My sales professional Larry Campbell went above and beyond. Larry provided top notch service and as long as he is selling cars I would never buy from anyone else. Larry is always just a text or call away and is very knowledgeable. He answers all questions and doesn’t pressure you. He makes sure you are getting what you want so that you’re happy with your purchase. I will continue to recommend him to all of my friends, family and coworkers!
Was a very good experience! Salesman Kyle was great and got along very well with financing manager which made this a very easy purchase. The head manager also came outside to talk to me and my wife and make sure we were happy and everything went as well as it could. Very nice people and I’d recommend Nucar to anyone!!!

I bought tires. However I was only offered 1 brand...when I asked for comparison on other tires I got attitude. I've been to Newark Porter for oil changes & it was always a wonderful experience in that they explain everything, actually look for discounts available, & keep you posted via texts while your car is serviced. The New Castle office did not provide that service & could really learn from the Newark Porter.
Service writer was polite and accommodating to my schedule. Vehicle was completed in the time frame discussed. Jeremy Burkland did an amazing job explaining the service. I had a few concerns that he was great to communicate possible causes. Also what to look for as to better explain if a problem persisted. Well done team!

The service is okay. My car has been towed there two times and neither time do I receive a call from the dealership letting me know my car has arrived.
Both times my vehicle sat until I called to make sure it arrived and was told, the vehicle was received, but no one knew why it was there or what the problem was. For no one in the service department to take the initiative to get the vin, look up my information and give me a call is disappointing. Both times my vehicle ended up being in the dealership over a long holiday weekend. The last tow I was told my vehicle needed a part and it would take a week to get the part and the dealership has not had loaners for a year and the rental company that the dealership uses charges more than the GM covered $38/day, left me feeling as though there was no regard to the fact I would be without a vehicle (when I paid for a brand new vehicle) for a week was another slap in the face. I don’t understand how the dealership (and GM) think this is acceptable to have customers paying thousands of dollars for brand new vehicles and not offer courtesy transportation or a solution when there are issues. This has truly been the worst experience enough so that I hope to never purchase a GM vehicle again. My service advisor is great, but dealing with the other staff is never a pleasant experience. My car was towed in again today 9/19/2022. No call that the vehicle has arrived. I called the dealership to let them know my vehicle had stopped working again. I have not even had it back for two weeks for which this survey was generated. I know I don't have an expensive Tahoe or Suburban but paying for a brand new car and not being able to drive due to continuous repairs is unacceptable. It's hard to believe that Nucar is telling these customers that there is nothing to do and not offering any kind of replacement.
Eddie was our sales guy and did amazing job with showing us what we were looking for and his knowledge of the vehicles we test drove as well. The finance team was great as well in helping us secure a payment we were comfortable with and just made that part of the process that much easier. This is my second purchase from them and this time was by far the easiest.
From the salesman Kyle to the manager Brian. And everyone in-between. The most friendliness and helpful staff. With any questions or concerns I've had was answered by anyone at Nucar. During the search process we stop at other dealerships such as Diver chevy in Wilmington. The customer service between the two dealerships was like night and day. If anyone is in the market for their next vehicle. I highly recommend Nucar Chevy.
NuCar did a great job repairing the scratches on my car. The staff was friendly and never made me feel like a pest when i called in to check the status of my repair. The only takeaway I give them for improvement is with the detailing portion. I’m one of those folks super sensitive about swirl marks. I noticed superficial marks from either a dirty microfiber cloth or some other abrasive rag and a few dirt stains on my drivers seat (light tan) other than that, excellent job.
Kyle was my salesperson. He kept me informed throughout the process when my vehicle would have arrive. Kyle didn’t try to push me into buying a vehicle like salesman at other dealers. Nucar didn’t overprice there vehicles because of little inventory. Other dealers had mark up prices on all vehicles. So I will definitely buy from nucar again.
The Staff and Chris Castner were very professional and courteous. They made getting my vehicle quick and easy. They explained all the details and features of the vehicle which made it easy for us to drive home. I highly recommend Nucar in New Castle, DE, it's a friendly atmosphere. Thank you.

Chris Castner is my personal go-to at nucar. Extremely straight and narrow. Very personal and professional at the same time. He treats his time likes it’s your time and does everything you would hope an honest salesman would do. But, it doesn’t stop there. Every single employee I’ve dealt with at Nucar is a shining example of what other honest salespeople should be like. I went to Nucar as a Dodge guy, and I’ll never go back. I would recommend this place of business over any other car dealer.

My experience was nothing but amazing! I had some hiccups in the road only because I am a new DE resident coming from PA. After I was able to handle a few things with the DMV your employee Kyle got right to work along side Ed! Super fast process and would highly highly recommend! I am obsessed with my Malibu who i named LOVE!!
Honestly, I have been to quite a few dealerships and buy far NuCar Chevrolet was the best experience I ever had. My sales person Kyle Luedke was in extremely helpful and polite to me and my family. Good services but 2 issues, first I had a coupon for a $40 oil change but because my car has 6 quarts of oil the service tech wanted to charge me an addition $40 for the 6th quart of oil....I had to ask for the service manager to solve the issue. Second, I got in my car after the service and the seat and the steering wheel were all moved and not returned to their original position, my car does not have seat memories so I am still trying to get the seat right....what a pain.
Excellent costumer service and very friendly staff. On top of getting my car fixed, they clean my car and it looks very nice inside and out. I am very satisfied with them.
Malcolm Carter was very accommodating. I told him what I was looking for. The first car didn't quite meet that mark (it's the one that I had seen online and had requested to test drive.) Malcolm did not try to talk me into something that I didn't want; he was patient and he was tenacious in looking for and eventually finding something that was almost perfect (I wish it had slightly fewer miles and red isn't my favorite). But it had the safety features I was looking for, huge priority for me, and it was a newer vehicle. I appreciate Malcolm's help! He gives used car dealers a positive image in my book. I am usually very skeptical, but he won my trust.
We have been a customer since 1997 and have never had a problem, always very helpful we always dealt with Frank Dye and now we have another favorite, Steven Zawada, very kind and sincere even finance was pleasant! Great job Nucar!!!
Your customer service rep that answers phones and takes payments is repeatedly rude. I am looking for another service provider as happens too often. So disappointed as NuCar had great customer service since I bought my car there in 2017.

