I’ve looked at other dealerships and none of them compare to Diver Chevrolet. They are top of the line. I stay w/ the same salesman when I buy a car. Unfortunately, my salesman retired and my son recommended Scott. He is fantastic!! I mentioned what I wanted and the monthly payment I needed to buy the car. No haggling back and forth and wasting time. Scott told me my price range I needed to stay in and Gave me the incentives that were out there, and viola! I drove off in my 2023 equinox.
Tom in finance is great to work with.
Rich Diver always comes by to make sure all is well and mentions if there’s anything we need to let him know.

Bought a Bolt EUV from this place and it was a quick and easy experience. Talked to Trina; she was awesome on giving us details on chevy bolt EV/EUVs in transit. Put a deposit down in late August and financed and walked out the door with a Bolt EUV! Zero mark-ups as well. Sold at MSRP. I would go here again to buy my next vehicle knowing that they honored the price from factory. There was one snafu that occurred towards the end of closeout, which was that I didn't have a check in hand to complete my down payment, but that's a about it, and I was still able to walk out the door the same night.
Again talk to Trina, she's very smart on the EVs chevrolet has to offer if that is the type of vehicle you are interested in. See pictures below.

The vehicle I purchased (a 2023 Camaro 2SS 1LE) had some imperfections to say the least. I had taken home the vehicle Tuesday 11/29 and let it sit in my driveway untouched until 12/3 where I detailed the vehicle. Upon detailing the vehicle I noticed 3-4 decently large but very deep scratches in the paint almost all the way through the clear coat along with two deep scratches in my rear window. I originally instructed my sales lady (Trina, who is fantastic by the way) to not have the detail shop touch the vehicle understandably it would be minor scratches or marring on the paint but that was not the case. Upon detailing the car I had also noticed a minor dent in the passenger door panel as well. It’s a little upsetting with all these imperfections knowing how expensive vehicles are today.
Now the positive…. The entire Diver chevy team was very professional and polite when speaking to them. From ordering my vehicle online and speaking with Trina to the sales process with the sales manager was great. I will highly recommend this dealer to everyone.
Overall it was a very positive experience other than the vehicle!

Being retired from the military, there needs to be larger discounts form GM and the dealerships. No! credit requirements because the majority of them have scores around 625 due to medical or divorce and so on. I know because of being a case manager.
These are unprecedented times, since covid everything keeps going up and the veterans that I work with receive disability retirement form the military!

I recently purchased a 2019 Equinox with less than 20,000 miles. I have purchased cars from so many small used car dealers (Robin Drive Auto, New Castle Motors etc…). This is hands down the best experience buying a car I’ve ever had. Dwight (my car salesman) really bent over backwards for my situation. I hate to bringing my truck here because of my last experience with my oil change. But when I was having issues with lights and I purchased the extended warranty I should be able to get my truck checked and not have to pay anything even the diagnostic check. They found a right hub baring broke and that was covered but the piston being stuck was not and wanted almost 1000.00 for brakes and I still had to pay 89.99 for the check. Ridiculous!! If it was not for the warranty I wouldn’t go to the service side.

The oil change was done, but when I got home I noticed that my seat had oil or grease stains on it. I called the dealership and had to go back to have the seat cleaned. This of course was an inconvenience to me since I don't live that close to the dealership. In the end, the seat was cleaned to my satisfaction.

I got the vehicle that I was interested in, salesman was knowledgeable and provided a breakdown of costs prior to making the deal. There were a few minor hiccups regarding communication on picking up the vehicle and what the sticker on the vehicle advertised, verses what the final sale included. Salesman was able to do some research and although splash guards for the front and rear as advertised were not included, the final sale actually refected a reduction to account for that. It was a bit confusing, but I appreciate the time that was taken to research the issue and provide a response that adequately explained it.

