I love Davis-Moore Chevrolet!
My daughter needed a dependable car within her budget. Gage went above and beyond to help her get what she needed in an especially difficult and competitive market. He truly had her interests at heart and didn't try to go above her budget or pressure in any way. Not only was he fantastic, but everyone else I came in contact with was as well. Friendly faces, kindness... I could not be more pleased. Oh, and they are raffling a gorgeous vintage car, raising money for charity. I wish I could give them 10 stars...

I was not happy that there was no road hazard offered with the tires that I purchased from Davis Moore. It used to be included so that you could get a credit back for unused tread life. Now you want me to purchase a new tire at $255 bucks when this tire has less than 2000 miles on it.... just crazy!!!!! I cant afford to spend $255 every few months for replacement tires..... I am definitely looking for a place that will patch the current tire and provide better ongoing service options.

Everything was fine - except parking a Corvette tight between two cars, after servicing, made it extremely difficult to get in. We take very good care of our vehicles as well. Door dings are not something that increases value. Everything else was fine.

Recently had my oil changed in my Acadia. Saw on my paper once I returned home, that I need to replace my front pads on my brakes. Not sure why I wasn’t told or spoken too about this. Leaving for vacation knowing my brake pads aren’t the best didn’t sit well with me. Again service may not have been able to be completed but I would have make arrangements to drive another car. I think it’s just the acknowledgment that something needs fixed on my car I purchased from you; and yet nothing was said.

I was traveling to Wichita from KC to see my father in the hospital when I had several warning lights about my braking system go off. I was almost to Wichita and called them to see if they could at least run a diagnostic on the lights to see what would need to happen next. This was first thing Saturday and they were really busy. They got me in quickly and luckily found out that my front wheel bearing was going out before things got worse. They repaired the truck and had me finished and out of there by 10:30am. They worked me in when they didn't have to and the fact they did allowed me to get to the hospital way sooner than expected. I'll be back to buy a 3rd vehicle from them when the time comes.

Mark Ouelette does a great job of 'no pressure' leadership and sales. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased with his assistance. The new salesman that we worked with had a great personality and very personable. His name is Chris Banks. In the past I would drive up to 500 miles to purchase my vehicles but since I bought my first vehicle at davis moore and now my second, I will keep my business here in town.

As always Caden Runyan is a pleasure to work with and is always accommodating to my needs. I did have an issue with a leak in one of my tires I suggested that the valve stem be changed when the tech assessed the tire he stated that no leaks were found at this time but there is definitely a leak because I have to put air in every week or two so although it is very slow there is a leak. Caden apologized for not being on top of the situation better and I told him I would keep an eye on the tire and see what happens.

Working with the sales representative was a very positive experience. He wasn't pushy, gave me the freedom to look around and test drive a vehicle without badgering me, and he was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle I was looking for.
However once I proceeded with purchasing the vehicle, their financing process was super shady. They tried to get me to sign a document selecting a car payment and loan length without showing any fees or interest rates. I was told I couldn't get that information without first signing this sheet which I didn't agree to. I ended up receiving financing myself outside of the dealership due to their shady practices.
Also the dealership gave me a low-ball offer on my trade-in and we had to play the game where I'd disagree with the offer and they'd go back to some other office and come back with some slightly better amount. Did this circus over and over again until I finally got acceptable amount. Annoying to say the least.

Johnathon Starling handled the transaction in a very professional manner, always treating me with courtesy and respect. He answered all of my phone calls and texts, which was very reassuring. My salesman was “Big Al”, and like his greeting, “hello friend”, he treated my like a friend. Both these men made my experience of buying a car very enjoyable. The two places lacking were the low ball offers for the trade in. They offered less on our trade in than another dealer offered to buy out right. Buying out right should never be more than trade in. The second lacking part, which we didn’t even think about until after we were gone, we were never offered GAP insurance in finance.

This was my third time coming to your service department for an oil change. The first time I came in, I was charged way more than the 69.99 it was supposed to be, so much more that the cashier put a coupon on my bill to lower it. The second time, I was charged correctly. This time, I booked my appointment online at a cost of 69.99 and thought that everything should be fine, buy when it came time to pay gor my service, I was told that it would be almost $100. When I asked why it was so high, I was told that was the cost, but again they offered to lower it for me by $10. Only when I showed the email confirmation I had, did they correct the price. I can't honestly say that I will come back after 66% of my visits have been priced wrong.