This is the 2nd time I have had my Silverado serviced at your location and the 2nd time I have left the facility an my air stem valve caps are missing from my tires! I am trying to understand why every time I get my truck serviced you take off the air stem valve caps and do not replace them?
I just had back surgery and I had my grandson bring the car in, he said when he got there the bay doors were closed and he sat outside, waiting for them to open, when he finally got in they told him he was late and would have to reschedule, he said I wasn't late, couldn't get in the bay. My appointment was for 11 AM, he finally got home close to 1 PM. Not good customer service.

I got a new car on friday Feb 3rd. Got home that evening and noticed a scratch on the driver's side mirror. I looked over the vehicle, but it was god-awful cold and windy must of overlooked that scratch, but did notice a small scratch that they buffed out before I left. Got home that evening and noticed a scratch on the driverside mirror notified the dealership and was told to bring it up so they could look at it. Part is order and will soon be fixed.

Robert Lund and his team was awesome!!! I came in because I heard a rubbing sound coming from my front wheels when I turn. They did a safety inspection and resolved the issues very quickly. Now I back on the road with confidence thanks to Robert Lund and his team.

Disappointed that NuCar is not taking care of Chevy truck owners who com in with the battery cable malfunction and repair this for free. It is already a burden for owners to drop of their work vehicles and still have to pay for a manufacture problem !

This time here the associate declared i needed new tire sensors after my tire rotation in which they didn’t do properly anyway. I connected all when i got home also my last time here i had some other work done along with a oil change and they never did my oil change. My car twice warned i needs oil and when i checked it was dirty as hell and i needed to add 2 quarts it was that low.
It was a nice experience. Customer service was excellent. I needed an AC compressor after the AC charge didn’t work. The quoted price was high and I was able to get it replaced for a fraction of the price because I was able to get the part for half the price and labor for a quarter.
I had an oil change. Also had am estimate ran. It was expedient and Brian Ferrell and Tony Catalona were of great assistance.
Everything has been amazing since I started bringing my previous truck in for Service work, and when it came time to get into a new vehicle I immediately wanted to work with Nucar, and I am glad I did! Thank you for everything!

We had ordered the car through the online process. They were quick to get back to us and explain everything. The car arrived quickly and when we showed up to the dealership, they were very knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and explained everything in great detail. We are extremely happy with our new car.
Almost 3 hrs. for 2 recall repairs. Where it appears that only a small piece of plastic way placed in the center of the head lite lens. That's the only thing I could see, except for the long wait.
First had an appointment to get the estimate done, Everyone was very nice and helpful. Once they submitted paper work to my insurance to approved. Once approved had a scheduled appointment to drop off my truck. (2017 Chevy Colorado). They gave me an estimated timeline and was completed on time. My truck was in good hands. Nucar has done work on my truck before. What an amazing crew they have. My truck was returned to me in the same condition as the day I drove it off the lot brand new. Thank you for everyone that had a hand in repairing my truck. Love, Love it.
I was looking at getting the truck I purchased but no one had it. I had spoken to Karen the day prior to the purchase asking if she had any on the lot she said no. The next day she had called me and left a message stating that a deal had fell through and the exact truck I was looking for was now available. However I put a security deposit down on another truck wasn't sure if I should back out or get back in contact with Nucar. My wife came home from work I told her about the message, I called back and spoke to Jacob Madden talk to him for a few minutes then made the decision to go through with the purchase. When we arrived to Nucar I was met by Jacob we sat down and began the process not soon after that Karen approached us I was glad that we were able to come and make the purchase. This is a very good dealership and they care about their customers so glad I made the decision to go through Nucar it was an excellent experience.
No adm at this dealership but they did have a 1k non refundable deposit. The non refundable part is kind of garbage, nor do I think it would stick in court. Everything went smooth when I went to buy my truck though, no issues, prompt service, clean, paperwork was all ready for me. I asked that they didn't detail the truck or unwrap it and they complied. Overall I rate this dealership an 8/10, it would be a 10/10 if they were just accepting deposits, but a non refundable deposit is unreasonable and unethical.
Larry Campbell was my salesman and he was outstanding! I’ve dealt with Larry for my car purchases the past 19 years. He is ALWAYS very helpful and accommodating! This most recent purchase was obviously a different type of car buying experience with not having many new cars on the lot due to what’s been happening in the industry. Larry made this experience soooo easy. I was able to pick what I wanted and reserve a vehicle. Although there were a few roadblocks along the way with what was available through GM, Larry was always in communication as to what was happening and what the ETA was on my vehicle! I appreciate the large waiting room that offers free WiFi so I can work on my laptop while I wait for my car to be serviced. I was also pleasantly surprised that after my oil change was completed, they ran my car through the car wash! Very friendly staff as well. I would definitely recommend Nucar Chevy's service department.