To everyone in the Philadelphia-metro and surrounding suburbs, it is well-worth the drive into Wilmington to buy from the Diver Team. I say team because all three of the people my wife and I worked with for our Silverado purchase worked WITH US, to get the best price/fit possible. Sara in their internet sales department, Ian our Client Advisor and Tom in Financing made the process smooth and professional. Using their online inventory list, we were able to find a truck that we wanted, worked out the pricing with Sara, met Ian to test drive and educate us on the specific features of the truck and wrapped up the visit with Tom. Because the negotiations were done with Sara, via text and email, and we pre-applied online with Diver for credit approval, it was completely, C O M P L E T E L Y, void of the typical car-sale tension, delays and inevitable "Well, I'll need to review this with my Manager". We knew what the price would be, and the % interest before we even walked into the dealership. THEN GET THIS - when handed off to Tom, he actually got us a BETTER % RATE AT THE SAME TERM - that put money back in our pocket! And here is the real kicker - this all took place within less than 12 hours. Our first communication with Sara was at 9:00 AM, and by 8:00 PM that same day, we were leaving Diver, all paperwork finalized and signed. We were very pleased with the entire process ,I had called the prior day to make sure the vehicle i was interested in was still available (spoke to Thomas Internet Sales Manager) and it was, so i made an appointment for first thing the next morning. i arrived first thing in the morning with my wife, and and as we were parking, out came the vehicle we were interested in out front ready to be shown to us. We went in to the dealership and told the receptionist i had an appointment to see the car and she confirmed me by name which meant alot to me. We were directed to a waiting area to wait for our salesperson. We didnt wait long but then was greeted by Trina Moulton in sales and and went out to see the vehicle. She was very knowledgeable about it and showed us the vehicle and its many features. I asked if we could test drive it and she said no problem and got a dealer plate. I like the fact just me and my wife were allowed to take the vehicle for a drive and didnt have the pressure of a salesperson with us and we could speak freely about the vehicle. At no time did we feel pressured to buy, after returning from a short drive ,Trina greeted us at the door and asked how we liked it, i responded by lets go over some numbers to see if the price is what we could work with. We had a monthly payment in mind , and the numbers looked good for us ,I was honestly surprised we were buying the first vehicle we test drove there. We were at the dealership a little longer than expected doing the paperwork, but that was to be expected all in all we were completely satisfied with the experience. The only thing is that when I took my car to nucar, there was always a $89 diagnostic fee, but if you had the issue fixed that you had the diagnostic run for it wasn’t charged. My wife and I visited Diver Chevrolet on 4/1/22 looking for a new 2022 Chevrolet Equinox. After multiple helpful communications with a digital sales associate, Thomas, we arrived that evening to see their vehicles. We were introduced to Mark Thompson who pointed us to the vehicles. Clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, Mark answered any questions that we had and arranged to have the 'Nox taken off the showroom floor for a test drive. Joe snatched it off the showroom and we were out and about! After the test drive, we decided to purchase the Iron gray metallic with the beautiful two-toned jet black/maple sugar interior in the Premier trim level. Unlike some dealerships, the price was not inflated above the MSRP due to the high market demand currently. As such, we traded in our old vehicle and just happened to catch the last day of the 0% APR promotion that happened to be running at the time. We sat down with Tom Reale and quickly buzzed through the paperwork to finalize the deal.
From start to finish, the process was outstanding at this dealership. The dealership is clean, attractive, and the staff, specifically Mark, was extremely professional and welcoming. I would highly suggest this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle, and I would further suggest contacting Mark Thompson to assist you. If/when we make another Chevrolet purchase in the future, we will be returning customers!

