We loved the staff here. Our sales associate, Bob, was very professional and friendly. The manager, Brandon, at preowned sales, was a real pleasure. Kyle, at finance, was fast and efficient. All were knowledgeable and accommodating. They all stayed past business hours, to make sure everything went smooth for us. Never felt pressured, at all.

I was looking for a the right truck at the right price and I found it at Sheridan Nissan! I’ve been looking online literally across the country on multiple sites and I finally found what I was looking for after about three weeks. Pedro my salesman and Kyle in finance were great! Pedro helped me over the phone sending me pictures of all over the truck. He really made this process easy and quick. He had all my paperwork done that same day and I was on a plane the next morning. I was in dire need of an oil change and was able to schedule it for the same day. My appointment was at 3pm and I dropped my car off at 12:30. My car was done at 1:30 and I appreciate them working on my car early! They washed it and it looked great!

Brought in my Altima for its first service at 7,500 miles. Made an appointment a few days prior and it was very easy. Service advisor followed up with confirmation and reminder texts. My wife brought in the car at the appointment time and she was greeted by polite and professional service advisors. She waited for the service to be completed. It was finished in less than one hour, including installation of the trunk net. Great work by the service technicians and advisors!

Took my car in for a recall and the recall was for a break light switch. We were also having trouble starting our car. We had asked at time of setting up apt if break light switch could cause the starting problem. We were told no and that they would need to do a diagnostic. After looking into it myself I found that it could be the cause. When I went to pick up I let them know my findings because i felt i shouldnt have to pay for the diagnostic as it could be the recall causing the start failure. Person at the reception desk was very nice and she was trying to help...however both people I needed to talk to were on their break. So we waited. When the service guy got back he was not willing to do anything about it and said we would have to wait for the manager. So we waited and waited...finally the service guy came back to us and asked for our paperwork back. Then he came back and told us it was all taken care of. So ultimately the right thing got done...but our time wasted was not good. I would say do your research before signing up for anything here...we trusted them and had to fight for the right thing to be done.

The only thing I would ask is that they don’t change the settings. Meaning I have my lights set to auto so as soon as it starts to get dark my lights go on. Or the seat settings they change the seat settings and then I have to figure out how to get them back where I want them to be. Other than that everything was great!

Scheduled oil change appointment. On time, took vehicle in right away. Busy Friday August 2nd 2022 morning.
Oil change, tire rotation, check all fluids, alignment and car wash. Took 2 hours. I’m okay with that because everyone was working. Very curtains and respectful. Young man at service desk super nice and helpful. Kudos to him. I don’t remember his name though. There was young man and 3 older men running the department. This young man handled everyone.

I called a month prior to get an appointment which is the norm these days. The young lady was great on the phone and pleasant. I dropped my car off the night prior. I requested some things get done based off mileage and also recommended. I think his name was Bill who got me checked in and Matthew who helped me afterwards. The only issue I had was not having enough money to get everything done that was recommended and so I will save for that and will return for the service! I didn't feel pressured to buy and it actually was less than i thought it would be. I feel everyone was nice and professional and that's rare at dealers these days. Great job to the team and did I mention this was my first visit!

Amazing!!! I’ve been coming to Sheridan nissan for my Altima for 8 years. The customer service is so incredible, I knew I had to come back for my new car! We checked out a couple other places prior just to explore options, and the service never even came close to what I’ve always experienced at Sheridan. Garnett went above and beyond ahead of time to keep in contact with me and send me cars. We randomly ended up at Sheridan one night and Garnett had already left, so we ended up with Pedro. Pedro was so helpful and really helped me form my vision (I didn’t know exactly what I wanted). We looked at the premium rogue first and test drove it. The price was a little high for us, but I didn’t love the lower level rogue after seeing the premium. He found the perfect rogue that still had all the premium features I loved but at a lower price! Pedro made us feel so comfortable and we decided to take the night to think on it. Pedro and Garnett both followed up with me the next day and we ended up going back that night to test drive the one I had my eye on. We ended up falling in love and buying the car that night! Pedro even talked on the phone to my insurance company to help with a couple things. We were there late so they even offered to buy us dinner! I’m so happy in my new car. Pedro has followed up and I’ve been able to ask any questions I need. I know whatever questions I have he’s just a text away! I know a lot of places say they treat you like family, but Sheridan nissan truly does. When I got my previous car serviced there, they were always so nice and helpful/willing to work with me. They always wash my car at the end and even walk me to my car to open my door!!! This does not go unnoticed. I told my husband I feel like royalty when I go to my car appointments! And then joke with him why isn’t he always opening my door?! Hahah! HUGE THANKS to Sheridan nissan for their incredible customer service. I truly couldn’t be happier in my brand new rogue!!!