I did my best to explain the problem. The intake dude listened intently to my story and then laughed!!! But even though he laughed he understood what I was trying to say and explained that it was more than likely the tires and not the brakes. He was correct and even though it cost me quite a bit of money… I felt confident in the work done and would gladly return for future issues and maintenance!
I had new tires installed and within 30 minutes noticed one of the tires had lower pressure than the others. By the next morning, the tire was almost flat. I called and left a voicemail on both the rep and service manager's line. Neither returned my call. I eventually solved my own problem by using fix a flat on a brand new tire.

I was looking to buy my first car and knew exactly what I wanted, but had no idea how the process worked. After being pushed around by a couple of other dealers (and realizing just how short on inventory everyone was!), we realized they had what I wanted at NuCar… an hour away from home. They spoke to my Dad and I on the phone and were very clear and honest about pricing and what they could do for us. When we got there, Kyle came to help us immediately and was so helpful and kind! I was so impressed. It also helps our dog was allowed in and treated like royalty. Not only that, but Kyle was patient and helpful with all of the many questions I’ve had in the two months since I bought the car. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt good about buying a car out of state. I would easily drive the hour to come here again… and I live across the street from an auto park with a Chevy dealership. Thank you!

Super happy with my experience at Nucar! Randy was insanely helpful as I installed my two giant rear facing car seats in a bunch of cars with my baby and toddler tagging along! I found the dealership off of truecar, and I'm so glad I did! They didn't mark up the MSRP, and the whole team helped me get my new trailblazer (which I love) that same day. Side note- Trailblazer is an amazing car for tall parents with multiple rear facing car seats! My husband and I are both over 6' with 2 rear facing car seats, and we fit better in this car than in our old X5 by far! Also great for folks with low back pain since you can sit very upright, almost like you're in an office chair- yay for ergonomics!
Everyone there was extremely friendly and nice. They all seem like people who cared about the customer and wanted to ensure they were happy with their experience. Larry was a great salesman! He didn’t pressure me at all and he was a very personable guy, which goes very far. I would say this was one of my best experiences at a dealership ever.

he did a fantastic job!! GM did an awful job with transportation and location of my Chevy 2500HD vehicle. It reflects poorly on the dealership even though it is not their fault and is soley GMs. After 2+ years into the pandemic with the chip shortage there needs to be a better tracking system not only for the customers, but for the dealerships as well.

Went here today to get 2 keyfobs. The person at the service area, his name was Chris, was super helpful. Instead of me having to get 2 keyfobs, keys cut and programmed, he was able to get me 2 key fobs, took my current cut keys out of the old fobs and put them in the new fobs and quickly programmed both of them. One of my key fobs was damaged from Armen Chevy and the manager actually laughed at me. I was so upset that i will never set foot there again. Nucar Chevy is where I will be doing my business for my car for now on. THANKS CHRIS!!!
Buying a vehicle is extremely difficult and exhausting due to the current world climate. After multiple visits to other dealerships, I approached NuCar Chevrolet. The staff was extremely courteous and willing to help me find my truck. During my 5 month delay, the sales team was excellent at keeping me informed of progress, and even helped me get a different truck when my original was compromised. I am very pleased with my decision to go with NuCar and will recommend them to others looking for their next vehicle.

Very smooth process. Pre-purchase questions via email I sent were promptly answered and followed up with a phone call. When I viewed the pics of the vehicle online I had some questions about the exterior of the vehicle due to some shadows etc. that raised concerns. I was provided a new set of pics via email with an additional follow-up call. Once I decided on the vehicle the entire process was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. Vehicle was cleaned before I took ownership. I was provided a thorough explanation of the features etc. Great team, I will be back.

In a time when supply chain issues continue and delivery deadlines come and go due to things out of our control, Larry maintained an elevated level of communication and customer support to keep me upraised of my truck. Buying/leasing a new car in this market and stressful times is not easy, Nucar did everything they could to make it seamless. I went to many other dealerships during my search and did not get this vibe.
Everything was done good with my car. No problems or issues. But I would recommend that a price discount be given to individuals who purchases a car from the dealership to prevent going somewhere else who has a cheaper price for the same service, or going to another Chevy location who has the same service for a cheaper price. This time I used a coupon and actually paid $20 more than my last oil change.
Efficient process for handling service/maintenance. Thorough at all levels. Communications between the service advisor, James Massie and me were excellent via texts and phone calls. Status of work performed was communicated very well. All was handled efficiently and timely. I have been a performance parts customer for many years but this was my first experience with vehicle service/maintenance. Your Service and Parts Departments are excellent and compliment each other very well!

Chris was amazing! He helped us find the right vehicle for our family, in the perfect color, and all of the packages we wanted. He was very responsive to our texts and emails, and he made sure the process went smoothly. In addition, he kept us updated on the status of our vehicle delivery, so we knew when to anticipate its arrival. I love my new SUV! This was truly the best car buying experience I have had ever.
It all happened so quick I was left wondering if the maintenance was even done....A little sarcasm there but I scheduled online, showed up when I was supposed to, and the service took exactly the amount of time I am usually promised at other shops but nucar actually finished.