It was great we walked into the show room and the lady at the door greeted us. She asked if we needed someone right away or if we just wanted to look around first. I saw a Traverse and that's what I wanted to look at and she said fine take your time and she would get someone if I had any more questions. Scott Fisher was actually sitting next to the vehicle and when I opened the vehicle door to sit in it, he asked if I wanted to drive one. I said sure and he said he would get on out of the garage for me to test drive. I waited a few minutes, and he can back in the show room and said he has one outside. we went out and he gave me the keys and said take a ride. I drove around the block a few times and came back. He went over the options in that vehicle and said there were a few others available. He was not pushy he was not in a rush and gave me his card and said think about the vehicle and call if we needed any other info. I made a mistake by not locking that vehicle in, I came back 3 days later and it was gone. I talked to Scott about a week after that I saw on the site 2 more coming in, but not equipped the same. They were a different color , so I went in and put down my deposit I didn't want to miss out this time. it was missing a few options , but we really like our new Chevy Traverse. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and respect. I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate your GM, Scott. He took amazing care of me both because of him being a great guy and also me being an RN working crazy shifts with a family that needed a reliable vehicle. I thought I wanted a Tahoe but after explaining my needs (kids that do travel softball all year as well as basketball and LOTS of driving) he recommended I sit with Dave Gershman to compare both the Tahoe and Suburban. After sitting with Dave, I put a deposit down on a Suburban site unseen. Unfortunately, there were no Tahoes or Surburbans on any lots in DE for a test drive. I was quite nervous putting down money on a car I’ve never driven, both both Scott and Dave reassured me that they would find me a Tahoe if I didn’t like the Suburban. Well, a month later the Suburban I put a deposit on came in. I’ve had it for 3 weeks and I absolutely LOVE it. We’ve driven to 2 softball tournament, one of southern VA and one in northern NJ. We all fit very comfortably including softball equipment, multiple chairs, a huge cooler, a small tent and all of our luggage. The car rides a bigger than my former traverse, but it’s smooth and easy to maneuver. I do have to tell you that I often get laughed at as my 5’1” 125 lb self climbs in and fires up my engine 🤣. Smaller stature girls can drive these cars too. Please thank Scott for frequently checking on me throughout my buying progress and pointing me in the right direction. Dave took a great deal of time to explain every option to me and after the car arrived, secretly programmed my seats for my height after my initial test drive. When I came back a few days later, my seats were all set - what a great move on his part for that extra bit of personalized service. Tom in finance sold me my traverse over 5 years ago. He immediately recognized me and was a rockstar explaining my options and what I could add to my warranty without overwhelming me. He also was able to secure a 1.9% interest rate. Out of the 4 car-buying experiences in my lifetime this is the first one in which I have felt motivated to leave a review. After weeks of searching for a fair deal on a 2021 WRX STI in Bergen County New Jersey, I decided to expand my search to neighboring states and the deal I found at Diver Chevrolet was an absolute steal.
When I got in contact with Doug Diver I immediately got the sense that he was not a typical salesman interested in squeezing a buck out of me. Every aspect of our communication was focused on maximizing the convenience of my car buying experience.
At the time I reached out to Doug I was immobile due to a broken right ankle and I was in the midst of trying to gather funds from various sources for the down payment. Doug graciously offered to put the car on hold for me and take it off the market in exchange for a totally reasonable CC deposit. He even offered to provide garaging for me since I would be unable to pick up the car due to my broken ankle (which would be unheard of in my area) for a few weeks.
When I was finally able to get myself down to Delaware to pick up the car, I mentioned that I was under an unreasonable time constraint and the whole staff of Diver Chevrolet (including Doug, Clay, and others) worked like a well-oiled machine to streamline everything so I could be in and out within 30 minutes.
Thanks to their attention to service, the total amount of time I spent on this car purchase (including the drive from North Jersey to Delaware) was probably less than the time I spent purchasing a Jeep from a local dealership last year. I would thus highly recommend anyone from New Jersey to consider buying their car from Diver Chevrolet in Delaware. I was able to discuss my issues with the service manager and describe my concerns. I was given an update after checking the vehicle for my concerns and apprised of the costs. Since I started bringing my vehicle here regularly back in 2015-2016, I have always been pleased except for the last few times I had services performed. I already addressed the concerns regarding these previous visits with Manager Jeff Knoll.
On this most recent visit, I was displeased to learn that I needed rotors IN ADDITION to new brake pads. I asked the service advisors on several prior visits about the need to replace the brakes. I was adamant that I wanted to replace pads early enough so that I wouldn’t have to also replace the rotors. They replied it was not necessary. Now they say I needed rotors anyway. I’m starting to lose trust with the last several experiences. I used to recommend this place to all my family, friends, patients, and colleagues. The price for an oil change was $39.95 when I first became your customer in 2015-2016. Now it’s $69.95!!! It doesn’t appear that this business is moving in the right direction. If things don’t improve, I will be looking for another mechanic.