The best dealership experience I’ve ever had! Mike Bellina was phenomenal. We started the financing process over the phone so I didn’t have to drive an hour unnecessarily. Once approved, I went to Sheridan Nissan where I test drove the car, filled out the paper work and was on my way. Tiffani, the financing specialist was just as amazing and explained everything to us, made sure our questions were answered, etc. All in all, it was a seamless process and I wasn’t offered 12 cups of coffee while waiting endlessly like most other dealerships. I look forward to working with Sheridan Nissan again and I highly recommend Mike Bellina.

Wanted to buy my wife a new car, so I looked at Sheridan Nissan's inventory online (which was super convenient) and found a car she liked. Mike Bellina reached out to me regarding my query on a specific vehicle. For him to reach out on his day off showed his dedication to customer service. He stayed in contact and scheduled us to see the vehicle the very next day. When we arrived at the dealership, he had the vehicle ready for us to test drive. He gave us a tour of the dealership and had the paperwork ready for us, so we could be in and out. He is super personable and does not make you feel as if you're buying a car. He then handed us off to Joe in finance. Joe was just as good. They were both professional and friendly. The whole experience was awesome. When I'm ready to get out of my current car, I'll be seeing Mike. I wi be bringing my other Nissan to Sheridan for service because of the super service I received from sales.

I went in on a Saturday evening knowing exactly what I wanted. As soon as we walked in, everyone was very welcoming. I met with Garnet and he pulled the exact car I found online. He went over all the details of it with me and after test driving it, I knew it’s what I wanted. Garnet was very informative. Everything was handled in a timely fashion and everyone was very helpful. I am Military, I was headed down to my dad's 29 year active duty military retirement from Rhode Island to Maryland. The dealership I bought my car overlooked a knockoff part that caused a piece of my radiator and another hose to break leaking oil that cooled my transmission (No actual clue how that all works) I had my daughter, wife and little sister in the car. I called Sheridan Service and had the pleasure of working with Mike. I just moved into a new place and saying my budget was tight is an understatement. I genuinely did not know if I could afford the expense if the damage was bad. Mike not only squeezed me in but was arguably the best customer service experience I've ever had. The compassion he showed to me and my family was genuine. He really cared and was not going to let this get in our way. I took my vehicle in for 2 recalls. Unfortunately a part that was needed to repair the recalls had to be ordered. That said it took a couple of days before the work was complete. I was set up with a service rental....for that I was grateful. My overall experience with Sheridan was positive.

Scheduled appointment for an oil change on Saturday, January 18th. While checking in, I told the Service Mgr that I needed to make an appointment for a hazard light that came on during the week. He not only had that looked and corrected but made me aware of a recent recall on my vehicle that was also completed during my scheduled appointment as well. They gave me the best deal compared to others — I was able to walk out the same day I went in with a brand new 2018 Nissan Maxima. I purchased a new vehicle from this location in June 2016. On Saturday morning my vehicle wouldn’t start. After getting a jump start & a diagnostic determined the battery needed to be replaced I called the dealership. Mike was the service writer on shift & he was very helpful. He immediately gave a quote for a new battery. I told him I would be there in 20 minutes but needed to be in and out quickly. He told me “No problem. I’ll get you in & finished up in no time.” I arrived as promised & he had a mechanic immediately take my car back & offered the complimentary car wash. A new battery was installed & car had been washed in 30 minutes or less.

Mike Galasso is a SAINT. The AC compressor blew in my 2013 Pathfinder as we were headed out-of-state for a week long vacation. I took a chance and dealt with a Nissan dealership that was near us in North Carolina, but was given the runaround about my warranty and was told that the warranty would only cover part of the job and I'd be responsible for almost $1000 more! I called Mike and he was completely reassuring and let me know they would handle it when I got home under my warranty. After being taken for a ride in NC and already out one diagnostic fee, I was pretty nervous about whether or not Mike would truly be able to help. I dropped it off yesterday in the morning and my car was ready just after noon, completely covered at no cost to me. I'm so grateful to Sheridan Nissan, and especially to Mike for facilitating this completely painless transaction. Every time I get service at Sheridan Nissan, it's great. Bill is really good at what he does. The other people that are in service, they're always ready to jump up and help you understand how stuff works, what they're doing, or what needs to be done... without the feeling that they're trying to do the normal "stealership" type of moves... I'm getting & paying for stuff I need to. I love how it's like "Hey you're at 15,000 miles and this thing needs to be done at 20k, so just remember that for next time!" All the little things like oil changes and wiper replacements are very reasonable. Of course I can do those things myself, but paying someone $10 to put wipers on right after they wash my car? I'd rather save the couple of minutes and have them do it really quick. I appreciate the customer service.