This was the best car buying experience we ever had. Everyone was very professional but down to earth. We never felt pressured or frustrated by "car dealer gimmicks". Unfortunately we got there later in the afternoon and they were extremely busy so we were there longer than usual. However everyone was very apologetic and attentive to us. Ultimately my husband is extremely happy that he FINALLY found the truck that he had been searching for!! Yay!!
The salesmen were great, the only issue I had was the limited colors in the on-site inventory. Was not able to get the color vehicle I wanted because of the lack of response from other Chevy dealers who had what I wanted, but the experience and communication from Nucar Chevy was phenomenal. Huge kudos to Rob Wolfe, Wayne Finch, and Tony (manager, didn’t get his last name). Great customer service, looking forward to our next lease!
I had a wonderful experience. My salesman, Larry was great. He was prepared and ready for me when I got there with 2 vehicles for me to see which was my preference so I could test drive. He was friendly, and did everything possible to get me a great deal. Afterwards, he took the time to run through all of the safety and convenience features of my vehicle so that I knew how to work them.
Communication was horrible. I called yesterday to check on the status of the car. I called, got the receptionist, when transferred to Service the line disconnected. When I called back again, Renee again transferred me to Service, someone picked up I could hear people talking in the background, then the line disconnected. I called back a third time, told Renee what was going on, she transferred me again, a person answered after 20 rings or so, then i was on hold for 9 minutes before i actually spoke to someone. Is that good customer service??

I have a 2018 Silverado which I needed a new KEY, NOT A KEY FOB. My truck has an actual real key that goes into the ignition to start the truck. When I made that appointment I was told that they needed to have the truck to gather some information due to the fact that the keys were laser cut. Two hours after my appointment I'm leaving with a new remote start fob. NOT WHAT I WANTED. Seems like no one communicates to each other there!
Even the service tech was trying to convince me that the key was inside the fob, again I explained to him that there NO KEY FOB but a separate key and remote start fob! After looking at my keys all he said was oh!
So with my replacement insurance I have been forced to use my one remote start already this year, I purchased the truck in DEC 21!

The service manager or supervisor was great. Just the dealership being short staffed was what made this experience not so great. They only had 2 of 4 people working and it took 2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation that would normally like no more then 20 minutes. That's very ridiculous.
Chuck Maynard did a great job talking with me and assigning me to Aaron Cavender. The two worked together to make my buying experience easy, made sure all of my questions were answered, and found the perfect car for me and my daughters. It's nothing short of a first class experience when working with Nucar when purchasing vehicles. Over the last 9 years i've purchased 3 vehicles from Dan Stanitski at Nucar and every single one of them I couldn't have been happier. A 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche, a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado RST Double Cab and my most prized possession yet 2022 Refreshed Silverado Crew Cab RST Z71. All of these vehicles have been hand delivered to me out of state because I refuse to work with another dealer even when Nucar is over 1000 miles away from where I live. To everyone that worked their magic behind the scenes to help me get the deal of a lifetime on my new Silverado I don't think I can thank you enough as it well exceeded my expectations.
Well first they called me with a special and I actually need a oil change. Then it was excellent service from the time I pulled up, they greeted me at my car and I gave them the keys and that was it. Also, they have a very nice waiting area.
Tech did not clean the center console. The running boards were wiped maybe once. The manager took it back to clean it and it took another 30 minutes. No consideration to my time. Obviously not willing to go above and beyond. I expect more from a Dealership.
I was in for a service and I was talking with Larry Campbell about how I really want a TrailBoss. As always Larry was professional and showed me around the lot. As we looked around I found the truck that i really wanted and I knew I had to get it, which I did. From start to finish the Nucar employees are honestly down to earth and professional which makes you feel more comfortable and helps the process go as smooth as it did and has in the past.

That was the second experience with any dealership and after the first experience I swore to never deal with dealerships ever again. This experience was totally different. I felt looked after. Everyone is always courteous and polite. However, I do wish they would have diagnosed my knocking issue (suspension knuckles) the first time I brought the car in and complained about it. They said they could not find anything wrong with it. Now we are looking at $1000 to repair it!

Took my son over to Nucar he had purchased a car back in August really wasn't sure what was wrong with the car but the service people there were very professional they did a diagnostic and found out he needed a new battery. Very satisfied with the professionalism and service that they rendered
I have been purchasing new cars for the last 22 years. My experience at Nucar Chevrolet was devoid of any unpleasantness. My sales person, Steve Z. was knowledgeable, friendly and provided a seamless experience from beginning to end. I will be returning to this dealership when the time comes for another new vehicle.
The parts that were installed on my car are great. The staff and service employees made my whole experience from start to finish seamless. I had a few questions after my parts were installed that were followed up on promptly by a service manager.
Chris was extremely professional and personable. He explained all our options for purchasing the car and did look for dealers with a premium package but it wasn't a viable option. He even took me for a test drive in a Mazda that was comparable to a Malibu with a premium package. He went over everything inside the car and set up bluetooth for both our phones. He has since called several times to check in. The financial part of the transaction went smoothly. I can't remember his name (Tony?) was also professional and personable and explained all our financing and extended warranty options.
Tony, Wayne and Sam were all amazing to deal with. The responsiveness and attention to detail was the best I have experienced when buying a new car. The guys made the process easy and stress free and I definitely will be a repeat customer. Will also be referring Nucar to friends, family and co-workers.
Everyone was great to deal with. From Wayne our salesman, Brian and Karen the managers and Tony in finance. We had previously been dealing with another dealership and they did not seem to want to deal with us. It was such a difference once we went to Nucar. We had originally just stopped in close to closing time just to see what they had available and they were more then accommodating with showing us what they had. Unfortunately at the time they did not have what we were looking for, but Wayne took down the information on what we were looking for and just a week later notified us that that a Tahoe had just came in and was exactly what we were looking for. I came to Nucar to get an oil change on a Saturday afternoon. I thought it would be a shot in the dark being that I didn’t have an appointment. I initially came to the dealership to pick up some parts for a Chevrolet bus that I own so I figured why not try to get an oil change for my 19 Corvette while I was there. My service advisor informed me that they usually don’t take Corvettes without appointments because the Corvette service technicians were limited to appointments. Nevertheless the service technician found an available slot to fit me in. I told the service technician that I was grateful for good customer service.
The service was done quickly and the service advisor was friendly and professional. The technician left oily hand prints on hood and door handles and also forgot to put wheel locks key back in my vehicle. I had to go back in and ask for that key
We have never felt so comfortable at a dealership as we did at Nucar. Everything was easy and stress free. Our salesman, Steve, was honest and upfront from the beginning which is why we chose to purchase from here.
With the hard times and slim pickings these days, they did a great job and had a few to choose from. Our Rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very nice people.

