner of this business make sure you compensate Brian in a way that will retain him because he looks at the business as if it is his own, and works in your best interest. I am a satisfied customer and will continue to bring my car to the eco-car wash! Thank you Brian

***UPDATE: Eco fired the manager who wasn't returning our calls, and the new manager who was hired to replace him responded immediately to our claim and reimbursed us fully.**** Earlier this year their machinery ripped the back bumper off of my minivan while it was going through the car wash. The manager was very nice and apologetic, and he said we could either have our insurance company bill Eco for damages or he could refer us to a local body shop that would repair the damage for free. When we contacted the body shop to schedule the repair, they said they would need the car for two days and would NOT provide a loaner or rental car. We tried repeatedly to contact Eco to request a loaner or reimbursement for a rental car while our car was being repaired, but they never returned our calls. Paying for a rental out of pocket didn’t seem fair, and so we decided to go through our insurance company to cover the repairs. Unfortunately, our insurance company informed us we would have to pay our $500 deductible up front (even though we were not at fault) and would only get it back if Eco settled the claim with the insurance company. It’s been several months since the repairs were done, and our insurance company is reporting that Eco won’t return their calls to settle the claim, and that Eco isn’t even insured. We have also contacted Eco multiple times to sort this out and have never gotten a response.