I had been having the typical drawn out, back and forth negotiating experience with my local dealer and had lost all trust in them when I reached out to Joe Dunn at Diver. He quickly responded to my offer with a very impressive counter offer. I immediately set up an appointment to make the drive to see the vehicle. Joe was great! I got their pricing through TrueCar on a Chevy Bolt, and they sent me an offer through the system. I think they made a mistake and sent an offer too low by accident,... and in the end they did the respectable thing, and honored their offer. When I need another Chevy I'll be sure to come back. While visiting family in Middletown DE my daughter's Chevy equinox had an issue and the engine light came on and lost partial power. After calling several Chevy dealerships that were closer nobody would look at her car for at least a week. When I called Diver Chevy knowing we had traveled from Ohio the told her if she dropped off they would work in within a couple days. Once we arrived the service tech that checked us in arranged to have the car diagnosed that day in case parts had to be ordered. Fortunately it was a simple repair of a clip that holds air valve line and had it repaired same day.

Having had some unpleasant dealings with some local Chevy dealers and walking out of several dealerships not being able to make a deal, Diver had the truck I was looking for so I took the chance and made the 2 1/2 hour drive. No one was pushy and no hard sell tactics. Was not disappointed my salesman Scott was great very helpful he did everything he could do to get me as close to the payment I was looking for. Definitely worth the drive. I would recommend them to anyone. And when my lease is up and I purchase a new Chevy diver will be the first place I look.

We had purchased a Chevy Bolt in November, 2017 from Diver Chevy and loved the car. We talked the vehicle up to anyone who would listen and sent customers to Diver.
There was a recall on the car that reduced the range that made it unusable for our use case. So, we initiated a Lemon Law Buyback with GM. Due to numerous issues due to the overall supply chain situation, our case fell through the cracks and we had filed a negative review because the process was taking 4 months and it appeared no one was taking ownership.
A few hours later, the owner of Diver called me to get more information on the issue and immediately marshaled his staff, and the GM Regional Rep to get our buyback processed ASAP. Everything has gone smooth and we are picking our new Bolt EUV today!
Moral? Things fall through the cracks, but at the end of the day, Diver will work the problem until it is solved and make sure the customer is satisfied!

The purpose of my visit to Diver Chevrolet was not voluntary. My car broke down and eventually would be replaced after seven wonderful years. I planned to have the car for two more years so, I was frustrated and upset. Thankfully, Ric Provided excellent service. He provided a loaner vehicle a few days later when I needed to drive to work. It took over a week for me to find out what was wrong with my car. Ric contacted me every day to update me, even when there were no updates. In the end, I needed an extra day to tow my car out of Diver. He oversaw the process when I was unable to be there in person. I came into Diver Chevrolet with the expectation of not walking out with a car. I was welcomed and greeted by Ms. Peggy Saxton. I informed that I was interested in the Blue Camaro,a DNA if it wasn't to troubling can I see the vehicle. Ms. Peggy went to garage and retrieved the vehicle and there it was, beautiful as ever. Anyway, Peggy and I went back to her desk and I explained to her that my credit was not all that great, and I'm trying to rebuild it. She informed me that she will talk to the manager and run some possible numbers to include the rates, so I can get a feel of what I maybe looking at. I decided to roll the dice, and go for it. Ms. Peggy came back and said that I was approved, and I almost cried right there on the spot. Ms. Peggy made me feel comfortable with her by her customer service and her willingness to go the extra mile. There was no pressure into buying a vehicle, it was a real conversation and a care to make me feel comfortable. I was in the dealership by 9:15 and out by 11am. I'm very truly grateful and thankful to Ms. Peggy, her manager, and the numbers guy (Mr. Thomas R).