I do not buy new cars very often, and I can honestly say that my experience at Nucar was the best interaction with a dealership that I have ever had. The sales professionals that worked with me were very friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all not pushy or forceful. Once I decided on the model that I was interested in the dealership worked hard to locate one for me. (The model that I wanted was rare and several sales people and sales managers worked for a week to finally find the model that I was looking for.) Everyone treated me well and were very friendly and helpful. I got the sense that they truly were interested in seeing me get the car that I wanted, not just sell me a model that they had or could easily locate. When it was time to sign the papers and see the business manager I was again pleasantly surprised. The business manager was pleasant, friendly, and did not try to push any additional products on me. He did explain about various warranties and protection packages, but at no time did he try to aggressively sell them to me. I said that I was not interested and that was that. Simple and professional. This was my first new car purchase where I left the dealer smiling and happy, not feeling like I had been taken advantage of or cheated. What can I can? Randy is the man!!!! Very personable, professional and down right business savvy. He had me ready to go home in a new 2021 SUV and guess what I did! He worked for me not against me. 75% of the process was done online which cut my time down to a good 3hrs in person. It would have been less had I not been picky but Randy ensured I got what I wanted.
I would suggest if you are a military member bring your verification with you (which is done through ID.ME) it will make things easier for them to identify as service member

This review is for the service department and especially Service Consultant Felicia Evangelist and the work of the service team. I have not purchased any vehicle from this dealership, but from the service I received, I probably will travel the 75+ miles to do so. A few weeks ago I was traveling from PA to Annapolis to visit relatives. Shortly after my trip began, I received a critical message on the dash of my 2007 Impala. I stopped at a dealer not far from the highway where I was. They were "booked" and couldn't help me. I called Nucar service, explained my delima, and though they were busy offered to assist. I drove about 15 miles, and was greeted with a smile. Felicia knew of my issue and understood how critical my situation was. Within about 3 hours, I was back on the road. The communication through the process was impressive, and the commitment to get me back on the road was awesome. The fact that their service dept is open until 4pm on a Saturday is great. I can't say enough good things about my experience.
We love Nucar!! We have been doing business with new car for over 25 years. Chuck Maynard is amazing! We lease our vehicles so we are back for new vehicles every three years. Chuck is very accommodating and always makes sure that we end up with exactly what we were looking for. We are leasing 2 vehicles. I think his name is David, but the gentleman that does the paperwork is great! We’ve sat in his chairs many many times. Very professional but also personable. I have never had three people work so hard (Karen, Ed in Finance and Steve who assisted me when I arrived) to get me the Equinox that I wanted. The SUV was just what I wanted and more - the price and deal was great. I started with Nu Car many years ago when I bought my first SUV from Chevrolet after having a very bad buying experience at another dealership - they helped me then and they helped me now and I will stick with you in the future.
Kyle demonstrated that he was very knowledgeable of every vehicle we looked at. He made the experience comfortable and easy. In my past experiences purchasing vehicles the salesman was very pushy and tried to make us purchase a vehicle that we were not interested in. Kyle was exceptional at making sure we got what we wanted and we are very happy with our new vehicle.
I had a fantastic experience at Nucar Connection! I worked closely with Dennis Dionisi, on top of just being a very genuine and nice person; he worked with me until I was 100% satisfied with my car purchase. Dennis was attentive, he always returned my calls promptly, and made me feel like he was working just for me. The staff alone at Nucar made me want to do business with them but on top of them the deal I got on my new car I really feel could not be matched anywhere else.
I scheduled both my vehicles to be serviced 1 day after the other. I arrived at 8 for my 830 appt and was told that there was no appointment scheduled. After showing the confirmation email and text from you they took my truck back. It took almost 2 hours to get done. Assuming thats because it wasn't on the schedule. It was originally scheduled 2 weeks earlier.
Larry was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. He answered all and any questions I had. I had asked about ordering floor mats for my car and he even helped me with that! I will definitely go to him for my next purchase.
Anthony was awesome I was from out of state and he made the process very easy and took care of my car right away. I would highly recommend going to this dealership.
Just wanted to give a shoutout to Vinnie Nesci in the service department. Vinnie helped us when my wife's car was hit from an attempted catalytic converter theft. Everyone on the team was very helpful. Mario did all the research on the car and worked with Neal to get the car payments at a reasonable amount so I could afford to pay them which was very good. And then at the end it was also good experience because I did not even realize the car was tented and I asked for that but did not pay attention to it so that was very good. And the onstar guy helping as well was very helpful also.

Wonderful service department for diagnosing the drive train noise and performing all the repairs that were needed on the transfer case and front differential..
Serviced the 6 speed transmission with a 16 qt fluid flush plus additive and changing the rear differential fluid plus added the required additive. A big thank you to Anthony (service manager),and the technician(s) that performed all the great work.

