Good late evening everyone, This review is long overdue and I apologize to every one of the staff at Advantage. I have been facing a little sickness since the last time your shop worked on my vehicle and this is the reason for the delay. Wichita, you don't even begin to realize how dedicated, caring and integrity keeping this company is as well as practices what it preaches. Many months ago my vehicle had some serious issues with the engine and Jeff who is a master mechanic along with Megan gave me some good options to look at in a used motor. I am happy as well as ecstatic to say they did find me a motor not only reasonable but they took much dedicated time and effort in getting my car running up to speed again. Jeff, I will be bringing my car in soon to get the AC taken care of before it really starts getting hot for summer! Bo, I didn't forget you either brother! Overall good experience. Biggest problem is I was repeatedly told I could leave with a 1000-1500 down payment then after they ran my credit (699) they told me I needed 3-4 bands. I wouldn’t have let them run it if that was the case but besides that they have good cars and that salesman charisma “we all love”

I had a great experience overall. We went on a Saturday afternoon and Bo made the entire buying process pretty smooth without any pressure. He covered all the minor details and was very savvy with the vehicle. Jared the Sales Manager was also key at making our purchase happen. He was able to reach out to our Credit Unions Lending Manager afterhours and get us the financing we needed. Again, overall very satisfied and would definitely buy here again!

Bought my 2011 Dodge Ram from there 3 years ago. It is a good truck and the employees are very nice. But when I was looking at the truck ot had a dead battery, no biggie the y charged it , I drove it and I bought it ! They said they put new battery in it , cool! First cold spell wouldn't start, checked battery , it was out of a Mercedes no where near the cold cranking needed for my Ram. Kind of a cheap move for a possible repeat customer? $200 cost you a repeat customer!

Above and beyond! TLDR; Though we didn't make a deal today, I know that AdvantEdge will be the FIRST place we go to when we're ready for another car! My husband went in around 6:03pm on Sunday (they close at 6) and they still happily helped him to book an appointment for the following Monday. I believe it was Megan who had helped him out, she was very positive and kind! Most employees who have someone come in after hours tend to be a bit (reasonably) disgruntled, but she in no way made him feel like he was being a bother. We were looking to get a quote on one of our cars. I went in today for the appointment and was greeted by (I believe it was) Karina; Even with a mask on, I knew she was greeting me with a smile! She was incredibly upbeat, kind, helpful and on top of it! She explained what the process was as it happened and was open to answer any of my questions. To be honest, I had a very tough day today, and to have been met with such a positive person really turned things around! On top of making a bad day a much better one, I then spoke with the Manager Gabriel who had been the one to look at my car. He sat down with me to discuss the details. He was so honest, upfront and let me know that he likely wouldn't be able to offer me what I would like for the car. However, he let me know what steps I could take to sell the car privately in order to get what I'd like out of the car. He even answered all the questions I had about the process of selling the car privately which he was absolutely in no way obligated to do. From the moment I named my price, he pretty much knew we wouldn't be making a deal, but that changed absolutely nothing about the way he spoke with me or the quality of customer service he provided. I really think that finding an honest, reasonable dealership that understands the needs of their customers is so rare. Other dealerships I went to for offers felt really inauthentic and they were pretty much over it the second they knew we wouldn't be making a deal. ALL of the employees at AdvantEdge were down to earth and so kind. I was absolutely blown away at how genuine and honest everyone there was. Even the gentleman who were sitting at their desks doing work made sure to greet me. I think how employees treat you when they know they will gain legitimately nothing from treating you with kindness says EVERYTHING about a business. Even on my way out, Gabriel and Karina wished me a good evening. COVID-wise: Everyone in the building was wearing a mask, and they even had masks at the front desk to offer to customers who may need them. Hand sanitizer was readily available. They obviously take the pandemic seriously (which I have unfortunately not seen at other dealerships I've been to) and care about their employees and customers health. I think this also says a lot about a business!

Just recently purchased a 2017 Chevrolet impala. I saw it online and had been looking at this particular model for a while. Did my research and knew it was what I wanted. When I went there to do some paperwork I was told I was not qualified for that vehicle cause the bank would not pay for it. I had no interest in any other car so I thought that was the end. Luckily the staff at AdvantEdge were incredibly helpful. Brittany worked diligently to get a bank to qualify me. Gabe and Travis were extremely helpful as well. Having never financed a vehicle they walked me through every step and answered every question for me with confidence. I would strongly recommend this business to anyone looking for a better used car. I bought my car 4 months ago from AdvantEdge Cars. They were very helpful with the financial bind and bad credit from divorce. I was in and out quick, helped me find a car that was in my budget but also looked good. It was quick and simple best experience I've had at a dealership compared to main car dealerships like Rusty Eck Ford which was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. All the staff were very nice. Also I did have a check engine problem and they stopped at nothing to figure it out and to make sure my car was fixed and reliable without charge because they have a 90 day policy. Lastly, It is definitely scary to buy a use car from a dealership but they offer amazing warranty options which gives you the relief you need when driving off the lot knowing your in good hands and if something breaks down it will be covered.I greatly recommend AdvantEdge Quality Cars and with my great experience will come back again for my next car purchase.