I can't say enough about Tom Hildebrandt and the settlement guy (don't remember his name). You should be proud to have a guy like Tom as a salesman. Like I wrote on the Chevy Questionaire, after 5 minutes with Tom, my wife looked at me and said "I would buy another car from him".
Tom was friendly, professional and he listened. The settlement guy couldn't have been any nicer. We felt like we were actually dealing with a family member. I will tell you that we are now going to be part of the loyal Diver client base because of these 2 men, especially Tom .

I had what could of been major Transmission Issues on 2016 Silverado, The service department was great, the service advisor Ric Boyle was very professional in handling my questions and concerns during a period of time where the work backlog was great. I would of hoped that it could of been done sooner, yet I sense that they did the best they could under the circumstances. (They were the 2nd company to work on it)
The work was outstanding; the transmission seems to be operating better than it was when it was new. It shifts smoothly in all the forward gears with no delays and it is shifting into reverse smoothly.
Ric told me up front that they have transmission shop with the capabilities of doing the work inhouse with knowledgeable Chevy certified mechanics. I will make this my prefer dealer for service and future purchases. Thank you Ric, Thank you Diver Chevrolet

I researched the truck I wanted and contacted several dealerships. None of them had what I wanted. One dealership said they could get me the truck I wanted but it would take some time. All of the dealerships wanted to talk price and down payment without even having the truck I wanted. I found the truck I wanted online and contacted Diver Chevrolet over the internet. The next day I was contacted by there internet sales manager Thomas Pierce. We did the whole deal by text message or email. Diver Chevrolet is almost an hour and a half from my home and they delivered the truck the very next day. Dave Gershman delivered the truck to me and went over all of the features. It was the easiest vehicle purchase that I have ever done. They didn't try haggling and gave me what I believe was a great deal. I feel that Thomas even went the extra step to find me more rebates. This was the best dealership I've been to in Delaware and Maryland. The associate I worked with, Erik Jr., was the most hard-working salesman I've met. I came in late night to Diver after an entire day of looking at every other dealership around. Diver was my last stop as they were the furthest away from my home. Even though I kept Erik jr. there for two hours after closing, he was always the most friendly guy in the world, even after the paper work was signed and he could've just went home, he stayed for an extra half hour just to teach my wife how to use all the features. He was never pushy, the whole experience just felt right, like I really was a valued customer.... Something you really don't feel much of anymore. I walked in to take a look at a new Trax because I have been researching this car and I needed to test it out to make sure it felt comfortable to drive/ride in. As soon as we arrived, the Trax I was looking at online was parked out front; if that isn’t a sign! Once we walked inside, Tom was very courteous and willing to assist! He let my partner and I take the Trax out for a test drive and I immediately fell in love. As if no care or checking is to make sure my truck comes back 100% as it went in. I am funny about cleaning my truck & it just burns me that every time greasy prints & hand prints left on my truck. The first time I went to Diver chevrolet there was errors in the process of vehicle maintenance check in procedures, and my vehicle didn't get services after sitting there two hours. I wrote a not so good review, but honest. I will never lie in my reviews. Diver chevrolet not only read, and responded to my review but also called to fully understand what had happened. They were fully committed to correcting there faults, and excepted fault for the errors. Two days later I returned there for service on my two vehicles as they told me they would fix the procedures to make sure it wouldn't happen to future customers. When I arrived for service they had there whole staff making sure when you arrived you knew exactly where you have to go, and who you need to see. To have a positive turn around that fast shows they care about the customer. The service my vehicles received was too notch as I have always gotten from chevy dealership service department.

We have been buying Chevrolets from Diver for 49+ years. A few weeks ago we visited the showroom for about 35 minutes. We had some time between appointments and we wanted to take a look at the 2018 Traverse. Matt Anderson was extremely helpful throughout the process. We went back in the early afternoon, test drove the Traverse and bought that vehicle that had been on the showroom floor.
Usually we take a long time to make a decision on a new car and keep them for 10 years and 150,000+ miles. I was waiting for GM to announce a new Trailblazer to replace our 2009 Trailblazer with 163,000 miles. in the middle of the sales process, Rich Diver came over and told us that it was rumored that GM would likely announce the new Trailblazer that afternoon. A great "heads up" from Rich and momentary dilemma for us. Do we wait for the new Trailblazer or proceed to buy the Traverse? A quick decision. We liked the Traverse and finalized the purchase.
That was two weeks ago and we really like the vehicle and appreciate the personal attention from Matt and Rich.