I love my Chevy, but I have been trying to get my plate and info from them for months. They will not respond to my calls or emails. Once I walked off the lot, they stopped being helpful. My tags have been expired over a month and no return call or any info or help. Left in limbo.
Always great service. Was hesitant to get my suspension upgraded however glad I did. Service department did a clean job and I am extremely happy with how it turned out.

I came in to Nucar Newcastle looking to upgrade my 2015 Chevy Silverado. I made an appoint with Kyle Ludeke. We discussed the different options and features of the new 2021 2500 Silverados. After going home and doing some homework we ordered my new truck. Though there was some slight delays in the build process I received my new truck in 2.5 months. Kyle was very patient with me through the process and always had time to answer my barrage of questions. I would recommend to my friends and family to use Kyle as their dealer in the future if they are ever considering purchasing a chevy vehicle. A down to earth honest salesperson who respects his clients. I have had bad experiences in the past at dealerships but Kyle made this journey very pleasant.
I purchased my vehicle via internet and the Aaron (sales rep) and Neil (finance) made the whole transaction extremely smooth. I arrived at the dealership and the vehicle was prepped and ready on time. I spent about 30 minutes there and was unmet way. Best new car buying experience i ever had.

Paid 1100 for a air conditioner repair which was supposed to be the correct diagnosis truck putting out warm air two weeks latter truck doing same thing this time told hose are bad with the same problem now at 1261.00 again should have checked to see if there was a problem with the hose as well

My salesman was Larry Campbell. A lot of people dread of buying a new car because of how salesman typically are but I will say from first hand experience Larry is not like any other salesman. He was very out going and understanding the needs of what my wife and I wanted out of the 2020 Traverse 1LT. Brought my 2020 Equinox in for its first oil change. 1) The paperwork had incorrect information as to model of vehicle. 2) Upon delivery of vehicle after service, greasy handprints on driver's door. 3) Once vehicle was started, the dash was not at the original setting, the radio station had been changed, the setting showed that while my paperwork stated that my tires had been rotated and the air pressure was brought up to standards, my left 2 tires were at 33 and my right 2 tires were at 34. I went to my local gas station and corrected this myself the next morning when my tires were cold. 4) My paperwork stated that a 27 point check was done on my vehicle and to see attached paperwork, but there was no additional paperwork. Unfortunately, I did not notice this until I returned home. I had to ask someone to clean the grease off my driver's door and to reset my dash to its original setting. I hate being THAT customer but I expect to receive my vehicle in the same condition I presented it. I will say that the service advisors I dealt with were very polite. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be returning for additional service on my vehicle.
The lube guy spilled oil down the side of my engine when he was putting oil back in it.
Not a lot of effort was put into cleaning the oil off. When I picked the truck up oil was dripping down on the ground.
It was cleaned up and taken care of but, that doesn’t seem very professional to me.
I have to have the oil changed by you guys one more time due to the warranty but, after that I won’t be bringing my truck in for maintenance.

Christopher Castner was my salesman. It says "Mark of Excellence" Award Winner on his Business Card for a reason! He's the best! He's super nice, and very educated at his craft, family oriented, all around nice young man. I told him my credit score was low and gave him a number before he pulled it. And when he came back, eventhough I know and he knew my credit is not the best, it was higher than what we both thought but I'll NEVER FORGET how he made me feel when he came back in the room! Like it was the best score ever! Lol. He said we can work with this! I told them to take YOUR car and check it out and clean it for you! Simply the best experience with him! And when he handed me over to Dave Ramirez,(Finance Manager) he didn't disappoint either. He talked with my sister aka "my negotiator" on speaker, and always kept eye contact, kept it 100 as we say, and eventhough there was a $60.00 Gap between what I thought my payment would be, he worked with me and gave me a little something to make it okay. I couldn't be happier that I walked in there that day and worked with those two gentlemen! Thank them both again for me! Oh, and I don't want to forget Tony! He came to talk to me during the time my application was going over to finance, and after everything was complete. He hesitated with the handshake, and I just said, isn't it sad we live in a world nowadays where we can't even shake hands. Nu Car has always given me top notch service from purchasing to parts to maintenance. In the past (with other vehicles I have owned) I would not have gone to the dealer for regular maintenance, but Nu Car has changed that for me. The pricing is what I would pay at any independent shop, with the piece of mind knowing that I have Chevy certified mechanics and parts being used on my truck. I invested a good amount of money for my truck and Nu Car has out performed my expectations. Five stars after my experiences dealing with several dealers looking for a new Chevy Tahoe. I initially spoke with Karen who put me in touch with Josh, and then introduced me to a manager Eric, and then David with the Finance team. Each and everyone one of these people were respectful and informative and had no problems laying all my options on the table. Even putting a vehicle on hold for me while i thought over my options. I'm very happy with my sales experience. I had a trade value in mind based on Kelly Blue Book and other dealer quotes. No haggling met my requests and we got a deal done! Bottom line, NO BS! I went in for 2 recalls, Nucar checked and verified my vehicle had been properly calibrated by the System update and that the recall had been completed. I was out of there in 20 minutes. The Nucar rep. was very professional, informative and friendly.
Usually very satisfied with service. This time, I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment as the issue was transmission related (stuttering when shifting gears) and there was a backlog. I did not hear back from service on first day (Monday) and late on the second day I called to get a status. Told that it was not ready. Third day, I had to call again to find out that the one transmission mechanic was out sick all week and hoped to return on Thursday.
The car was done on Thursday. I was informed that it was a computer problem which was resolved. I was also told that it would take about 200 miles for the computer to learn my driving habits. By the time I got home from the dealership, the transmission was stuttering again. It still stutters but not all the time, so I am waiting out the 200 miles to see if the situation improves. I am not too optimistic as I do not think that the stuttering has anything to do with the computer learning process.
We purchased our new Suburban through NuCar and could not be happier. From start to finish they made the process seem effortless. Erik, Karen and Tony were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Great experience and I would highly recommend Nucar to friends and family.