Service was done but the problem could not be corrected because the system was responding correctly. They could not duplicate the car stopping while backing up or going forward, which I had problems with them both. I have taken the car back twice in April and was told that the system was replaced the first time but it stopped again. The first time my car was being checked out 11 days. I got it back and 3-4 days later the same thing happened. They had it another 8 days this time and said that they could not duplicate the problem. So now I've had it for one day but no problem so far.

They told me I didn't need to make an appointment, getting to Nissan today they said that I do need an appointment and apologized and explained the phone issue. They texted me updates and reminders prior to the appointment and put the appointment on my calendar for me! The day of the appointment I was at the dealership at 8:00am and the place was buzzing. I received a notice of a recall. I called them to schedule an appointment. They got me in, provided transportation to and from work. However when I picked the car up, I didnt get too far when I had to have the car towed due to flat tire. I called Nissan the next morning to say that I had a flat coming from picking my car up from them. They told me to bring it in. In about 15 minutes they had it fixed at no cost to me. Great service. I have an old pathfinder (Arnold)that needed some MAJOR repairs. Thankfully the issue was covered under a recall. Although the truck was literally dropped off on them without them knowing about anything they took Arnold in. I totally understood that other customers made appointments in front of me, and that Arnold would be seen when time permitted it.
I cannot say enough great things about Bill at the service department. He let me know how the Arnold was doing. Didnt try and pressure me into anything. The mechanics found some other issues that needed attention, and Bill called me to let me know some of the other additional issues. In fact he called me every day that Arnold was being worked on.
This solidified my love for Nissan. I can guarantee when it's time to put Arnold down I will be at Sheridan Nissan looking for a new vehicle. Mostly because of how well I was treated by Bill and his AWESOME customer service!
Arnold runs great for a 19 year old and hope to run him for a few more years.

The actual work completed seemed to be done adequately as it always is, but the amount of time it took to complete was not acceptable. I’ve been bringing my leased Nissan Vehicles to Sheridan Nissan for the last 4-5 years so I know what is usual and customary. My car was taken in for an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting for 2 hours I found out that the service manager got me confused with another customer, and that customer had approved and additional $280 worth of work on the car. I felt like I had no other option, and was put in a bad position - so I didn’t fight it and just asked for a discount. I honestly have been ill and just didn’t have the energy to argue about it. When I got home and informed my husband he then called the service manager to explain our dissatisfaction and we were given a free tire rotation and $50 credit towards a future service.

I purchased a vehicle from Sheridan approximately a year ago. Wednesday on my way home my Pathfinder started making a very weird noise coming from under the hood. I called around 4:00pm and although they couldn't fit me in for an appointment that evening they told me they'd be able to look at it the next day. I dropped it off and my Service Advisor Mike was knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He had looked up my account and saw that I had the extended warranty so I didn't have to provide documentation. They called me the next day before noon. They had found and corrected the issue as well as rotated my tires and completed an oil change (my request) since it was due anyway. Once again picking up my vehicle was quick and painless. The staff at this dealership is top notch. I will always buy my vehicles from Sheridan Nissan and take them to their service department. There are never any worries as to whether they'll take good care of my car. :)
Nothing but good things to say about this dealership. The service department is excellent. My vehicle was completed by the agreed pick-up time. I had coupons and unlike other places I've taken vehicles for service there were no "small print" upcharges. They vacuumed and washed it for free! I didn't buy my current vehicle from Sheridan (only because they didn't have what I wanted at the time) and when there was an issue noticed on day 1, the other dealership's service department was a nightmare to deal with. I won't deal with another service department anymore. I'm sticking with Sheridan!