Everyone I talk to is always nice and pleasant and what I thought would take over an hour to get done, they only took 45 minutes! I was in and out with my car fully inspected and oil changed as well. At first he told my husband there was nothing wrong with the battery. My husband insisted that the car stay overnight and of-course the battery turned out to be bad and had to be replaced. I always have a great experience when taking my 2008 Suburban for service, however this last time was especially exceptional. I had been having an annoying sound coming from my stereo for months and every time I would take it in they could not duplicate it. This last time I asked that they not give it back to me until they found it because it had become so incredibly annoying and frustrating. They were able to finally hear the noise but not duplicate it and thought they knew what the problem was but were not 100% sure. In addition to the regular service they also found some other issue with the AC etc...and the bill was piling up. I gave them the go ahead to do all work including the "possible" solution to the problem. This is where they blew me away. Bill called and said he would prefer I take the truck home and see if I hear the noise. The service team had disconnected what they thought was the problem...if it made the noise it was solution A and if I didn't it was then solution B. When I went to pick up the truck Bill informed me that he did not go ahead with the AC issue as it was mid-winter and not urgent, and the noise issue could potentially be expensive. Who does that anymore? I had given them full permission to fix all the issues which would have been costly. At the end of the day it ended up being a cheaper fix then initially thought. So I did not spend as much money as they could have made in repairs that particular day, but I will never go to anyone else for any of my repairs and or service. Honesty and integrity prevails and good customer service is still alive at Diver Chevrolet!

I had a noise in my 2014 Traverse that was bothering me. I was not able to create the noise when I got to Divers. The technician and I drove the car for a few miles but could not recreate the sound. Mark, the technician did do a safety check on my car to make sure that it was safe for me to drive. There were a couple of things suggested to me that needed to be done in the near future (not related to the sound I've been hearing in my car).

I have been searching for car for my 18 year old daughter. I begin my search online and that's when I came across Diver Chevrolet.
When I called I was greeted by Mrs Jodi who welcome me to come and check out the car I was interested in.
I checked out the car and wasn't sold right away on getting it. When I was getting ready to leave and continue my search elsewhere, Mrs Jodi asked my husband and I to hold tight because she wanted to look into another option.
When Mrs jodi returned she said she had the perfect car for my daughter and was offered the car at an amazing price.
She took time out of her schedule to drive the car to my mechanic fir him to checkout.
Later on in the week I brought my daughter down to see the car and to make sure it was a perfect fit. Mrs Jodi took my daughter on a nice drive. The drive didn't feel like business as usual it was more like a family drive!
My daughter was sold and I was too! My husband wanted the car for himself the first day he saw it!!
When it was time to move forward in purchasing the car, there was a discrepancy with price with management. However, Jodi stepped up and made everything possible! If it wasn't for Mrs Jodi I would have never visited this dealership again. I will refer everyone I know to her.

The work was completed as defined. In general, Diver does a great job. This time not really up to their high standards. Had a 7:20am appointment, heard nothing so stopped off around 2:30pm. The work had not been started. Got the Truck back around 4pm. Next day went to a another location to have my alignment done and they indicated that that my battery should be replaced as it was not performing at the correct level. I confirmed the readings and replaced the battery. Diver had done a courtesy check and indicated that the battery was fine. Disappointed that Diver had not indicated there was an issue with the battery.

