Our overall experience was good. The entire process was simple and smooth. It took about 45 min for the inspection of our car and the paper work. We were impressed with their professional way. One thing was surprising to us. Each accident/police report filed before takes $1,000 off, regardless of whether it was a small or big accident. In our case, our car was hit by another car in a parking lot a few years ago. It was a small rear bumper damage. That person didn’t show his insurance information and wanted to resolve this privately. In order to avoid any future potential issue, we called the police. With a police report, the insurance company of that person paid for the damage. We explained this to the manager of the “We Buy Any Car” local office, but she didn’t listen and said this is a policy. We don’t think this policy is really logical although we obeyed it. If people have several similar police reports and accidental claims, several thousand dollars will be taken off.

This is my first contact with we buy……. I am so impressed with this service. Initial contact at 11 am appointment at 1 and check at 2. How much easier can it get. You get a check the same day. Brandon was also very personable which goes along way when you are dealing with selling something as significant as your vehicle. The offer made was fair. I think people need to realize that this is a business and so you may get less than the online offer because they have to make money and if it is discovered upon arrival at the facility that you had accidents in your vehicle or mechanical issues, the offer amount will drop to some degree.

Kirk Merryman is the best. We came in to sell our vehicle, Kirk saw that our title actually had the wrong miles by over 100k. Kirk was great in helping us navigate through the process of having this corrected. This issue took over two months to correct. Every time I hit a wall I would contact Kirk and he would suggest another route to take. Without his help and knowledge we would probably still be fighting the DMV and title holder. The process went about exactly as I expected. The initial online offer price was making the assumption that the car was in 100% perfect shape. There were a couple deductions for minor flaws, but the price offered was still significantly better than any other buyers. The only surprise was a $299 doc fee that was taken out of the offer at the last minute; that should be disclosed up front.

I had a 2012 Ford Fusion with a salvage title and 255,000 miles. I was initially offered $100 and figured I could instead give the car to a relative for free. I thought any other offers would just be $50 incremental increases and a waste of my time, but the second offer was significantly higher and only $100 lower than what I originally wanted, so I appreciate what I considered to be a fair offer. The business took care of the administration fees, so there were no catches or surprises. I had a good experience. Best wishes!

We entered totally true information and when we got to the office the employee stated because we had a rear end accident which was not our fault the quoted price on line would be reduced form 10400. To 9000. My problem is that we stated online that we had one rear end there accident and when we got to this store they said that because of that accident it would be dropped $1400. My argument was that we stated the accent online and was led to believe because of that the price was 10,400 but it became 9000 because of it. I almost feel like it was a bait and switch situation.

I would recommend this service and I'll look at it again when I next change cars. The on-line system is efficient and well-designed and Matthew made prompt follow-up calls to me when I scheduled and when I changed the time of my appointment. The day of my appointment the whole process took a few minutes over an hour. The price was not the same as the one quoted on-line but my description of the car did not cover every scratch and ding and I was satisfied that the process was fair and transparent. I had also taken my car to two dealers and the price paid by webuyanycar was better than one dealer and within the range provided by another. Most of all, Matthew was great - efficient, polite, good to deal with, and a really interesting guy. And as a bonus, we convinced him to play some of his music ... some great jazz fusion. Ask him to play it for you too, it's great.