Carmen was wonderful to work with on our purchase. Tiffani was very pleasant and helpful with our paperwork. There were two things I was disappointed in during the transaction. One the Sheridan warranty pricing was not accurately disclosed before I agreed to accept it which made it to late to change my mind. After getting the vehicle home the detailing did not remove all the DOG HAIR nor the interior and exterior SCRATCHES from the DOG(S). Recommend not allowing anyone using the vehicles as DEMO to have pets that could in any way mare the vehicle. Overall the dealership was WONDERFUL and ACCOMMODATING to our vehicle needs. I love the Pathfinder with the exception of my statements above and the scratches we could not see at the dealership, would have liked them buffed out at no cost to me and the interior armrests smoothed out from the dog nails scratching them. Thank you for letting me take the time to share my experience and disappointments with the vehicle and the purchase.

Although I purchased my used 2015 Altima from a Ford dealer, I contacted Sheridan Nissan when I learned that it had an outstanding recall. I was able to schedule an appointment to have the repairs done within a few days.
When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted immediately, and I was given all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The repair was completed faster than I expected. I was offered a free car wash, which I accepted. I asked if they could determine when the oil was last changed, and they looked but there was no way to be sure. I then asked if the oil could be changed while I was there, and that, too, was done quickly (and at a cost similar to what I had been paying elsewhere).
The waiting room was comfortable, with free coffee, water, and snacks. I appreciated the free wi-fi access, too!
When it came time to check out, I was informed that my car had been checked over, and that all aspects were within safe ranges. The check-out went quickly, and there were no surprises.
Even though I had purchased my car elsewhere, I left feeling like a valued customer, and I plan on returning for any maintenance or repairs this car may need in the future.
Update - I took my car in yesterday to have the oil changed and have the car looked over. Dave acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door, and he got me set up very quickly. The waiting room has been set up for social distancing, so I was comfortable staying indoors until my car was ready.
Dave reviewed what had been done, and suggested work based on mileage recommendations. Since I didn't drive much last year, I told him that I wanted to be sure that the work hadn't been done by the dealer who sold me the car. I appreciate that there was no hard sell - that's why I no longer deal with the previous dealership! - and if it hasn't been done already, I will schedule the work the next time I bring the car in for service.
Dave was professional, informative, and personable, as was the cashier (whose name, unfortunately, I didn't get). I can highly recommend Sheridan's service department, and will definitely return!
I also want to note that as an older woman, I'm usually very sensitive to the way I am treated. In my two experiences with Sheridan, I was pleased to be treated with respect, was not talked down to, and nobody tried to pressure me into paying for something I wasn't sure I needed. Kudos to Sheridan for treating me appropriately! (And from what I witnessed while waiting, they treated everyone that way - great job!)

I went to but a new nissan rogue . For the most part the process was very stright forward. We looked at options that I wanted and we explored. After that 10mins to go over car I was trading in. Then saw the money man signed papers and was done just in a few hours . I feel that customer service needs some tweaks. Oil change and tire rotation were done in the time promised but I asked them to put a screw in my license plate and the response was “ I’ll see if I can find one”. When I got home I had no license plate! Calling is difficult when you have to leave a message because I don’t think the service department answers their phones. When they called me back they said come back and we will try to locate your plate. They found my plate but then I had to make another trip back to get it. They were not very apologetic for my inconvenience. Hopefully they were just having a bad day and service is not like this on a daily basis.

The work seems to be good and on par with other work I've had there, but I am not happy with me getting back my vehicle with a dig on my drivers door, as well as a big sweat/grease, whatever on my headrest. Plus, there was car remnants on the floor from the work that they did. That is very unprofessional in returning a car in this manner. I would expect a vehicle to be returned cleaned up and in a presentable manner.

After I browsed the lot for a while and couldn't find the vehicle I was looking for I asked Carmen and she advised me that it was in your overflow lot. We went to Sheridan Nissan in New Castle De. which is over an hour drive from where we live based on the reviews and information about the dealership being family owned and serving the community for more then 30 years. The prices were the best around and the price advertised was the price you paid along with taxes tags etc. Well let me tell you, Will was our salesman and he absolutely treated us like family . He greeted us sat us down and went and got us bottles of water. He answered all our questions had the SUV cleaned and ready to test drive when we arrived. Service was provided in a prompt manner. There was never any waiting. From the moment I parked my car, someone was attending to me. I was kept up to date about everything along the way, even when new parts had to be ordered. Nothing was done with my ok. Excellent buying experience. We came in just before they closed not expecting to do more than test drive a vehicle. We loved the truck and they stayed late to get us done. The usual great service this week at Sheridan Nissan. My vehicle was in for a routine oil change. During inspection, it was suggested that some other items be addressed. All were handled and I was out of the shop in less than two hours. I can feel the difference in the engine's performance! That is rare, in my experience.