Had an appointment at 7am, dropped my Tahoe off pretty close to 7. It did not get looked at until around 3pm. Why make an appoinment? The service rep explained another job ran over but still, I made the appoinment about a week before. Had to pick it up that evening and take it back next day. Seems like it finally did get fixed though on the second day. Also just to note the problem didn't seem to start until after we got it back from this same service shop for a Trans and rear diff service. All that being said, we have not had any issues (yet) since I picked it up after the nearly $1000 repair was finished.

This purchase was for business. The salesman was good to keep me i the know and did a great job working interference with his management. I feel he had my best interest in mind. He had to get the GM involved over first steps of financing. Email between him and me was misinterpreted about payment options. What was to be a quick transaction lasted in my opinion about an hour too long. Meanwhile while was waiting at the sales desk, other sales staff were joking loudly on the showroom floor acting I feel unprofessionally due to not much activity. I had to complete the paperwork for our LLC for the F&I staff. I'm not a very patient waiter and its not good to sit there waiting and then observe the surroundings of the showroom floor. I have most definitely had worse experiences with car buying but this was not my best.

When I made my first appointment, I told the technician that I would need a ride home. I called on the morning of my appointment (when I was leaving work to come drop off my car) and asked again if there was a driver to take my home. I was told there was a driver working that day. When I arrived at my appointment time, the driver had recently been sent to Haysville. Therefore, I would have had a 45-60 minute wait for the driver to get to Haysville and back to take me home. I would have appreciated being told about this wait when I called on my way to my appointment. Since I just got off of a 12 hour work shift, I did not want to wait this long for a ride home. I rescheduled my appointment.

The work was done, but a tire change too 6 hours to complete, the lost one my caps to my tire and I had to return to get it. Then I noticed later that they removed the wheel lock from my glove box and never returned it so now my wheel lock is missing. I called and they mentioned that they have several so they can replace it. My question is, if you have so many, then why was my taken from my glove box. The previous trip to service was also a nightmare. After I spent 58k on a vehicle to bring it back for inspection that I had a 10am appt for, I did not leave for 7 hours. I was promised a return call for work that was still supposed to be done, and no called. They tried to give me a loaner car that was about to have a flat and had exterior damage. I just spent 58K on a new car and your putting me in this? Do not recommend service here at this time.

Well, looking at the paperwork today, six days after we purchased the truck, the payment is $758. And, the young man who had us sign all of the papers did not tell us how much the payment would be.

The car buying experience was great. I bought a used car that was just traded in and posted on the website. I was busy, so I did the negotiation through email and it was quick and easy. Delivery, however, did not go as smooth. I was going to pick up on a Monday, but I delayed until Tuesday as I was waiting on my loan. So I went on Tuesday and they had lost the keys! They did great getting a brand new key, but it wasn't detailed yet. I took it that evening anyway and brought it back Thursday for the detail and they took 7 hours and lost the floor mats. They are doing a great job at making up for the mistakes and making me whole, but it doesn't make me feel confident to go here for service. I'd be afraid of them losing something else.

The truck was almost perfect, I just noticed that it had a crack in the windshield, and the rear headrests were missing. I decided I had to have it, so he had the service dept put in a new windshield while we filled out the paperwork. He even tracked down the previous owner and had the headrests ready to pick up in his office the next day. Fantastic service! Would definitely buy from Big Al and Davis-Moore again!