This sounds almost like a duplicate of the review below. I called up Scott and told him what I was looking for in a Chevy Equinox. He told me that there were two Equinoxes in stock that matched my requirements exactly. He told me the two color choices and my wife picked the red color. When I came to the showroom, the car was ready for me to drive away in - if the price was right. Scott was more than happy to sit down and explain my options - leasing or purchase - and without any pressure, and with answering all of my questions, I drove off with the new Equinox. Recently, as I was driving away from the DuPont Highway DMV, a fellow motorist alerted me that the left rear tire of my 2018 Chevy Cruze had gone flat.
I immediately phoned my Diver Chevrolet Service Manager , Mr. Ric Boyle. Without hesitation, Ric instructed that I should proceed directly to Diver Chevrolet for Service.
Upon arrival, Manager Boyle ordered that my vehicle be placed in a Service Bay for the expeditious installation of a brand new tire. When he discovered that my particular new tire was not in stock, he ordered one! Meanwhile, I chilled out in the Customer Lounge, while enjoying TV and free refreshments! Awesome!

My wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Diver Chevrolet in early March, 2015. We prefer to do as much of the car buying process as we can online so we put our information through and were shortly contacted by sales associate,Jim Van Dyke. He was extremely pleasant and down to earth. it was a no-pressure conversation and we set everything up to be completed within a day or two.
Now to the part that everyone hates. Actually going to the dealership to be tricked into buying every unnecessary added coverage and hidden fee by some swarmy finance guy while salesmen are staring you down like starved lions being shown a 200 lb steak. This experience is usually right up there with getting hit by a speeding bus. This is the time where you see if the management of the dealership either "gets it" or doesn't.
If they get it, they will make it a pleasant, pressure free experience and you will provide great word of mouth recommendations to other people to shop there. If they don't get it, they will try every lame trick in the book to try and make a little more profit. You will then trash them on every review site you find and over time the dealership will lose much more in potential sales because of the negative reviews than the pittance they tried to make on you through deception.
When we got to the dealership we were greeted by Jim and again he was a very pleasant and down to earth guy as was everyone we came in contact with. He introduced us to the guy handling the financing that day and to my great surprise there were no tricks up his sleeve. He showed us a very easy to follow printout with 3 different columns indicating different extended coverage options, if we chose to add any.
Yes, the most expensive column had all the non-essential add-ons that they try to get you to buy and that's fine. The key is how he's going to act when you turn them down. Is he going to be the stereotypical slimy used car pitchman/finance crook or is he going to treat you like an adult? We did want the basic 3 year added coverage and we picked that option. The finance guy gave us no trouble and didn't try to persuade us to get anything we didn't want. Refreshing!
It ended up being a quick, hassle-free and pressure-free purchase and Diver Chevrolet seems to get it. I would recommend this dealership to others and buy from them again. I haven't used their maintenance department so I can't speak to that but the sales process was excellent.

Dropped in on 12/31/15 to look at end of year specials. Saw an advertisement online for a Chevy Malibu lease and thought I'd take a look at this local dealer to replace my high mileage T-16 Skyhopper. It was the first time I visited this dealership and I was blown away by the well kept and managed facility. Massive hangar space for new or personal vehicles brought in for maintenance was phenomenal to see. I've seen nothing like it in this galaxy.
The Internet Sales Manager was quick to introduce me to Sales Consultant, Ilene, upon my arrival. Ilene provided me with a test drive of a 2016 Malibu Limited. It was a great test ride and I felt that all of my questions were answered. Initially, I wasn't expecting to purchase. I didn't feel pushed by Diver to buy as some sales departments can behave. However, with such a strong deal that Ilene and her sales manager were able to provide at year end, I couldn't pass up on it. I happily purchased and picked it up in 2 days that following weekend after it was washed and fueled.
Over the weekend, I noticed that the radio was not working (it actually wasn't working well during the test drive, but was assured that a software update would fix it). It would lock up when browsing XM. I brought it into the dealership to have a software update performed. When the software update failed to upload, the dealership replaced the radio unit. They generously kept the car for a few extra days until I had the time to get over there. They also provided a free shuttle from my house for me to pick it up!
Overall, I have been impressed by the service and attention to detail that Diver provides. This has been one of the best dealership experiences I have had.

I was also advised that my car is scheduled for recall and the order was placed for the parts. I will receive notification when the parts come in. Just as an aside, the notice from Chevrolet was waiting for me when I got home. Service is really on top of things.