It was a pleasure buy a brand new 2020 traverse. Our sales man was chris castner. He was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at. We did look at other car dealership and I was turned off by how pushy some of the sales people were. They were always trying to talk money and get me to leave with the car. At Nucar chris showed us all the cars we asked to see and did not bring up money until we asked him. I can not stress enough how nice the experience was. I would rate even hire if I could because they treated my kids very well. They made buying a car with a 6 and 8 year old easy.
Had a few minor issues but definitely worth going. Service has delt with me many times. But fixed the issues fast. Shout out the the service manager. For putting up with my questions. Also getting my truck back to where it was. If you looking for a sales rep go to used car and ask for dan. Nucar definitely went beyond to make things right.

Randy McLeod was an exceptional salesman. He was friendly, informative and easy to work with. He explained everything and made the interminable 6 hour wait entertaining and kept us informed as to what was happening and why it was taking so long. We talked about a variety of subjects. I came in about 10 minutes early and was immediately taken care of l was met with a nice welcome and my work was reviewed and started immediately the time was shorter then l expected and my car looked great qhen returned
I was told that I needed new tires and that in my right rear I had a nail on the outerwear of the tire it was unsafe to drive. Luis came back with a piece of paper that he went ahead and priced me $575 for 4 tires. Looking on the website I seen some specials rebates. I asked him about because I couldn't get the tires done that day he told me to call him tomorrow and we could talk about some different prices. Because Luis told me to call him tomorrow I took my car that was "unsafe" down to Firestone and got me 4 tires Firestone all weather for a better price than the piece of paper I was given.
From the moment I reached out to Nucar in search of a new vehicle, I was treated like family. The reps really worked hard to find the best car for me and make sure I left happy. They weren't trying to sell me just anything in order to get some money out of me. I was still having brake issues, and was told that GM used a material for there breaks that will cause them to squeak loudly, and they are aware if it, but GM will not fix it, the customer has to pay for it. I was told the cost is $544.00, which I was not happy about, so now I have to live with the squeaking brakes and my Chevy Traverse is only 2 years old, 2018.
Probably the best new car buying experience I have ever had. Nucar and the staff I worked with is the best example of what buying a new vehicle should be like. In fact, they are an example of what any customer service driven organization should strive to be like...Truly outstanding. I was searching within a 500 mile radius for a vehicle that is difficult to find. Nucar had the exact match in what I was looking for. Buying a vehicle from a distance, without the opportunity to visit the dealership, is not an easy undertaking. Nucar put the deal together quickly, efficiently, honestly, and with straightforward pricing out of the gate so there was no hassle and aggravation that is often associated with haggling. I was able to fly directly into Phil, grab an Uber, and when I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was ready to go and we breezed through the closing paperwork. I had the opportunity to meet the GM, the General Sales Manager and the Chevy Sales Manager in addition to working with Brian Maupin as Sales Associate. Having met the GM, I can see why and how his disposition has trickled down through every level of the company to create a culture driven by great attitudes and great service. I would go out of my way to work with them in the future.

I have been dealing with Nucar since about 2003. Every visit has been great and the service is above and beyond the normal. I attempted to cheat on Nucar and visit Benz of Wilmington. Those guys never acknowledge my presence in the dealership. I went back to Nucar and was greeted right away. The sales guy "Harts" walked right up to me. The other great thing is I was curious about the Chevy Camaro and Hart's owns one himself. He was able to tell me everything about the car and guide me through the options available. Bought a 2020 Silverado last week which I love and just had an overall great experience dealing with the professional laid back group at Nucar Chevrolet. My salesman Chris Castner was awesome and I would definitely recommend going to see him for a new Chevy or Mazda. He is good people, treats you right, totally upfront and is honest with you.

The free oil change went fine but I did have a courtesy car wash that I was available for, but i wanted the inside cleaned as well so i paid the 34.99 for a full car wash. The inside was dirty and the exterior body looked like it was only wiped down. Hood had fingerprints on it and the interior had dust still on the radio and dirt was still on the door. The tires looked good tho....

When I tried to aquire a used a used truck, one of the dealers helped to an extent. I wanted to keep my Payment to $450.00. You have a truck on the lot for $42,298.00 and the trade in on my car wad for 27,000. with this said the mileage on the truck was 10,000 heavy on the truck for its year and they would not come down on the the truck at all, instead the dealer was pushing me to lease a truck instead. Telling me this is the ONLY was you are going to get into a truck. mind you it wasn't the truck I wanted it was a new truck he was trying to push on me. I really do not like that at all, and the fact he didn't work to try and help get the truck I really wanted. I do have to say this I am a Chevy girl, my dad has alway had a Chevy and that is all I will Buy. Leaseing is good for some people but for me I rather pay to own my vehicle. I will always bring my vehicle to my dealers ship for repairs and oil changes.
Kyle was amazing. I told him I wanted the oasis blue trailblazer and it was sold before my appointment. But he managed to get the one from Porter so I can get the car I really wanted and not settled.
I brought my truck in for service and was told it would be done that day. When I got dropped off there by a coworker to pick it up, I was told the part hadn't come in and it wasn't finished. I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get a call telling me it wouldn't be done that day.
However, despite the poor communication, the staff still there did their best to accommodate me. They got me hooked up with a loaner for the night and they even ventured all the way to Medium Duty, (which is apparently practically in another zip code), to get my house keys off of my key ring.
Unfortunately I can't remember all of their names, but they did their absolute best to make it right.