This is my second visit to Davis Moore. I had never been before as I am not from the area- I simply googled Chevy dealers in the area and found them close to my apartment. There was a lot of my time wasted sitting around waiting; everything from someone checking out all the keys to vehicles so that I couldn't look at the vehicle that I wanted, to long waits during the actual car buying process. Had my Chevy Traverse checked for a noise coming from the suspension. Turns out my struts and mounts needed to be replaced. Got my Traverse back the there was still a noise. Called back and found out the my mounts had not been replaced, so I thought I was over charged. Turns out there had been a miscommunication and I did not pay for the mounts. However they asked me to bring the car back in and they would check the noise out. WELL the noise was from a lose carriage bolt (very important). They worked on my car for two additional days, and fixed the problem at no charge due to the miscommunication we had. Finance kid (Issiah?), I caught him lying to me 3 times, then he wanted to act like he didn't know what I was talking about. He also tried to charge me 7.04% new car interest rate, which was the HIGHEST rate of 3 inquiries returned. Why? Because Davis-Moore gets a kickback from the financing. When I caught him lying about this, he tried another lie to cover this one up. ...not today, punk. He nearly lost the sale because he was trying to take advantage of me - and also not disclosing APR until almost the last page being signed - then casually mentioned something else on that page. When I asked about this, he told me I had to have this rate for at least 6 months before refinancing at a lower rate.

When I went to Mark the sales mgr., I found out he only did 2 inquiries, not 3 (another lie). I about walked out.
Mark got the APR to 4.94% -- from 7.04% -- which is why they are getting a 3 star rating.

First I'll share that my age is 50, I'm not originally from Kansas, and I am a diehard, loyal Chevy owner since 1987. So over the years I've had plenty of experiences with auto dealerships. I chose to visit Davis-Moore because I felt after researching online they have the best reputation in the greater Wichita, KS area.
My expectations were exceeded at Davis-Moore. I was immediately greeted at the sales entrance by Allen Ceynar, "Big Al" as he is known, with a very friendly, positive, enthusiastic, no pressure welcome to Davis-Moore. We discussed a couple models and a price range I was interested in. He only asked to see my driver's license at this point before we went for any test drives, which was a nice at ease feeling because most all my past auto buying experiences I was pressured to provide all my further information for dealers to run a credit check before proceeding. At Davis-Moore, Big Al took the time and courteous consideration of my personal needs and interest rather than that of selling me the most expensive vehicle my credit will allow as past dealerships have attempted. My experience with Big Al in this auto shopping experience helped me feel more than comfortable enough that I didn't need to continue shopping at other dealerships.
Once I made a decision on the auto I wanted to purchase then Big Al asked for the additional information needed to verify my credit worthiness, which included how much of a down payment, if any, I would make. The key word he used here was would and not could. Again, showing consideration and not pressure. I provided more than one down payment offer initially as I was looking for a certain cap on a monthly payment plan without revealing how much I was willing to put down. This whole process again was very considerate and with no pressure, which was a new experience in its self for me. This process was handled very well and professionally and I agreed on a down payment and price knowing that I might add additional warranty and accessories at additional cost.
Davis-Moore Chevrolet provided me the best auto buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend anyone interested in a new or used car to make one of the Davis-Moore dealerships a must visit before committing to a vehicle purchase anywhere else in this region of the US. They fully lived up to their own claim to give their customers a phenomenal experience. It wasn't just an advertisement pitch.

Bought a brand new Chevy Bolt (electric car), and the infotainment system went seriously flaky shortly thereafter. Took it to Davis-Moore Chevrolet in Witchita. Kimberly Gorton was very courteous and careful to be sure it was charged for the long (2 hour) drive back home. It was very reliably flaky right up till we got it to Davis-Moore. Kimberly listened and agreed there was a problem. Wendell worked on it. He ordered a replacement and related parts. And when done we picked it up, and discussed the issue with Wendell. And drove it home. With around 1000 miles on the new Bolt. It now has over 3000 miles and guess what? NOT A SINGLE INCIDENT OF INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM PROBLEM. Summary: We feel we got excellent service (1) because of the courteous interface (2) because they listened and respected our experience and (3) because the new Bolt runs flawlessly for the next 2000 miles. AND BTW - WE LOVE OUR BOLT and drive it as our primary "around town" car. The pickup truck is used for road trips and hauling, so is our backup. And it doesn't hurt that there is FREE COMPLIMENTARY CHARGING nearby - so fuel is free, we rarely use the brakes because 1-pedal driving stops it usually in plenty of time, and we smile every time we drive by a gas station and oil change place - meaning we delight in LOW TO NO MAINTENANCE.
Bottom line: Thank You David-Moore Chevrolet for great service; Thank you Chevrolet for the Bolt, a truly great car.