Brought vehicle in for service, two issues that have been chronic issues for the 2016 Malibu, yet GM has yet to provide recall notices, (this is not the dealership fault- this is GM itself). First was that the vehicle would not register that it was in "park". GM should have sent a letter out about this, luckily I discovered this 4 days before my warranty ended! Secondly; I did receive a notice from GM that there was a chronic issue with high tail light assembly and water leaking through there.

I have been visiting Diver Chevy for several years. I purchased of 2012 Traverse from them yesterday. I began my search for a car two weeks ago. I met with their sales person TJ Pierce on a rainy night about a half hour before closing. He not only made me feel welcomed, but he allowed my wife and me to take a vehicle out on a test drive. He reached out to me the following day and thanked me for visiting. He continued to maintain contact with me and went above and beyond my expectations regarding searching for a vehicle. I had decided on a vehicle and went to pick it up on a Saturday. When I looked over the vehicle, I changed my mind and told him that I wanted a different color and style than what I previously told him. He took the time to not only look into his stock, but he also searched the stock of other surrounding dealers. He remained patient and unnerved with me throughout this process. I came in looking for an AWD SUV to replace my car that needed a new transmission, Clay Wessell introduced me to the 2016 Equinox, outlining the features and advantages it had over the Honda CR-V, the other option I was considering purchasing. Clay gave me the option to test drive both the 4-cylinder and V6 model and decide for myself which model I prefered, which was appreciated. I had a prior engagement so my time was limited but Clay was thural with all the information and allowed me to 'borrow' the V6 to see if I really wanted it. After about 4 hours I decide this was the car for me and headed back to the dealership. Trina always has great knowledge of the cars we're looking at and takes care of us (sometimes all day!) when we've test driving cars and trying to make a decision on what to bring home next.
Trina is a super-chill salesperson to work with, and she's always three steps ahead of your. You're not going to be waiting around for long when you make a decision on a car either.

Nice inventory, no parking lot. Curb parking or park in a different location and walk. Kinda an odd place for a dealership. Didn't end up making a deal as they offered me $3,500 for my trade in and the sales manager insulted my intelligence of what my car was worth. Got $5,500 first shot at a different chevy dealership without negotiation, I wanted between $5,000-6,000. Needless to say I purchased elsewhere. Ended up getting my new truck $2,000 cheaper and an extra $2,000 for my car.

I always have a very positive experience at Diver. Mark, my service rep, has always been great. He explains everything. I really feel he has been honest with me about what work I need done on my car. I don't feel like I have ever spent more money than needed. I have gone to other places that have told me I needed a lot of work done to my car, and then I took it to Diver and they told me I didn't. They could have easily just agreed and charged for service I didn't need. They even showed me what to look for so I would know what to look for in the future/.
Besides the service, the waiting room is very nice. There are drinks, clean restrooms and plenty of room to work if you need to work remotely while you wait for your car.

Had a great truck buying experience. Hadn't bought a brand new vehicle in over thirty years, things have changed. I was referred to Diver Chevy by a coworker, that's how we met Scott. My son a I went to test drive some 2016 4x4 pickups and there happen to be a mutual friend of theirs there (small world). That sort of opened up the conversation and we talked about people, race cars, food, Vegas and trucks. He also had a picture of a Nova he used to drag race at the tracks in the tri-state area. We test drove a Silverado and a Colorado during which time he explained the features and options available and had some personal input as he has a truck himself. It seems that once you have a pickup you always have a pickup, I'm replacing a 1994 Silverado, of which I've owned for the last 17 years. To sum things up, Scott was very patience, it took me a while to decide, but he didn't seem to mind at all. In the end he was able to put me in a new Silverado crew cab Z71. If your in the Wilmington, Delaware area look Scott up.

Is $10 going to kill me probably not, but I bought the truck there new and all service has been done there most of it ahead recommended intervals. I even wash the vehicle prior to service knowing I wouldn't want to deal with a filthy vehicle. Come on guys take care of me I'm 28 this won't be my last vehicle.