The first couple of cars just weren't "the one" so then Zeb showed us the 2011 Ford Escape and knew it was for us. We got the best deal, with zero money down! The salesmen don't work off commission so you don't have to worry about crooked salesmen as much. Also the prices are great because the vehicles come from rental companies (I'm not sure if they all do). My sister bought a Ford Fiesta with about 30k miles from here for about 10k. It did have a couple issues but it was under warranty so it was taken care of. Their inventory isn't great though. We went looking for a Toyota Sienna but they didn't have any. I asked about a Honda but they didn't have that one either. They did get a Sienna in but it had almost 100k miles on it so.... Car shopping is stressful but these guys make it a little easier providing they've got what you're looking for. I want to add that my sister has poor credit and was still able to purchase a nice vehicle.

Found a car online and went in to look specifically at that car. Test drove and made a low ball offer which was turned down. Salesperson who rode in passenger seat did not point out plastic piece on side of console missing and was not visible from drivers seat. Went back a couple of days later and they were able to negotiate pricing with information I had researched. Original salesperson was not there and Bo took over and did a great job. He researched the missing piece and was responsive but no solution was resolved. I didn't notice missing piece until I had taken car home. I should be able to find it at a junk yard so made no more issue of it. Paperwork was completed in a timely manner. All in all I was pleased with the staff and love the new car.

The service manager told me he would charge me the cost of the part plus $10.00 for labor. The service manager was not there today and whoever did the work did not know (I'm assuming) about the price quote. I told the cashier but it was like she did not care. I was in the market for a new car and have VERY bad credit. Mike and Gabriel made it possible to get me a car that I’m in love with. First I called the store and told Mike what I was up against, he took my application and worked the numbers, I went in a few days later and we went over everything, I was a little overwhelmed by the payments and left with no pressure at all. They are very polite and helpful. But I’ve never in my life been asked to do a credit check to test drive a car. I get that it’s a Tesla but it’s a Tesla for $36,000. I test drove a $60,000 Porsche Macan GTS in Kansas City with barely a scan of my drivers license. And the Tesla wasn’t even in great condition. Heck the car I drove up in costs substantially more than $36k. I wasn’t planning to purchase right then and there so I skipped the credit check and just looked at the inside of the vehicle. Again polite people, but the application of their policy is crazy.

Sold us an F-150. Sales staff was not pushy and found many finance options for us. Day of the sale went smooth and was in and out in less than 30 min. Less than a week later the brakes began to squeak and I took it back to them. They found a rock between the rotor and pads and it had basically ruined the entire front brake system. The GM was more than fair and agreed that I did not need to eat the entire repair cost. Great place to do business with. Did not want special treatment. Only wanted fair treatment and they delivered more than that.

Bought a 2008 honda ridgeline from this place around may of this year, sales team was good very friendly. Decent experience at the dealer getting the financing worked out obviously its 36% interest which is criminal but if you have no credit it is what it is. My complaint comes in on the gap insurance they offer, they sell gap insurance through a company called Zurich that states it covers 150% of the value of the vehicle if/when your vehicle becomes totaled. In my case it was hail damage (which should 100% be covered according to the terms of the agreement) and my insurance company held their up and paid the value of the car but the gap insurance was denied because of how the bi weekly payments and how their interested is calculated. The info they submit to the insurance company is fraudulent and will cause all of the gap insurance they sell to be denied due to how they structure their loans. So yeah, 1 star don't trust (take) advantedge they sell gap insurance that doesn't qualify for any of their loans and will try to stick you with a fraudulent balance if you ever need gap insurance which you will with this type of interest rate. Update:: Advantedge did resolve this issue after a BBB complaint and made it right

I purchased a truck from advantedge in late July of last year I believe. So I've waited quite a while to leave a review. Overall my experience was good simply because I got a reliable vehicle. I work on the road so that was imperative. I went in knowing what I needed and knowing enough about what I was looking at. I purchased an 02 chevy with 114xxx miles. It now has well over 130k has been well maintained and only minor repairs have been made. New alternator, some front suspension work, new tires etc. All pretty normal stuff for an old truck. Sales staff were friendly ( tho it is kinda part of the job ). Service department changed a part that was tripping the abs light and made new keys at my request. I had contacted several other dealerships prior to this purchase, and had looked at and driven several trucks. I chose this truck and this dealership because the mileage was about the best I'd seen and the salesmen weren't pushy. The lack of a 5th star has more to do with the nature of the used car business than it does with this dealership specifically. Any dealer that offers financing for customers with terrible credit does so at a cost. You will pay well over the actual value of the vehicle and will pay a high interest rate. That's just how it works. And while my credit issues are certainly no fault of theirs... I simply can't bring myself to justify a 5th star when I will end up paying a little over 3 times the reasonable cash price for a vehicle. So to summarize, if your able to save money. Save enough to buy something outright at a reasonable price. If you don't have the time to save money you'll have a hard time doing any better than these guys.