I brought my truck in for a warranty repair as well as a replacement of a haptic motor in the driver’s side seat and a seat heating element in the passenger seat. The service manager Shawn was polite and communicates very well. The only complaint that I had was my backseat was in disarray when I picked up the truck (car seats on top of each other and other things on the floor). I addressed this with them and they apologized that things were not put back the way they were when the truck was brought in. I told them I would be happy to remove the seats in the future if it is needed if they would let me know when scheduling the appointment. I assumed that since the repairs where only on the front seats that this would not be necessary. On further inspection when I got the truck home one of the seat clips wasn’t clamped on the driver’s seat and on the passenger side seat a wire bundle was left in the slide rail where if left undiscovered would have damaged the wires when the seat was adjusted. Overall the repairs seem to have been done properly it was just the finishing touches that were lacking.

Before I purchased my Equinox from Davis-Moore, I had visited three other dealerships. The salesmen were pleasant enough, but I felt like a number because they did not address me by my name. When I was recommended to try Big Al at Davis-Moore, he quickly searched the inventory. I went to Davis-Moore and Big Al called me by my name and was ready for me. I did not have to wait for my test drive. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the model and even quoted specific details about the very car that I was interest in. In addition, Faron called me before I visited to see if I had any questions. I really appreciated Faron’s courtesy call because I was able to ask questions and that allowed me to be more prepared to make a purchase. Chandler had sent me some helpful emails and Mark made sure that I was satisfied with the condition and price of the vehicle. The purchase price of the vehicle was in accordance with the estimated price range in Kelley Blue Book. It was actually on the low end. I knew I was getting a great deal because the car I was purchasing was certified which added to its value. In addition, I added on the signature finish option. Christian, Joel, and Mark worked as a team to ensure I had a pleasant experience while working with them over the phone in my attempts to secure a new vehicle for my son. Christian did not pressure me and he was not sales-pitchy. Mark worked behind the scenes and agreed to a decent price. Joel sent me important confirmations via email and took my credit card info so the vehicle would be held for me until the following Monday. Both Christian and Joel were professional and courteous. Mark was even kind enough to not charge my credit card the deposit that is normally required to hold a vehicle. If Monday goes well, I will definitely be back to work with them again on my next purchase.
**Update: Well, it's Monday night and I have just arrived home after a very long, and stress-filled day. I will admit, my face-to-face experience was VERY different from the experience I received on the phone just two days prior. Not to go into any details, as that would not be very kind, it took a GREAT DEAL of encouraging on the part of Dominique to get me to even purchase anything. I do appreciate the efforts of the main sales associate that was working with me (Wally), as he made some solid attempts to rectify the situation on his own when the vehicle I originally came to retrieve, was not in the condition I was expecting. Even though I had quickly become a pain in everyone's neck - Wally, Mark, and Dominique didn't just let me leave without a fight. They kept asking me back and worked with me again on the final price of a higher trim level car that I did end up purchasing (thanks to the efforts of Dominique). Dominique, especially should be commended on his skillful ability to turn the whole situation around and still remain professional and courteous towards me. Even though he has only been with Davis-Moore for a short period of time, his experience and expertise was apparent. He was knowledgeable and able to answer every question I had, no matter how dumb they were or irritating it was to him. I am fully aware, I left that dealership being viewed as a "royal pain," but they still fought to earn my business, even knowing I was not purchasing a high-dollar vehicle. For the reasons I've stated above, I have still chosen to rate this dealership 4 stars. The stress and exhaustion that came from the whole ordeal, however, did lose them a star and probably should have lost them more - but Dominique worked his magic, Mark reduced the final price once more to compensate, and Wally was still friendly towards my son and I upon our departure (even though he probably didn't want to be).
**A few suggestions, however, for the dealership and staff: 1) Be up-front about a vehicle's actual condition ahead of time, especially if you are making the sale virtually or over the phone. Customers rely on your honesty and its disheartening to drive 2 hours, with money in hand, only to be disappointed. 2) Don't patronize your customers. Give them real smiles and real kindness. We can tell when we are just being humored and placated. The direct, honest approach really is the best. 3) Let your customers work in person with the same sales associates they worked with virtually or over the phone. They have built a rapport with that person and it's confusing when someone new is sprung upon them. 4) Make sure the last person your customers see (the finance manager) have taken some form of etiquette and customer service trainings. A personable, humble finance manager can seal the deal and an arrogant, rude one can break it. 5) Look your customers in the eye. Especially, when you are asking them to spend more money and forcing them to haggle with you. 6) And last but not least, from the words of Dominique himself.....every customer should be viewed as important and worthy of appropriate treatment no matter how much they are spending at your dealership. Sometimes it's those small sales that keep your bills paid and food in your children's mouths, so please do not devalue the common people and what they bring to the table.