Had an out of state trip pop up on me, had to use my Nissan frontier for the travel. So I wanted to change my oil and within 2 days at that, no appointment was available so I asked if I could just drop it off while I am at work so they can get to it at their convenience... Received a text message asking if I needed or wanted anything besides the oil change, and then took care everything I asked for and then let me know my truck was completed by 10:30 in the morning after I dropped it off at 8 am!!! Got dropped off on my lunch break and was in and out and didn't miss a beat with getting food and returning to work!!! Couldn't have asked for more!!!

When he left to go to Sheridan Nissan I followed him because the service at Sheridan Ford was not acceptable after he left. I even gave up my lifetime oil change plan to follow Tim. I needed an emergency repair, which turned out to be a replacement, of my until-then never used hitch wiring, which we urgently needed for renting a U-haul trailer. After finding that other shops in the area had a multi-day wait time, Sheridan Nissan said they *might* be able to look at it in the afternoon. In fact, they were able to start looking at it within an hour or so of bringing it in, and spent a good three hours on the diagnosis. Upon determining that it needed to be replaced and the part needed to be ordered, we feared further delays...but the part was obtained and the repair finished before 9am the next morning, for a reasonable charge. The waiting area was pleasant, the staff kept us informed on progress, and in the end it worked perfectly. Chan in particular was quite helpful do us, as was the mechanic (whose name I did not know) who did the actual work. Kudos for turning a near-disaster and very stressful situation into a complete success.

Scheduled for an Oil change, when I arrived I was inform that a complementary pre-inspection would also take place. Great! Only thing I didn’t like, told battery cable was severely corroded to remove the service charge was $40 which would include the removal of the battery to clean cable and battery pan the service was declined. Once home immediately checked under the hood to see how bad the battery cables was corroded, yes there was visible corrosion on the battery cable however it wasn’t to the point where the service need to be charged $40 to perform. On 082721, my blower motor and resister (meaning no AC and no defrost) went on my 2015 Nissan Rogue (91,441 miles) on a day whereby temps were in mid to high 90s. When I called Sheridan the next am to find out when I could have this checked, I was initially told I had to wait x almost 2 weeks for an appt. I purchased the extended warranty for $1800 (comprehension level) when I brought the car. They didn't wait to take my 💰. I was 98% certain that it was the blower motor bcuz fan stopped working.
I was 😡 that I was being inconvenienced, so I called the manager (Mike) back early Monday am. Thankfully, he was willing to bring me in sooner. Dropped car off Tuesday Eve after hours, with the anticipation that it would be fixed the next day, but later learned that they had to wait to get through to Assurant for authorization another 1.5 days. They did accommodate me with a rental (of lesser quality), but at least I could get around.
My suggestion to you Nissan is, if your gonna do business with a 3rd party company for contracts, then at least have an alternative method of contacting them (besides just phone), to assist with completing claims.
If your gonna pre-sale warranties to customers, and have stuff repeatedly keep breaking on a relatively new 🚗, then ensure that you allow enough time in your daily schedule for these things to be repaired in a timely manner. I realize that you cannot predict when a warranty repair is gonna come through, but by all means, do NOT inconvenience ppl please!

I made appt on line with quoted price ($191) for 20,000 mile service. Service person called about changing a filter and quotrd price for total of $249. Called back later to say car was ready and cost would be $292! Misquoted filter pricing. After some words he offered $20coupon. I said the agreed price was $249 if correct quote was given I would have declined until another date. He said oil change, brake check and tire rotation already totaled $215. Those and more were listed in 20,000 mile check up for $191. Finally settled on $254 which was still higher than quoted. Have dealt with Sheridan for 14 years. This isn’t the way to treat customers as was disappointed in the handling. I hope the actual service was done.

The estimated time is always 45minutes to an hour but you will actually be waiting for your car for 1hour and a half. That's the only reason I didn't put 5 stars. The employees give excellent customer service and you leave knowing your car was worked on efficiently.

Yesterday Sheridan Nissan took great care of my Car. I thought i needed new brake pads but after test driving my car they reccomend machining my brake rotors.Today my brakes feel great and i am glad they did not just replace the pads.