I would definitely return to Nu Car. First I met Patrick,my salesman. He was informative & not pushy which was important to me since I was there by myself. The next day I got a call from Karen Collins- not to bug me about coming back but to let me know I had left my wallet in the car I looked at!! A salesman named Hearts had found it and returned it completely untouched! Karen found me in the Chevrolet system and I went back the next day to retrieve it. We talked about our love of Camaro's especially since we both drive the beloved Synergy Green edition. As I was leaving Patrick saw me & told me they just got in the car I was looking for and it wasn't on the lot yet. This has to be fate! Alice had time to take me for a ride & show me the car since Patrick was with another customer. She was awesome and I knew this was the car for me! There was a small delay upon delivery because the detail shop was busy but everyone jumped in to help get me on my way. From the moment I contacted Nucar, I was treated with respect, kindness, and given the best customer service available. I was in the market for a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox, and I started my adventure at Diver Chevrolet. I was told at Diver that my interest rate would be 16%, that I had to settle for less and get the Chevrolet Trax, which was just not the car I wanted to buy, knowing I plan to start a family within the next year. I decided I needed to venture out and try a different dealership. I contacted Nucar, and I got a message from Chris Castner. Chris asked me to come down on my lunch break and he assured me that he was get me back to work on time.... and he did just that! I arrived at Nucar, he had two vehicles ready for me to look at. The Trax and Equinox. They took my car to get appraised, and I looked at cars with Chris! He could tell I was not happy in the Trax, and he told me I should not buy something I am not happy with! He assured me, he was going to do everything he could with the team at Nucar to get me in the Equinox. Karen was amazing, with getting the paperwork handled, making sure I had all of my ducks in a row for the finance department. The next morning, Chris came in on HIS DAY OFF to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and well taken care of! They got me such a good deal on my equinox that I was able to get a higher model! Niel (in finance) was great! He made my fiancé and I laugh the entire time we were signing papers and he got me a 5% interest rate.. compared to what I was being told at 16%!!!!!!! I was so pleased and well taken care of at Nucar! I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and dedication to me!

I recently bought a used 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe LT/Z71. I lost one of the keys and the fob too. I was able to source 2 keys and 2 fobs, and my appointment at Nucar was to get the keys cut and programmed, and also to program the fobs. The work was done perfectly, and in only about 35 minutes. I was very blessed to once again have multiple keys and fobs.

Went back to NuCar to see Larry Campbell after seeing many many recommendations on how easy he was to work with and wanted to get back into a new Chevrolet. Test drove Trailblazer, Equinox and Blazer, needless to say I fell in love with the Blazer and Larry was able to get me the one I was looking for. Very happy and will definitely go back once lease is up in 3 years.
Dealer replaced exhaust pipe section that was rusted out. When I started it up, the check engine light was on and can't understand why it wasn't noticed. Drove the car about 200 miles and still on. I figured it had to do with the part replacement.

Recently I went into the dealership for an oil change and also received some other free services. My tires are needing to be replaced so I believe they rotated them incorrectly or shouldn't have done so at all. Since my service my car wheel shakes even at the lowest speed. So I'll be contacting the service department to have them check into why my car has this shake that it did not have before service at this auto shop.

Bought a 2012 LT Traverse, love the car. Gas mileage could be better but it is a wonderful riding car with lots of space and very comfortable. The Service department is great. they are efficient and quick. They are extremely reasonable and I am really impressed by their service.

This dealership is stocked with anything I need when three others I called you had to order the parts. I'd rather go from Pa to Del then wait for parts that should be in stock at all Chevy dealerships. Plus I got a good price on my car I bought from Nu Car

With engine work of course I was concerned so I brought the vehicle in to get checked out. They fixed the problem but I noticed there was excessive vibration in the truck while it was going down the road at normal speed . I feel they should have done a road test to make sure everything is ok. I believe there is a wheel/ tire problem.
Oil change and rotate tires. Received low pressure (21) on front passenger. Nope, right rear. So tires may have been rotated, but sensors never reset. Run 15 more pounds in back...so not happy right now with service.

I went here to get a new key cut for my engine. Being as though it was a transponder, it could've been ultra expensive, it wasn't (yaay for not owning luxury cars)!! It also would've cost more if he programmed the key to the engine for us, but he showed us how to do it for free. Makes me happy I got a Chevy!
Although I did not get my vehicle the stop there was very helpful and caring and did everything they could to help me. I recommend them highly. Not because I didn't get my vehicle but because they are wonderful people.
We had come in for some service on our 2016 Traverse and decided to look at the 2019 Traverses. We talked to Tony and he brought one in for us to look at. Needless to say, we loved it as it included all the ‘bells and whistles’ as our other car. The new design gave the interior more leg, foot and seat room. The new engine will help us save money on fuel consumption as it “turns off” when stopped at lights. The new navigation is updated and can now sync with your phone, to use additional map applications. Zero financing made the payments more reasonable and the staff was most helpful...a great buying experience!
I came in for a oil change and tire rotation and was going to wait. I went back to the waiting area and saw a lot of other people. So I sat down for a long wait, but was surprise that the wait was not long at all! And the waiting area was very spacious and comfortable.