Al said my suburban was ready to pick up, except for the XM radio was not working.
I picked up the suburban and noticed the air dam bolt and clip was not installed, Al mentioned to me I saw the mechanic looking under the vehicle so I assumed it was fixed.
Then as we are driving off my son says dad is the new carpet supposed to be the same color, its is darker.
The rear defroster clip for the harness on the right side was broken and when it was repaired on 7-7-20 they did not remove the broken clip, the new one was soldered next to it, not professional at all.
When I purchased the vehicle I was told everything would work and I would get a month trial of XM. The XM antenna will not work. Al told me yesterday that the cost to repair the XM would be on me, wow, I purchased the vehicle on 6-9-20 and I mentioned the items above to Al that needed cleaned or repaired, (except for XM, did not know it didn't work until I tried the free trial) I was called on 6-12-20 that the vehicle was ready. I was able to pick it up until 6-15-20.
When picking up the vehicle I noticed the carpet still had the red stain and the harness clip for the rear defrost was not repaired, Al mentioned he would call me to schedule a detail, it took several days for us to connect.
Yes, I purchased a used vehicle but I expect the vehicle to operate as new. There was nothing disclosed that the XM may or may not work, the rear defroster will or will not work, we will replace the carpet but the color may not match.

Somewhat overpowering and pushy on the sale. I asked for a few items on the vehicle to be looked at and repaired and they were not taken care of.
The carpet was covered in candy and a red stain and the floor mats were in bad shape. I asked for new mats and was told it was my responsibility but I was told the carpet would look new from the detail.
Picked up the vehicle and the red stain was not removed.
There are a couple small surface rust areas and asked to have those taken care of, they were not, I asked about them at pick up and was told they did there best...the areas were not touched.
I looked at the vehicle before it was detailed and I purchased the vehicle before it was detailed.
When the vehicle was ready to pick up the salesman did not call me, it was someone else, not professional for someone who just made commission on my purchase.

My truck by an experience here was pretty good. We had a little issue finding the vehicle that I wanted. We found the color, interior and features I wanted in a vehicle located a different lot. My sales guy put in the request for that vehicle and we thought we got it. But unfortunately the other dealership was far less professional then Davis-Moore. They sold the vehicle locally and never bother to tell Davis-Moore about it for several days. We went after another truck and a different dealership again. Everything was planned out and good to go. We thought we had it. We schedule the pickup for 3 weeks out so I can do it with a certain young boy who wouldn't be available for a couple weeks. When I called that morning to tell him what time we will be arriving, that's when we found out that we also lost that truck. Unfortunately that message hadn't been passed on to us either. A few days later though the perfect opportunity arose with a truck that was on the lot. It was even better than what we had set our sights on. We made the arrangements and the truck is mine. My sales guy was great the whole time. As was the financial advisor. I will be back in a year or so when I'm ready to trade this truck in on a newer model! I would recommend Davis-Moore.

It was ok, nothing special. I had the oil changed and tires rotated, it took right at an hour. Could be a little quicker but wasn’t bad.

My family was driving from Minnesota to Oklahoma on 12/21/2017. We were driving through Wichita that night when our 2010 Chevy Equinox went into reduced power mode. We limped our way to a hotel. Shortly after 7:00 AM on Friday, I drove over to Davis-Moore Chevrolet. Scott Davis was our service consultant. I explained our situation and Scott said they would try to get us back on the road ASAP. They had a courtesy van drive me back to the hotel. Shortly after 11:00 AM, Scott called to say that the car was ready. We were back on the road before noon. Scott and the team at Davis-Moore is great. It has been over a month since the repairs and the car is running great.
