We had such a great experience at this dealership! Their reviews are accurate. We arrived, parked, I went to walk around to check things out. My partner went inside to use the facilities. Not one employee was pushy or overbearing. They politely said you let us know when you need something. We got some keys to look at cars. We decided to go on a test drive. This entire time they let us do our own thing. I can't say how much this reduces levels of stress especially when making such a large purchase. We went inside, asked some questions, they did some checking on loan options/interest rates for us. This entire time I didn't feel pushed to make any decisions. We bought a car that day and were very pleased with the experience! Jason was our oh so helpful salesman. We would definitely return!

I almost never give 4-5 star reviews as I'm highly critical of service working in service industry internationally for several decades. We spent weeks looking online at used cars to replace one for my in-laws and kept finding great options...until you show up and find out the vehicle you wanted was a fake vehicle or was mysteriously "in service" and unable to be seen. This was the only literal dealer who's online inventory and pricing matched exactly what was seen. We looked at several vehicles until settling on a Sonata with good mileage for the year and in great condition for the age. Jason (Sales Mgr) was a pleasure to work with and put up with my in-laws deep sarcasm and 40yr old car negotiation tactics that never work but seem to always elicit a good laugh and fun conversation. Pricing was as fair as could be expected considering the current state of vehicle supply (used AND new) and overall their service and personality was absolute top notch IMHO. This is the first vehicle I have bought from a "secondary" market dealer and after now, will consider it again if/when needed based only on their overall service. Thanks Jason and team for making this experience positive and setting dad up with a reliable vehicle that should get him through many more years.

Hands down the best car buying experience I've had! There was absolutely NO PRESSURE. The atmosphere was laid back and very friendly. They were honest and to the point. The first time i pulled onto the lot i was able to get out and look around at vehicles with out being bombarded by salesmen. I went in and asked how test drives work there and they were more than happy to get the keys and let me drive a few. JASON was the one i worked with and he went above and beyond. This is the one dealership that went on to help find vehicles that fit what i was wanting and looking for. I hands down recommend this place to others! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great people and service! We arrived there to look at a specific vehicle that had just been placed online. We looked at it, inside and out. They didn't harass us as many dealerships do-you know, how they see you pull in and a salesperson immediately appears in your face. They didn't do that, which was very nice. Once we finished inspecting the car, we found a salesperson and asked if we could take it out for a test drive. After copying our drivers license, we were handed the keys with a "see you in 20," and we were left to take the car. Much better and less awkward to drive it without a chaperone. Came back and decided we were going to buy it. Got a great offer for a trade-in, signed the paperwork, and since we were using our own bank and it was after 5, we left to go to our bank the next morning and return here to close the deal. Very smooth; no pressure; felt completely at ease. They spoke to us in a normal conversational manner-you know, like a human-unlike the faux-pleasant, super-saccharine affect of a salesman trying too hard at selling himself rather than the car doing most of the talking. Wonderful experience! Highly recommended!

I visited the dealership 3 times over 6 months looking for a used van. I was met with courtesy each time. I was allowed to drive the van by myself to test drive which seems to a rarity these days. No pressure sales is the mainstay of this operation. If you can’t agree on price you are politely turned down. The sales experience was actually enjoyable. Very good deal on a nice used van.

I had a great experience at this dealer! I knew which car I wanted to look at before I went in and they had it pulled up and waiting for me. He copied my license rather than taking it and holding it hostage as I've had other dealers do, handed me the key and let me load up my kids and test it. The car had more than half a tank so I had ample time to take it wherever I needed to, to test the car. After I got back he gave me time to discuss with my parents between this and another dealer's car and then gave me a great deal on the car. Great experience, I didn't feel overly pressured and I feel Justin has enough experience with cars to give me relatively unbiased advice. Also, the dealers hooked my kids up with pizza and cartoons. :)

If you're looking for a quality used vehicle, this should definitely be on your list of places to look. They have a good selection of vehicles, and a knowledgeable and friendly staff that works to make sure you are comfortable with what they show you. If your credit is less than desireable and you can't get financing, they will try to take you on with their in house lending. Clean facility, and they even put cartoons on to entertain our kids while we went through the whole process!

I have driven by Approved auto sales for years and always thought it was a car lot that got the cars from a cheap auction and the cars was not worth anything. When I went to look at a car I was very impressed with the Quality of cars and when I spoke with Justin he was very professional and was very willing to help. as I took it for a teat drive I didn't feel pressured or rushed. the deal was easy and no rush. when we agreed with a price I was given te keys and told when the bank gives me the check and bring it in when I can. there are not many car dealers that let you take the car before paying for it. I had a past experience with a dealership that would not hold the car for me while the bank sent the paperwork to the underwriter. I had lost hope in a dealership until going to Approved Auto Sales. On our planned trip to Kansas from Wisconsin we were hoping to find a truck from a salt free location. We stopped at 2 other WIchita dealers and were unable to find one in our price range. One experience was what gives used car salesmen a bad rap. When we stepped in America's Auto Mall it was a pleasant experience from the start. Victor has a no pressure approach. We described what we were looking for and a price range and he took us right to two options. All of our questions were answered, he was up front about the history of the vehicle and even though it was near the end of the day there was no rush in any part of the process. We felt like customers should; appreciated, respected and listened to. There was no pitch for added costs like additional service, accessories or warranties. Check them out and ask for Victor.
